They are pretty punctual here. I got a 15 min pedicure which really was that quick. When I arrived, the lady at the front took my coat. I was offered cookies and coffee (which was nice). The cookie was so crispy and I liked how the coffee was in a mug. Then I sat down and had quick and friendly service. They even gave me actual flip flops since I forgot to bring mine from home. It was definitely more of a spa experience than the pedicures I normally get. I will definitely come back.

You submit a contact form on their site requesting a time and what services you want and wait for them to reply with a confirmation. I understand this may be hard to avoid but I feel like I should've had a warning before she just slopped dye all over it. I woke up the next morning and barely had any color at all. I showed up at airport and first thing my family said "didn't you get sprayed yesterday"??!! I always feel rushed. I always feel as if they spend 2 total minutes spraying you and I can barely feel the mist. Employees are super nice. That's the only positive. Their prices have gone up and up over past year and its just not worth it anymore. Too many other options out there. I'm done.
