I recently got a brow lamination and unfortunately did not have the experience I was hoping for. My eyebrow hairs were going in different directions, one brow appeared noticeably thicker than the other, and overall the results did not look balanced. I was told the lamination would last 6-8 weeks with proper maintenance, but the effects seemed to fade by the next day despite following the aftercare instructions. I do want to mention that the technician who worked on me at Lash Lounge was very kind and pleasant throughout the appointment, and I appreciate her professionalism. However, after leaving a message about my concerns, I received a call back from a male staff member who came across as dismissive and unhelpful. I was not asking for a refund -- I simply hoped for some understanding and maybe an offer to have the brows looked at or adjusted. Unfortunately, the conversation felt disrespectful and lacked customer care. I understand that not every service will go perfectly, but how concerns are handled afterward makes a big difference. Reverting back to the original date when not confirming a new date is not a policy I have seen in any salon. Cancelling the new appointment that was not confirmed, totally would have understand. You have not only lost what would have been a good client but as a former cosmetology teacher who is also a certified lash instructor you lost someone who respects the stylists, over tips, buys product every visit & rebooks. Your dates & times don't seem to explain why you would revert back to the old date when I made it clear selecting a new date & time. You should have cancelled what would have been todays appointment which I would have confirmed on the 30th when I was feeling better. So stop making excuses for your poor customer service. Keep the $100 it's the last you'll ever receive & I will never recommend a stylist or customer! read more

Terrible customer service. I witnessed it my first time there when a woman who came in for an appointment to check in and had an issue. Then when we had a storm today I hadn't left my house due to it and was charged. A cancelation fee, or being charged the commission the person doing the service would receive makes sense. Or, if it's not your first offense. But being charged the full amount of the service? Ridiculous. Even 50% I would have understood. read more

I wanted to love it. I recently moved to the area and was having an outside salon fill. I felt put down by my artist and the "trainer" who was there. I've been getting lashes a long time and they were taking to me be like I was an ugly idiot. When I finished standing up for myself they gave me a fill that was fine but not great. Fransesa is an amazing lash technician and deserves more than 5 stars. I was surprised that a "premier salon" created to help women exude beauty and confidence would allow such a poor representative as a manager. The person I was greeted by when I arrived later than I should was not only obviously annoyed, she didn't look like she wanted to be there. Her clothes and hair were disheveled with her grey roots showing. She YELLED to my technician that I was there...wow, that was professional. When I was discussing that I would prefer to reschedule because I wanted to a fuller set and was told I couldn't put that on my appointment with a membership, the manager managed then to get out of her chair and come to the back. "well you were late, if you were on time, we would have been able to do the fuller set even though it wasn't scheduled that way". As I was leaving and ready to reschedule, I told the manager that there was no need for her to stomp back and jump in and she asked me to leave. Disappointing read more

I went in today for a lash & eyebrow tint. Fransesa did an amazing job. She took the time to listen to me and explain how best to care for my lashes/brows. I cried happy tears with the results. First experience I had was good. The second time I went back my experience was not the same. I would not put it all on the establishment or technician because this was a circumstance where I needed previously done lashes to be removed & was hoping to get new lashes on. Unfortunately the lashes I had in place, from a different establishment, were a mess. My natural lash was ruined so thankfully, Jordan, the lash lounge technician safely removed them & gave great advice not put lashes back on for a good few months. Jordan gets a 5 star rating. However, there was another tech present that day who had a lot say . If you're an expert good for you but talking down to someone when you could use your expert knowledge & experience to teach an individual who doesn't share the same skill as you, then I see you as nothing but ignorant. She even was talking to her client about it. I found it unprofessional & very uncomfortable. The manager, or whoever the individual is that sits out front is just as rude! I will not go back. Hopefully it was just a bad day & vibes are normally good. Wish I had a better experience. read more

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. The first problem began as soon as I walked in. I had originally scheduled an appointment for a new full volume- dramatic set, but when I got there for my appointment, the lady at the front desk only wrote me in for a Classic refill which is no where near the amount of time required for a new Volume set. The technician told me that she only had time for a Classic new set because of the mistake. I was about to leave because that isn't what I wanted, but the technician then told me that she would try and do the Volume set instead. The application was extremely uncomfortable and when she was finished, I almost cried. It looked like she had glued maybe 7 lashes on each eye and gave up; it was awful. They then expected me to pay $130 because it was supposedly a "Classic" set even though I told them I didn't want that from the beginning and I would have rather left. I immediately had them remove the lashes, they were that awful. The removal process was so painful I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. One of my eyes is now swollen from the girl getting the remover in my eye. I will never go back here again. read more
