Do not listen to the good reviews. Horrible experience. Cheap products are used. I made an appointment for Saturday morning for a full set of acrylics. I wanted french tips. Made this extremely clear. I had a man do my nails and it took him 2 hours....and they look ugly and messy, and the next day my nails hurt still I had to pry the sides of the nails off my skin because the sides were glued to my skin He skipped trimming or taking care of my cuticles, he skipped the lotion/hand massage, all of it. He took 2 hours just to glue on Acrylics and hand paint the french tips....they look a mess. Every salon in 2023 has french tip acrylics that already have the white tips on them. All you have to do is glue them on. He informed me an hour into doing my nails "we have those too" ok why aren't you using them??? Wasted 2 hours of my time, cost $55 plus I felt obligated to tip. I watched her paint the base coat halfway on all of the acrylic gel nails?? One nail broke less than 24 hours later. The finished paint product has bumps and black specks on all nails. I just got a dip manicure at Hanna's and I am so pleased! I had gone several times to a nail salon around the corner. The results there had been hit or miss, often rushed, and the owner could be borderline rude, so I decided to try someplace new. Hanna's was wonderful. They obviously take pride in their establishment and the shop is very cute and clean. Tiffany and the rest of the staff were warm, welcoming, and just lovely! They took time to do the manicure well and checked several times to make sure I was happy with the shape, color, etc. The result is a beautiful, evenly applied, flawless manicure. Looking to "treat myself" for my birthday and found this nail salon on Yelp. The environment was great and all the workers were very friendly. I love my nails, though there are a few that are a little thick at the tips from the gel. When I get my nails done I don't want to chat. I like to read a book or scroll on social. Mimi saw that and let me just sit back and relax. I will say that they don't do any sort of massage for either the pedicure or the manicure. After a few bad experiences with nail salons in the WC area I am so excited to finally call a place home. The outside may not be much, but the inside holds all the charm and efficiency you'll ever need. Eyebrows - I am so particular about my brows. After begging technicians to keep them full and tidy only to have them stripped to tiny pieces, I am not enthusiastic about going to nails salons for waxes. However, this place took such care and combed over my brows to make sure they were on fleek. After I told her I had sensitive skin she used makeup remover to blot off excess oil that was used after the wax. That kind of customer service should never be taken for granted. Pedicure - I usually get my toes done every couple of weeks, but on this occasion it had been a little over a month. My toes were rough and they looked like magic after my relaxing pedicure. They even offer bonus services like eyelash extensions. A lot of the ladies seemed like regulars and the environment felt so friendly. Update to my late review: I got my nails done Friday by meme. She did an awful job waxing my eyebrows. She took 1/2 an eye btow off. After getting home I realized how poorly my toes were painted. Now 5 days later I have 3 broken tips that were brand new tips. Got a new full set.... well I am minus a thumb nail and 4 other nails are already starting to come off. I am beyond pissed. I wound up here on Friday morning based on Yelp reviews. I had planned on donating platelets at the Red Cross just up the street but was deferred due to low iron, so I had a couple of hours to kill before meeting a friend for lunch. This was just around the corner. I called and asked if they could take me for a pedicure and eyebrow wax on short notice. The woman on the phone (the owner, I think) said absolutely, so I headed over. They have an incredibly small parking lot, but there is on-site parking. If not, there's the shopping center about a two minute walk up the street. They have a good selection of polish, including OPI and Essie, which are my usually go-to choices. The woman who did my pedicure was wonderful, not rushed at all. To be completely honest, this was my first salon pedicure since Covid started, so my feet were in bad shape. I tried to apologize to her and she said it was no problem. She did not skimp on the foot and calf massage, and I thought at one point that I might be so relaxed I would fall asleep in the massage chair. After my toes were done, the owner did my brows and made sure they looked perfect. I'm not terribly fussy, but the last place I went left them a little too full, and Hanna made sure I was fully happy with the results. I left feeling like a new person to meet my old friend for lunch. The service was excellent and the price really reasonable. I will certainly be back if I'm looking for a pedicure and eyebrow wax in West Chester. read more

I went in for a gel mani and pedi. The lady who did my nails did an awful job. The toe nails look very clumpy and the nails are uneven and incredible short. My gel mani is not good either. She didn't paint the entire nail in some parts, so I am pretty sure this won't last very long. I didn't want her to cut my finger nails but she cut them instead of just filing them down when she said it was just to "make them even". The shop is nice looking, BUT they reuse their pedicure products which is VERY UNSANITARY. The lady did not even really massage my legs or feet. Overall not satisfied and will not go back. read more

I chose this salon based on all of the good reviews, but once I arrived I realized I should have chosen elsewhere. For starters, it is very small for a nail salon. Probably the smallest salon I've ever been to, so if that's an issue for some I wouldn't recommend this location. However, I'm not very picky about things like that as long as the service is up to par. The problem was the professionalism. Unless you are a regular, you are not going to be greeted when you walk in, nor are you going to be asked what you services you would like to receive. I scheduled an appointment over the phone two days before the day of the appointment. When I arrived I was 10 mins early. I was not greeted until about 5 minutes later and there was no receptionist desk or anything for me to check in. After I came in, three customers that were regulars I presume, were greeted right away and all serviced before me. After waiting more than ten minutes after my appointment, I left disappointed and very upset. I don't know if it was because they were understaffed or not but I feel as though if you arrive on time for a scheduled appointment you should be taken on time. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable. If you are new to this area I would not recommend this salon. read more
