I have been looking for a nail salon that does Dazzle Dry manicures and nail art and I was excited to find Omnia. Hailey did my nails and she was fantastic, I really enjoyed chatting with her and was really pleased with my nails. I got a Dazzle Dry Manicure and Regular Pedicure. The manicure was gentle and well done. The salon was clean and they had a nice selection of colors to choose from. I thought the pricing was fair compared to other salons I have gone to in the area. I will definitely go back. I did find their online booking process a bit confusing. I booked online cuz I was working and unable to call. You submit a contact form on their site requesting a time and what services you want and wait for them to reply with a confirmation. They responded and confirmed writhing the hour so it was no biggie but just confused me for the first time. Next time I will probably call if I am able. read more

I'm from out of town; I got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. My gel manicure chipped on a couple nails after 4 days and has fully lifted on a few fingers only a week out. I'm surprised. This is the shortest time a gel manure has ever lasted. The regular pedicure I got has lasted longer. I also live in the Bay Area and this place is more expensive than any gel manicure I've ever gotten in the SF Bay Area. Everyone is nice, the salon is clean. But priced should be cheaper and gel manicure should have lasted longer. read more

I have been a steady customer for over 15 years. This salon has completely changed and not for the better. The prices have increased and service has not. I ran in today to remove polish from a gel mani. The nail tech knew me as did the man at the desk. I have had a gel mani every two weeks and was an excellent customer. When I asked the nail tech ... do they charge for color removal? She said yes $5 to $7. Of course I tipped her. I felt to the desk where the man knows me from seeing me every two weeks without fail. I had already you'd him I was pressed for time and couldn't get gel mani today. He charged me $10! No courtesy or customer service at all! Will they remove $10 if I Go back? NO! Where's a little courtesy to keep what was a good customer. Nowhere! This business has turned into money grubbing one. read more

I received an ombré liquid gel full set (which I had never received before, and Jenna did a wonderful job answering all of my questions about!) and pedicure, paired with a little bubbly! AND the salon was very accommodating with me running late! Only thing I wish was different was the way the ombré color on my mani showed up-these are, believe it or not, the same colors...just different looking as they get sprayed on and are watered down.. Very kind staff they offered me a drink (coffee wine or water) as soon as I signed in. I didn't have an appointment so I just walked in and they saw me right away. Today was my first time here and it is such a cute place. I would def recommenced it for a bridal party or group of girls! I got a gel mani and it wasn't the best, the polish was either new, old or never used bc it's not even coated on my nails and she had to do 4 coats of the color to get it to look right, not that this was their fault!! Also the nail tech didn't get the edges of my nails which may just be my personal preference but it drives me nuts lol - but I'll give 4 stars simply because I loved the staff. It was "mehhh", I could tell that the tech that did my nails was new because I had a lot of excess nail polish that she cleaned most off. She said my design was easy (but I could tell she was struggling with it), she pretty much cut my cuticles real close and made me bleed in some places, she then said it was because she "cleaned it too much". She also didn't know how to work the chairs in the waxing area. So i felt VERY uncomfortable with her doing my brows, I ended up telling her to just do a "clean up". Overall it was an 'OK' experience, I don't think i'd be coming back though :/ read more

Edit: I originally gave this a 4 star review but the gel polish did not even last 4 days before it started peeling away from my nails. So I am removing a star for what I am guessing is poor quality polish. Recently came here with a group of about 10 people for a friends wedding. The salon is gorgeous and feels very modern and clean. I got a regular pedicure and a gel manicure. It is fairly pricey. I paid $62 total and not including tip. I thoroughly enjoyed both and they came out look amazing. The women who did my pedicure was even happy to change the color after she did one foot because I was unsure about the color. I know some of my friends had different experiences though. Some said they got a couple cuts on their feet and overall they felt the employee was a bit rough with them. We had a fun time talking to the salon employees and they even brought out champagne and a veggie tray for the bridal party. read more

