My review is based purely off of a consultation, as I do not plan to have any procedures done at this facility. I am very interested in the cosmetics field, and when I heard that this "juvilee" procedure was a new thing, I had to find out what it was. I mean, the before and after pictures were incredible. They would not tell me via phone, they only offered to send me an information packet with more before and after photos. Then, they called me a couple times over the next few weeks to try to get me in. I obliged, both to settle my curiosity and to stop receiving their phone calls. This procedure is just a less invasive face lift, done under a local anesthesia instead of a general anesthesia. This will have less chance of complications and less down time. They told me I was not a candidate (I knew this) but if I did want my jaw line tightened, it would run me about $3500. The office was nice and clean, but very crowded. It feels as though they are just trying to see as many people as they can. I did receive a phone call after my consultation, but now I've blocked their number.

Completely uneven one side bigger than the other and he won't do what ever it takes to make them even

Dr.Back is horrible. He screwed up my lower face and now I have permanent nerve damage. Do not, do not go to him. He's a liar too!!!!

The ear had been split for several years, and I wore clipped earrings until I decided to get the ear repaired. Today, the stubs came out, and I finally saw the results. Amazing! My earlobe is healed, and I am ready to wear pierced earrings again. Believe it or not, it's been about 30 years since I wore pierced earrings! The care was phenomenal. Dr. Spears is an A-1 plastic surgeon and a female to boot. The staff members are the nicest people you ever want to meet. Customer service is exceptional, above and beyond what you typically get in a doctor's office. Reminder notifications are sent in a timely fashion. Staff will take the time to personally phone you if there are concerns or a missed appointment. But most of all, the team relates to patients on a personal level. Today, I called to change the appointment time, and Stephanie, the office manager, asked me about a health concern I shared with her during one of my visits. She then said she had thought of me and prayed for my recovery. It was so lovely of her to say that to me. All of the staff members demonstrate that level of personal care and concern. There is very little wait time. I have only waited up to 15 minutes to see the doctor. I have always been seen within a reasonable time frame of my appointment time. I can't say that for most practices. The office is clean, and the decor is warm and inviting. I don't know if I will have reason to use a plastic surgeon again, but if I do, and the concern fits her expertise, I'm there! I'll find some reason to go back! Thanks to Dr. Spears and the entire team at Metropolitan. Leslie Morris

I was nervous going in since this was completely new for me, but Dr. Davis immediately put me at ease. He asked thoughtful questions, truly listened, and focused on understanding my desired outcome rather than trying to sell or push anything. As someone who struggles with anxiety, I really appreciated his professionalism, gentle bedside manner, and genuine kindness. He never felt rushed and took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and heard. The entire experience was peaceful, and I'm really looking forward to continuing my journey with this practice

What a disappointing experience…read more I visited to address a minor skin concern (sebaceous hyperplasia). Upon meeting Dr. Davis, he told me that his practice treats sebaceous hyperplasia and all they do is tap the little bumps with a laser and they dry right up. Sounds amazing! He recommended prepping my skin first. What he failed to mention was that the "prepping" involved extensive (and expensive) products and treatments. I was presented by the esthetician with $400 worth of skincare cleansers and creams to "prep my skin". I explained that I wasn't comfortable spending that much money. We narrowed it down to $190 (I agreed to the retinoid and a mineral sunscreen), and I still felt ripped off. BTW - I could have gotten a retinoid from a normal Dermatologist, and it would have been covered by my insurance. I had a follow-up visit after a month and I was told I would next need several IPL resurfacing treatments (Intense Pulsed Light Therapy), to the tune of several hundred dollars. I do not have hyperpigmentation, I do not have wrinkles, I do not have acne. All I wanted was to address a few small bumps on my face, and I was told during my initial consultation that the office does offer a laser treatment for it. I have never felt less heard by a healthcare professional in my life. The skin issue I visited about was NOT acknowledged nor addressed. If I told them I wanted breast augmentation surgery, do you think they would have told me to wear padded bras for 6 months and then return to schedule the procedure? NO! They would have asked me how many CC's I wanted and would have scheduled the surgery. Steer clear of this place if you want anything minor done to your skin!

Omg - I read these reviews post appointment …read more.. My friend highly recommended Dr. Warren and I trust her implicitly. The work she had done was so natural looking. Anyway, I found Dr. Warren to be honest and sarcastically funny. This was my first experience with "plastic surgery." I am blessed with good genes and live pretty cleanly. Hell, I don't even look my age :) I read about Botox prior and knew a good deal about it. Dr. Warren looked closely at my skin and said I wouldn't need much Botox at all. He suggested some Restalyn too. The procedure wasn't bad at all! As Dr. Warren said, I saw results from the Restalyn within five minutes! The Botox will take effect within one week... I can't wait because I'm thrilled with the results already! The price was reasonable too. I was pleasantly surprised and will be returning - there's even a rewards program!

