Not once have I seen the same doctor and haven't seen the doctor listed as my pcp for years. I've waited 45 minutes over appointment time multiple times. The doctor tells me to drink water and leaves. The doctor did not want to come out from eating her lunch and sent a random person for my checkup instead. The doctor is in and out within 5 minutes and it is ridiculous. I cannot stress this enough please do not take your children here everything has gone downhill.

I have no issue with the doctors or staff, they are all lovely people. I went yesterday for a visit for an appointment at 10:45 am (on a work day mind you). I decided to take my lunch break early and decided to go to the doctors' in the meantime. Little did I know, the appointment would last more than an hour. First of all, I got there at 10:42 am. I checked in and waited close to 15 minutes before my name was called. The initial process between my name being called and the nurses making sure everything minor is up to date, was fast and efficient. After the nurse left, one of the PAs came to ask more about what my issue was and noted everything he needed to on the computer. All of this was no problem at all. The problem came when the PA left and when the doctor came to check up on me. I waited in a closed room for a solid 15 minutes before the doctor came. Then, the doctor left the room for a bit for me to change back into my clothes, and after I did, I waited ANOTHER 15 minutes. I left the doctors' office at 12:10 pm (1.5 unnecessary hours). I was so upset that I scheduled a doctors' appointment during a work day. I learned my lesson though and will not be scheduling any appointments during work hours. I will continue to return though because I've had the same doctor for the last 10 years, but just disappointed in the amount of time they had me waiting.
