So I went here after being told not to because their prices were a bit higher than most places around Springfeild. I should have stuck with Infiniti nails and if I can sue this buisnesd I'm going to . I am an open heart patient who has received surgery twice a bit of time ago . The fact that that you have risked my health among any others by the lack of cleanliness and pursuing to rush home by not providing the proper pedicure and manicure not cutting my ingrowns out and poor rushed service has contributed to this outcome. sitting here with bleeding sore toes and hands and I've been getting my nails done since I'm 13 . Everyone was very friendly and this salon used to be super packed and popular. I was confused why this time after a few years not doing years this place was empty. Unfortunately after 3 days of having my gels from them I understand why. They chipped terribly in just three days. I Live in Philadelphia and drive out to Delaware County just to visit 4ever nails and see Jen! I don't get my nails done on a regular cycle ie. every 2 weeks but when I am going away and want to get my nails done or get a pedicure I often will add an appointment before or after my lash appointment and they always look amazing! They have redone the upstairs and it is a cute little private area where you could have a get together before a wedding with your bridesmaids to get your mani/pedis done! read more

Communication is key when you aren't a nail expert yourself. Showed staff a photo and asked for SNS dip powder manicure. Next thing I know, they're slapping on some polish that turns out to be gel - and under the UV light I went. No one said anything until it was time to pay the bill (which was pretty steep since I was then charged for dip and for gel). Oh, to get that look we had to also do gel, they said. Great. On top of that, my nails are a gloppy mess that didn't look right out the door (they look like press-on nails that are too thick for my nails), let alone less than a week later when the sides of the nails are all lifting up. I wish I could say it was just an isolated incident, but I went with a friend, and she had the same result. I just hope I can get this mess off my nails without too much damage. read more

My full set with dip lasted 4 days before they started cracking and breaking in half. I've gone here before and the same thing happened with a different girl I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but never again. The nail technician did whatever she wanted to my nails I asked for a manicure with tips added to the nails that were NEEDED because my nails are already the length I like them to be and a few was broken. She added tips to all of them and when I said something to her about it she said "well they're all ready on there". The service is terrible, everyone has an attitude and does nails as if they're in a rush to go somewhere but the place is always empty now I see why. read more

I try to give most business the benefit of the doubt especially reading the insane one star reviews (it's definitely not a 1 star establishment). It was a 4.5 star experience. I got a manicure and pedicure and I think the quality was decent enough. It did feel like they didn't spend the time filing/buffing the nails enough so my nails were extra scratchy afterward. I honestly left there thinking they would chip within 2 days. Luckily, the photo attached is 9 days post appointment and only my thumb (not pictured) has chipped slightly. I do expect my manicures to last 2 weeks, however the salon seemed very clean which I feel like isn't common for most salons. High end look for reasonable prices. I will also say I walked into the salon and not ONE person who worked there looked up or acknowledged me for a solid 2 minutes of just me standing there. I'd recommend they change that customer service, but overall 4.5 ish stars (rounded down to 4 because I feel like that's more accurate than a full 5). read more

Stopped going to my regular nail place and started coming here. They do an amazing job... 80% of the time :/ Ive never had a problem until recently, i stopped in after work around 4 pm on a tuesday with only a few people there. By 5 the place was packed and the manicurist rushed my nails. I could tell she was new and intimitated so I didnt ask her to do a 3rd coat of the gel powder. Huge mistake. My nails began chipping around the edges the next day. Not even a week since I got them done and one cracked down the middle. Next time I will be asking for a veteran who will listen to my requests. TIPS FOR NEW CUSTOMERS - ASK FOR A 3rd COAT OF POLISH to ensure they wont chip/break right away AND TRY TO GET THERE EARLIER IN THE DAY. They close at 7 which is later than your regualar nail salon but please take into consideration how long the process takes! I felt horrible that they were flooded only a little bit before closing time (every server/waitress will understand) and probably left work around 9 or 10 oclock. I did my nails on August 16 around 3:30, and then I went to the airport for vacation. When I was sitting at the gate, I saw my nail was broken. That was after 2 hours from when I did it. The next day, I saw the other nails were all cracked. I called the nail salon and told them what happened. Today, I came back from vacation and tried to get them fixed. When I got there, the lady that helped me do my nails was helping another customer, so another lady came to help me. After she finished, she told me to let it dry, I asked if that was it and the one who helped me do my nails before my vacation asked me what I wanted, I said "Do you guys want me to leave the salon with my nails looking like this?" I believe the girl that did my nails today was new. She tried to fix my nails but I know it should have been the previous lady's job. Finally I walked out of the door. That is what my nails looked like. I payed a total of 78$ including tips for only 2 hours of good looking nails. I cannot believe this. This is not the first time this has happened. Their service is horrible. I did not get my nails fixed and I did not get any of my money back. I also paid the girl who tried to fix my nails today a 5$ tip because I know that wasn't her job. She did not get paid to help me fix it. I feel bad for her. The girl who helped me do it before my vacation should have been the one to help me do it. read more

