I didn't have to remove any clothing from waist up and put on a robe. I sat in a seat that was reclined back. I requested the signature facial. My face was cleansed. I had a few extractions in the nose area only, a hydration mask, some product was applied to my face and then I was done. It took about 30mins. I did receive a compliment when I left that my skin looked good. Although I didn't receive the shoulder/neck massage that I am Use to, I will try this location again. My earlobe is healed, and I am ready to wear pierced earrings again. Believe it or not, it's been about 30 years since I wore pierced earrings! The care was phenomenal. Dr. Spears is an A-1 plastic surgeon and a female to boot. The staff members are the nicest people you ever want to meet. Customer service is exceptional, above and beyond what you typically get in a doctor's office. Reminder notifications are sent in a timely fashion. Staff will take the time to personally phone you if there are concerns or a missed appointment. But most of all, the team relates to patients on a personal level. Today, I called to change the appointment time, and Stephanie, the office manager, asked me about a health concern I shared with her during one of my visits. She then said she had thought of me and prayed for my recovery. It was so lovely of her to say that to me. All of the staff members demonstrate that level of personal care and concern. There is very little wait time. I have only waited up to 15 minutes to see the doctor. I have always been seen within a reasonable time frame of my appointment time. I can't say that for most practices. The office is clean, and the decor is warm and inviting. After seeing numerous specialists, under going countless tests and various treatments. I was told my hearing loss was permanent and due to an autoimmune disorder causing inflammation on my trigeminal nerve. I resorted to wearing a hearing aid in attempt to balance out my senses and drown out the debilitating tinnitus. At 47 years old, I was at a low point. I felt like my body was failing me. I thought I was eating healthy and lived an active lifestyle yet I would consistently wake in a fog, my joints ached and I felt exhausted all the time. I struggled to get a good night's sleep. I was depressed with the thought this is the way the rest of my life would be. In came Davina to the rescue. She suspected my ailments stemmed from a leaky gut and an imbalance in my microbiome which ultimately was affecting my entire body. To confirm, she suggested testing of the bacteria levels in my gut. I was skeptical but willing to give it a try. The tests indicated my gut indeed had an overgrowth of "unhealthy" bacteria and deficient levels of healthy bacteria. I had a full body check - easy peasy and quick. Dr Davis was kind and thorough. I was concerned about a pretty new "bump" on my nose. Thankfully it was benign. She offered to remove it - yes please! My consultation was on laser hair removal but dr.anu quickly let me know I was not a good candidate (apparently you have to be super hairy with thick dark hair).
