She already spoke to me; 2. Already did my service; 3. Had confirmed all my information; and 4. Was being professional. If I had already done my service, why would I be there and waste over 30 minutes waiting for a response? It speaks volumes on Maya's professionalism that she deemed a client unworthy of the simple courtesy of corresponding with them and then lie to her employer. Emergencies happen and had I been informed I would completely understand but the fact that lying and making a client be left in the dark is incredibly disgusting behavior that is not appropriate. The upseting part is the fact that if someone can lie like that to their clients and employer, who can speak on the quality of the services offered? Regardless of whether the additional amount contributed to my current issue, I did not consent to an increase and this has significantly eroded my trust in this practice. I understand that complications can occur with cosmetic injections and not every outcome is necessarily predictable. However, I believe patients should be able to trust that their specific treatment requests and consent will be respected. In this case, both the outcome and the decision to administer more product than I requested have left me extremely disappointed. Today (24 hours later) 7 of my 10 nails are already chipping at the tip - and 1 so badly that I had to file down my nail all together. For reference - I get dazzle dry manicures.