I've been coming here exclusively for about 5 months now. I drive out from Philadelphia because you can't beat the prices and quality, plus it gives me an excuse to go to the mall nearby. I've had my nails done by quite a few of their technicians and they all do a great job. The salon is always clean and they are very sanitary. They close at 7, so I was not expecting a 100% accurate paint job. It didn't help that it was completely packed during that time. Anyway, my sister and mom got regular manicures, which turned out to be mediocre at best. Both said that they could have done better. I received a gel manicure, which was mediocre as well. I completely understand that they were extremely busy that day but that regardless, we are paying customers. We deserve to get what we pay for. I had a few friends in from out of town and we planned to get pedicures. I hadn't been to 4ever nails in a while but remembered it to be a friendly and nice place to have this service. Unfortunately the experience was lousy and left me embarrassed for recommending the place. We made appointments and we were taken promptly. The pedicures lasted about 12 minutes, no exaggeration. It felt like they were in a rush, but there wasn't a crowd. In fact when they completed our very brief service they didn't move on to another customer but on to doing each other's nails. Further one of my friend's speaks their first language and told us after we left the rude things they were saying. When we paid we weren't even met with a thank you. It was a truly uncomfortable experience. I was very disappointed and was sad to see how far their customer service has declined since being a regular a few years ago. Tried this place because my go to salon was too busy. I got a gel mani and noticed that they don't sanitize the cuticle or nail cutter equipment. That is not OK and they're spreading germs, bacteria, other things to different people! To add to that, my technician left gaps between the polish and the start of my nail...when I asked to have it fixed, she said she can't get the polish closest because it will get in my finger..um..last time I checked every experienced nail technician is skilled enough to cover the full nail with polish and without getting it on my finger. I have been going to 4ever nails for years now. I do not get my nails done regularly anymore, but I went this week prior to my vacation. The woman who did my mani/pedi was rude and did my pedicure in 10 minutes at the most. I felt as though she was in a rush but there wasn't anyone else in the salon. I showed her the color I wanted and said I've never added chrome but wanted to see what it looked like. while she did my nails she yanked my arm all over the place (I understand that my hands/arms will be adjusted to better paint the nail, which is not a problem at all. However, she was insanely aggressive and rude). when she applied the chrome I didn't love it so I asked her to remove it, to which her response was "I don't know what you expect, this is how it looks in the photo." I responded by telling her that I liked the color just not on my skin tone. She was extremely rude and seemed so inconvenienced by her having to redo 3 of my nails that had the chrome coloring on them. When I left the salon, I noticed missing areas that were left unpainted on ALL of my nails. I've had this same salon tech the last few times I've been there (she is relatively new within the last few years) and she has been rude every single time. And to think I planned to have myself and my bridesmaids get our nails done here for my wedding! Needless to say, I will not be returning. read more

I had the powered nails done and Although they lasted for two weeks I thought they were way too fake looking. I went back to remove powder and asked for a regular manicure. That is when I had the worst experience of my life. The technician was inexperienced and actually hurt my nails when trying to take out lacquer. Finally someone more experienced came along to remove remaining powder. As far as manicure, I have to agree with Karen M in how it so hard to get a good quality manicure. 4ever nails is really the best in the area. It is very clean and the girls that work there are very friendly. It is also very tranquil and well decorated. I have been going here since they opened. After you go a couple of times they will remember your name and you feel really at home when you're there. All of the girls are so nice and the owner is great. Their pedicures are great; they have really nice massage chairs and they don't rush you. They have a separate little room for waxing and they do a great job. I've gotten eyebrow and lip waxes, always with great results. They use very good quality products and your nails will never be yellow underneath (like I've experienced at some of those cheap nail salons in center city). Yeah not horrible but not great. First time coming here. Pedicure was eh ok. Manicure not so great, bad paint job, cuticles still look like they need fixing. Went to dry my nails and toes and the nail dryer wasn't working. Told her and she said "just dry your toes for a minute and I'll seat you somewhere else ". 5-10 minutes goes by and I just left. The salon is completely newly renovated and their prices went up a couple bucks but still cheaper than the competition.