If you like fabulous nails and exceptional service, this is the salon for you! I've been a " once every two weeks" lady for at least the last 8 years...I've been to my fair share of salons. A friend recommended this place about 6 months ago And I haven't looked back since! One of my biggest issues with most salons was when I made an appointment, I waited half an hour anyway and when i finally sat in the chair, I had 5 people working on me at different times for a simple gel manicure and left after an hour and a half... Stressed. I have never once waited more than 2 minutes when booking. They make it so easy to as well, I do it online. It feels like they're waiting on me to walk through the door and the entire staff remembers you by name! The staff is always dressed to perfection ( just a bonus) and the complimentary mimosa is the perfect start to my RELAXING hour! I never feel like they are rushing me ( or my nails) And when I walk out of there my nails are like pieces of art ( cliche but so true.) Love this place! It's so clean and the staff is wonderful. If you can, splurge on a deluxe pedicure. They have great selections that include peppermint scrubs and a paraffin wax dip. This salon is clean and very relaxing! I love getting pedicures here and sometimes just get a nice long foot massage. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. It's usually easy to get an appointment even last minute as they have a large staff. Definitely make an appointment if you know who you want to see or if you're going at a prime time. I have been going to this nail salon for many years. On occasion I have left feeling like I did not get the best service and would then try a different salon for a few months. In the end though I always come back because overall they do the best job. And I have noticed each time I go in there, they are always finding new ways to improve and stay up to date with current trends. read more

Okay so I'm slightly intoxicated but I have to say this. So my plan was to go to media nails while I was picking up my paycheck at my job. So yelp said they were open until 6 pm... turns out they aren't even open Sunday's ‍. So I jumped back in yelp, did some research and found Omni nail spa. I called, they answered promptly and told me they could do my nails for me even tho they were only open for another 45 minutes. I arrived and was greeted immediately, it was beautiful inside. I told the woman what I wanted and she took me over and helped me pick out my color. She made sure my friend and I both got to sit next to each other while getting our nails done and made us some mimosas. They were sweet, funny, and made sure we were both happy with our experience before we left. Although it was slightly more money then I'm used to spending on a refill, everything about it was worth it. The people were great, she opened her tools from a sealed sterile pouch, she asked me several times while she was doing my nails if I liked them. I will most certainly be back. I've gotten my nails done for fifteen years so am admittedly picky about my nails. I have not found a "home" salon after recently moving. I drove by here today and went in unplanned. I was greeted by Jackie (who ended up being my nail technician). Herself and the manager explained my nail options and weren't too pushy. I got a new set of tips with gel (french). They look AMAZING. Not only that, there's an extensive nail, waxing, and facial "menu" of all different options and cost. There's certainly something for everyone. Lastly, the salon had a high-end feel with soft music, private pedicure areas, and the offer of a drink. I felt like I was at a spa in New York City. If there was a lesser rating I would pick it. I went there the other day. The manager was horrible, rude and any other derogatory word you can think of. He even called me up telling me I was the worst customer ever. I went in asking for my gel Nail polish to be taken off and instead of new polish I wanted my nails buffed. I wanted a manicure with no polish just buff my nails. The girl took off the polish and used a rough nail file on them. I then asked her about my cuticles and buffing and she said she didn't have time. I went to the manager and told him if he couldn't provide the service he should of told me and I would of went elsewhere. Instead he got all upity with me. The girl then went back and got a buffer and buffed my nails with just one side and told me to wash my hands. A few of my nails were broken and needed the gunk under them cleaned out. I paid $25 and left like this. I did get my eyebrows waxed also. I went to another nail salon and got the manicure I wanted. How much longer would it have taken to do the service I requested properly? Not saying I wouldn't of paid. How can you let a customer leave your nail salon like this? Save your money!!!! I love Luxe! It's very classy and clean with a relaxing atmosphere. The receptionist Trish is usually the first person I see when I enter the salon and she's always pleasant and makes appointment setting easy. My technician is usually Claire. She's my favorite, however all of the staff there are friendly and do pretty good work. I like Claire because she knows what I want with out asking. I must admit I'm very picky and particular about my nails and she still gets the job done! I never feel like she's rushing me....she ALWAYS does an AWESOME job!!! Really expensive - I have been checking out all the places in this local area and Omnia seems to be the most expensive for the same services elsewhere. I got a pedicure and dip powder manicure for $110. The girl rubbed some skin off with the pumice stone on my foot and the dip powder is very thick compared to others. The dip manicure has a clear layer of polish on top that has been peeling off since I got it, so the color is matte now. At other salons, they would use the dremel in between layers to keep it thin and smooth. This salon did not do that so the nails are thick and rough in sections. A friend of mine goes here and has beautiful gel nails - I was hoping to like it, but I'm going to pass. Maybe I just had the wrong person, but the cost is just too much for what you get. read more
