The wait was very long. I was dissatisfied and disappointed with their services because 1) I called before walking in and asked "Can I come in as a walk-in at this time?" to see if there's a wait time. The guy manicurist lied and said "Not a long wait, just come on in". 2) I received a call from a friend and I was telling her about the situation while the lady manicurist was doing my full set. You know what they did? They eavesdropped (invasion of privacy) and the lady who was doing my nails started yelling at me and said we have a lot of people here that's why I'm just now starting your nails. 3) When I told my friend about them having poor customer service (because any other professional place would say "Apologies for the wait" or "Thank you for your patience") - they actually mocked me while I was on the phone, mimicked me saying "customer service" while laughing, and talked negatively about me in their language. 4) There were so many flies there, I had to keep shooing them away. Ew. However, what I've learned throughout my life, working in healthcare the past 10+ years, and dealing with a lot of different people is that you should never ever stoop down to anyone's level. & just kill 'em with kindness. Because karma is a bitch. Even though they blatantly disrespected me, I still tipped them (15%) and said "thank you" on my way out. But I certainly will do my part by writing reviews and never ever going back to Sunshine Nail Salon again. I'll gladly take my money elsewhere. That's why they lost $30+ because I initially went there for a full set + pedicure but just did the full set alone. I've never been disrespected like this at a nail salon in my entire life.
