HI had just parked and was walking in when I got a call saying I need to reschedule. My appointment was for a consult that's only 15 minutes long and there was a client scheduled right after me. She said anything beyond 10 minutes late has to be rescheduled. Understandable, but I was only 5 minutes late... Also, my initial appointment was scheduled for 3pm and they changed it to 2:45 pm without even giving a courtesy call to confirm the new time was ok. They just sent an automated text with the new appointment time. I left work early and had a bit of a drive to go there. The girl on the phone also had an attitude. I'm sure the services they provide are probably great but this whole experience totally turned me off from being a client there. They need to treat their customers better.

I made an appointment, confirmed via text, and drove to the office. During the pandemic, you're required to call when you arrive and they'll let you into their space. I called, they said they had tried to reach me to see if I wanted an online appointment instead and if I'd rather do that. Was very confused because I was literally asking them to open the door for me, standing AT THEIR OFFICE. They let me in, but it felt like they didn't want me there. When I got there I waited like 3 minutes (I think I was the only customer) for the doc to see me. My consultation was on laser hair removal but dr.anu quickly let me know I was not a good candidate (apparently you have to be super hairy with thick dark hair). It was literally a 5 minute interaction and then I left. On one hand I nearly felt it a waste to have come to the office, but on the other, I appreciated that she was honest and didn't try to sell me on anything. I'd say based on the consultation alone, I didn't really find this place comforting or friendly at all. However, it might have just been because of the pandemic? They offer a lot of spa services and definitely were the most responsive out of the multiple med spas I called. Their prices seem fair and they also had the best reviews, so I'd still recommend giving this place a try.

Have never gotten it done before but when i got home i knew they weren't good what so ever. She left not only glue on my eyelids so they felt sticky, the dye was on my eyelids and she missed a few of my lashes so they were left straight. and when i went to sleep that night i woke up and my brows were completely messed up and looked terrible. the only thing i cared about tho was my lashes. so i called and asked her about coming back in to fix her mistake on my lashes. not only did i have to pay full price AGAIN for her mistake but they made me pay the same amount even tho i didn't get the bundle this time. i just wanted my brows tinted which was supposed to be 130 altogether. they made me pay the 170 AGAIN!! they are SCAMMERS!! went to dispute both transactions and won't be going back. don't waste your time.