Hello, I just read a few of the bad reviews about Dr Warren. Frankly, I'm shocked and saddened to…read moreread them. I have literally grown old with Dr Warren. My first procedure being with him at the age of 19 and I am just turning 53. There is no one else in the universe I would ever trust with my face or my body. not only is he caring, funny, down to earth... He is very precise, and cares deeply about the results. Anytime I have ever had any surgical procedure done. I always receive a follow-up call from him asking me how I'm doing and making sure I'm healing. I do believe that sometimes there are plastic surgeons they get a bad wrap because there is no guaranteed outcome. I also believe that sometimes people have unrealistic expectations. Such as tightening your neck skin... Well if it's going to be pulled and tightened that means there Has to be a scar somewhere. if you can also imagine the amount of years of experience, this man has, and how many thousands of procedures he's done. There is bound to be some people that aren't happy, unfortunately. it is a shame that some of these people did not have the results that they wanted. But nothing is 100% even with the absolute best care possible. I absolutely love everything he's done for me to keep me young and help me out along the years .... we've made an arrangement that he is not allowed to retire, until I say so. The photos I've posted are me at age 26 and age 52. Dr Warren is my secret weapon.

I had a severe case, and while other surgeons seemed nervous or apprehensive to me work on me, Dr. Franckle was very confident and didn't seemed fazed by the task. Dr. Franckle also provides excellent feedback. Every text I sent him, post operation, I got quick feedback. He answered all my numerous questions with nothing but patience and knowledge. Shout-out to the office team. Terri has an infectious and positive personality. Dealing with her is sure to put a smile on one's face. Brenley did a great job interfacing with my job, for time off needed. Dominique was helpful in ensuring I had proper cream and wrap, to leave with. Take note, anyone from North, Central Jersey and NYC. Dr. Franckle provides excellent, quality work for great, affordable pricing - all right of I-95. I can't thank him, Terri, Brenley, and Dominique enough. I wish I knew about this place way sooner. I enjoy coming here for post operation appointments, as I made friends for life here.

For one thing, I have to say I don't feel right posting a review on this page about Dr. Birgit K…read moreToome, as she DOES NOT work at this location listed. She does own it, but does not treat or see patients at this Marlton location at all. This location is run by a few of her Physician Assistant's (PA-C) and nurses. With that said, my review is NOT based on her, as I am a patient at this location and have NEVER seen or met her! I have been going to this practice for almost 2 years now & have been seen by Physician Assistant (PA-C), Christine Priest. I have been extremely happy with Christine! She is very kind, takes time to listen & really goes out of her way to help the situation, and better understand & answer any questions or concerns you have! I have also received treatments from Aesthetician Kristen Otto, who is super nice!! I highly recommend if you want something cosmetic done, go see her! I only wish I could give this office a much better review/rating based on them, because I LOVE Christine & Kristen, yet the rest of the office really needs work! I can't express how many problems I have had with them not putting in the correct information needed to get my scripts (that Christine writes for me)to get authorized for approval by my Insurance company & my Pharmacy (if they even send them at all.) Granted I know all medical offices have to deal with this for every patient & every script and I can only imagine how stressful that can be and how long it takes. This is the kind of thing they should normally be doing without us ever having to know there is an issue & most certainly not have the patient themselves involved every step of the way, it's their job, right? In most cases several people in this office get involved in the authorization process, yet the main one in charge is "Denise." If you have an issue like this, I recommend calling & ask to directly talk to her ("Denise") ONLY, otherwise they will bounce the message back and forth and not get back to you. Because of this; I have had to make special trips to get samples of scripts needed, gone to different pharmacies to check prices, and I have had to pay $100's of dollars for scripts, that (I just now have come to find out) would have been approved/covered by my insurance company if this office would have sent additional information to them that had been requested. So this office has truly cost me $100's of dollars. Not cool! Also beware of office person "Pam", as she can be a bit rude (over the phone) and is known for messing up on scheduling appointments. Also be aware at times they do not answer their phone and just let it ring till you hang up (they have no answering machine!) It's getting to the point where more likely I will be forced to leave the practice, because of all their negligence, yet I will be sad to leave Christine, as I always really liked her!
