The staff was AMAZING! They went above and beyond to make my experience wonderful, the owner offered wonderful advice when I had trouble picking! Everyone was professional, the place was spotless and equipment well-maintained. The massages were well-worth it and so relaxing, I almost fell asleep in my chair! I've given this place enough money and time but not valued as a customer. My last visit was 06/09 and sadly won't be returning. I tip well might I add but that doesn't matter. Anyways, made my appointment for gel mani and pedi. Never got a confirmed text like I always do. Came to my appointment on time and was told they didn't know I wanted both services. She always blames the husband which is weird to me. Anyways, I'm getting gel pedicure like always and the lady did my gel nails at the same time. Super uncomfortable! I noticed every time I come, it seems as if I'm being rushed. I find it very rude to not speak English but only when it comes to color pick, service and money. I don't like when Ebonics is used to try and communicate with me. I don't like to be belittled as if I don't know anything about manicure, pedicure and the difference between gel and powder dip. I have been charged different prices all the time when I get the same thing all the time. Pay cash, save 5%. Venmo is their favorite preference but I've never been a fan of using that. I've even used Apple Pay but like I said, Venmo is a preference, which doesn't save 5%. I don't like to be harbored over while making this payment as if I'm not going to pay. So now I'm going to a new salon and was dealing with a terrible ingrown toenail that was never addressed while coming here. Again, rushed service. Out of all the years of me getting a mani and pedi, I've never experienced a tech saying ewww to the cuticle skin they're cleaning and actually showing me like wtf. And might I add I didn't tip my usual amount on my last service because I was so disappointed. That just sealed the deal for me to take my hard earned money elsewhere. Best of luck! read more

BEST NAIL SALON IN DELCO!! I have been to almost every salon here in delco trying to find the best and this is it. They don't hurt you and they work with you one on one. They also always last three weeks. It's appointment only but it's worth it. The salon is not packed and it's breathable. I've been going here for two years now and everyone I have sent there has LOVED it and go back any chance they get. They get you in if you call and just tell them what you want. 10/10. Mind you, I'm not a huge dishwasher and don't bathe any children, so my manicures SHOULD last at least two weeks, but I'd still rate it 5 stars. Been a customer for a year. Never a problem. Last visit Tina did my manicure. I told her over and over not to use the sharp instrument on my toes. She proceeded to dig deep into my big toe, causing severe pain. I couldn't sleep for 2 nights. Called and Holly told me to come in. She filed it and put on neosporin. Told me to do the same for a week. It's been 6 weeks and I still am unable to wear closed shoes. Only sandals. Never a phone call to see how I was feeling. Definitely not returning read more

This place is clean and fresh. They provide a covid free environment. The wipe and sterilize after every customer and the limit the amount of people in the place. They take your temperature, they make sure mask are worn at all times and they wipe everything down in between customers. read more

I normally don't post reviews but I feel the need to because today was my first time visiting SHE nails. I went in for a gel manicure with Holly and she did an amazing job. I loved how Holly took her time when she was doing my manicure and making sure that all the gel coats were applied evenly. I would say give this salon a try it's so worth it with the prices being affordable but still getting great quality service.
