I had a few extractions in the nose area only, a hydration mask, some product was applied to my face and then I was done. It took about 30mins. I did receive a compliment when I left that my skin looked good. Although I didn't receive the shoulder/neck massage that I am Use to, I will try this location again. The only things addressed during the entire visit were two previously diagnosed concerns, neither of which were handled effectively: Issue 1: Dr. Levin simply wrote a routine prescription refill for a previously diagnosed condition, offering zero additional evaluation. Issue 2: The treatment provided for this concern completely failed to work. Historically, this exact issue has been rectified immediately with proper care, leaving me seriously questioning the effectiveness and quality of their treatment methods. I did not wait months, pay a co-pay, and have my insurance billed just to receive a simple refill, ineffective care, and a heavy sales pitch for cosmetic add-ons. This appointment felt like a cash grab rather than patient-focused medical care. It is extraordinarily disappointing to spend time and money only to leave with zero answers and ineffective treatment, forcing me to hunt for an entirely new dermatology practice to get actual medical attention. I will not be returning. My Response to Their Reply: Thank you for your response, but I need to clarify several points regarding my experience. First, the issues I presented are not cosmetic--they are medically necessary conditions covered by insurance, as verified by other dermatologists. Unfortunately, your office never took the time to check my benefits or verify if the treatments would be fully covered without out-of-pocket costs. By the logic that insurance won't assist because a condition doesn't immediately hinder health, standard dermatological care like acne treatment or mole removal wouldn't be covered either, yet insurance routinely handles those. Second, as an established patient, your office already has all of my contact information and could have easily reached out directly. I even filled out your initial feedback survey detailing my experience when requested, but I never received a response. Following the directions in your public reply, I called your office directly, only to be sent to voicemail with no follow-up. Given that I was publicly advised on this platform to contact you, I expect a prompt callback to discuss and rectify this matter properly. Since speaking with them, I'm even more disappointed to find out they could care less about my concerns and they were doing me a favor and not to actually . And the office even called me after my most recent appointment to make sure everything went ok. However, I was not made aware during the time of booking that the cost of Botox injectables is not necessarily based off cost/unit. In my previous Botox injections, a simple lip flip & nasolabial injection for a gummy smile costs an average of 150-200. Average units for me is anywhere from 8-12. Upon checking out at the Garden, I was informed that my $100 deposit would be subtracted from the total cost. I was then informed at the time of checking out my total cost for services would total $325 for a lip flip!! And that was after my deposit was subtracted. I was informed that VIP members have different perks, and that I would have to pay the price for the specific area. I'm very upset that I was 1) not informed of the cost before booking and 2) obligated to pay almost double for a procedure that should have been significantly less. I loved the staff at the location and my injector however, I feel as though I have been scammed for the services. I'm very disappointed in the pricing and lack of communication and cost before booking. I cannot afford to pay for services for something so simple, and will unfortunately not be able to return.

My bridal party all loved their look as well and even through the heat during our photography sessions, our make up stayed put! It was about 85-90 degrees that day and I was impressed that our look did not melt off by then. She made jokes and helped keep me entertained the whole morning during prep. Her prices were fair, and included lashes, which you think you never need but you must. I personally did not get them because I got extensions, but everyone else did. She and her team mate finished my party of myself, 6 bridesmaids, 2 mothers, 1 grandmother and a number of other people that wanted make up just as guests in a very efficient and well paced manner. I would not hesitate to recommend to any other bride. I had two make up trials before this and I was not as excited until Jen did my make up. I am asian also and I feel like a lot of make up artists are not as diverse. The previous two make up artist did not play with my features correctly and did a standard application of make up.
