I even filled out your initial feedback survey detailing my experience when requested, but I never received a response. Following the directions in your public reply, I called your office directly, only to be sent to voicemail with no follow-up. My father passed away shortly after and I waited a year to come back and get the surgery. When I returned I received a different recommendation of fat transfer. I asked several times how fat transfer was going to help with bags under my eyes and they kept assuring me I would get the results I wanted. My results were horrible I still have bags under my eyes and there is no difference in them before or after just a horrible recovery period where I had swelling bruising and skin discoloration for 8 months after surgery. I'm sure she probably gets it right with most patients but she did not get it right with me, nor did the office attempt to make things right in anyway possible. Unlike most of her patients I'm not wealthy and this surgery was an investment for me towards the longevity of my career in entertainment and it was an EPIC fail.

Today 10/14 I thought about the $100.00 fee to talk to someone was high so I tried calling them no one answered on either phone line and you couldn't leave a message to cancel the appointment. I emailed them to cancel the appointment. Garden Medical Spa called me back and would not refund the $100.00 charge because I didn't give them 48 hours notice. There was no way I could give 48hr notice if the appointment was on the 15th. I was not told of such policy nor did I sign anything to agree to this charge. Bad business.
