Told me don't get the Groupon will honor the price in person at the office! I had an fantastic experience at KP Aesthetics for my first time ever getting Botox in my forehead! I heard how great Kim, the owner, was and wanted her to do it, so much so that I drove an hour there and home and I am SO happy I did! I was extremely nervous at first and Kim calmed me down, the injections hardly hurt and she was extremely quick. After it was done, they brought me an icepack and let me hangout in the room with ice on my head for a bit. I am 6 days post injections and it look amazing, I hardly had any bruising, it does not feel like it was too much or too little, my eyebrows look great and there isn't a wrinkle left in my forehead! She can achieve any look and give you amazing results. I get Vollure injections in my lips. It's an awesome product made by juvederm. It lasts about 18 months. It bonds with your collagen so you will see long term results as well. Its a lot more subtle than regular juvederm but I prefer to get my lips done once a year and with Vollure that's perfect. The salon is beautiful and you really feel like you're in a spa! They do cool sculpting here too, so definitely check that out. KPA did a great job with different areas of treatment for me in the past. That's why I confidently returned to them when I found myself not satisfied after going somewhere else for a full package for a smaller area. I SPECIFICALLY expressed this to my practitioner when I met her for a consultation. I went ahead and purchased a touch up package. I still had an area where hair was pinchable and troublesome after my second treatment. I called to inquire about the spots that were missed only to be told that "some hair is normal." At my third session, the technician said that I "would never would be totally bald." Why sell me a costly package knowing you weren't going to be able to help me achieve what I wanted in the first place. At check out, they were STILL trying to sell me MORE packages. I again expressed my frustration with one small area they weren't able to help me with and was told "to think about it." What?! Think about throwing away MORE money, time and energy for zero results. Just got back from DOSE day at KP Aesthetics, where Jackie and the SkinCeutical reps customized my skincare routine - I was really looking forward to today and this is why - when I hit my 30s a few years ago, I made a shift from prioritizing makeup to now prioritizing skincare. I have had 9 laser hair removal sessions with KP Aesthetics- the last few were good, Brianna the tech was very professional, making sure to walk me through the process and covering all areas being treated. I truly think my lack of better results were due to the first tech who seemed to pay less attention to the process. I base this on the areas of progress and where I had questioned thoroughness. Given the results I have had on a different area of my body at a different spa, I would expect to see a better result after 9 treatments. Just finished my first appointment for laser hair removal with Brianna. What a great experience! From the interaction at the front desk, to my nearly painless treatment in a beautifully decorated room, KP is a 5-star facility. And it's right near my house and conveniently located. Using newer technology, the laser at KP was basically pain free. As someone who has had a lot of laser treatments and endured a lot of saps over the years, this was a pleasant surprise. I'm very pleased overall and look forward to coming back. Update: 2/16/18- I am now undergoing lower leg laser hair removal treatment and the results have been great. While the laser for legs is definitely not pain free, it is tolerable and gets more comfortable with each treatment. Brianna is the best and gets the treatment done quickly and efficiently! I'm now looking to do the micro needling with PRP for my acne scars. Stay tuned for an update! Note: in the procedure room there are envelopes to tip. While in the past not all places I've been to have suggested a tip, especially medical facilities , I was happy to have the option to show my gratitude for good service. This medi spa is decorated beautifully and offers some great deals. So if that's what you're looking for, this is your place. But if you're looking for staff who are knowledgeable and medically trained, I wouldn't recommend it. I got a second opinion on cool sculpting from a well known medical practice that does aesthetic work. I thought something was off during my consult at KP...and I was correct. The assessment and recommendation of both the aesthetician, and the nurse, at KP Aesthetics was way off. There's fat and then there are medical conditions. And they didn't realize they were dealing with the latter. That being said, I did not return after my consult. I need an establishment where the staff are knowledgeable beyond just knowing how to turn on the machine and slap on the applicators, and if there was some sort of complication or unwanted effect, there would a nurse or doctor who I could trust. read more

Kim has done my Botox twice. I am extremely pleased with the results and will be back for more. In addition I have had two Clearlift treatments and am already seeing the fine lines diminish. There is absolutely no pain and no downtime. It is a warm heat on your face. My skin was slightly red,but,not enough to be noticeable to others. I was able to go right back to work after the treatment. I cannot wait to see how my skin looks after my nest treatment. I have had the previous equipment which took and hour per treatment with great results to the new equipment which shortens the treatment time to 35 minutes! Called and got an appointment about three weeks in advance. Went in and found out that you're not allowed to have antibiotics for two weeks, so I asked if we could reschedule. And then they said that they'd booked two hours for my laser appointment and that they'd have to charge me for that!? After I said I wouldn't pay because they had not provided me with any services or forewarned me about having antibiotics. After which they said if I didn't pay, I wouldn't be allowed to come back. I happily agreed as I had no intention of stepping into such a rude place ever again. I hope they learn how to do business and how to gain and retain good customers. read more

I just had my first appointment here this past weekend (on a Saturday - major bonus!) and I have to say I was very impressed. The original practice I was going to make an appointment with did not have weekend hours which is how I ended up at KP. The office itself is very nice and inviting. You instantly feel like in you are in a place where the main goal is to make people feel (and look!) beautiful. The office staff is friendly and the check in process is painless. Complimentary lip balm is always an added bonus. No long waiting to be seen either, which sometimes is rare especially when medical procedures are involved. Upon meeting Kim you instantly feel welcome and she does not rush you into the appointment. She gives you a chance to talk about your concerns and offers truly honest opinions. I was there for Botox but mentioned another procedure and she gave me the full rundown including the painful recovery process. I have to say that I appreciate that and it just goes to show how her concern is truly the patient/client. My procedure scheduled for that day was quick and pain free. She knows what she is doing. I've seen photos of some after this procedure and I did not have any of those side effects; not even close. I was able to continue on with my day as if nothing had been done to my skin! I was offered some great advice on products that would compliment my procedure and so far have been happy with those, as well. They were not pushy about the purchase (which drives me crazy when you experience that in a spa setting) but rather offered suggestions and advice as to why you should/shouldn't use certain products and why others show much better results. The results of my procedure I cannot report on 100% yet as timing is a key factor but so far what I can see I am happy with. Kim promised that if I do not see the final results that I would expect to come back and I am confident she would make it right. I was debating writing this review or not, because the staff at this facility is amazing! Especially Brianna! I went for 9 treatments for Brazilian laser hair removal. I had noticed some results after the first few treatments but now it has all grown back. I just finished up my sessions a few months ago and I have not gone through any life events that trigger a hormonal change (which can cause some hair to grow back). I was tempted to return for more treatments to see if they will finally get me results, but having already spent hundreds of dollars on the 9 sessions I already went to, I can't risk to lose anymore for little toresults. Again, the facility is beautiful and the staff is great! It is just very disappointing that after 9 sessions, I have no results to speak for. Update: After posting this review I contacted them twice via their website and I never heard anything back. Really disappointing. Although I do think progress was made, I am disappointed as I feel I was misled about whether or not I would be a good candidate in order to get my business. I did not have the success from coolsculpting that it was made to seem I would have with the number of sessions recommended for my case, and I am disappointed that I was given a lower number in order to get me in the process and feel the need to continue to purchase more once success was not occurring. I purchased services via Groupon. Went for 1 put of 6 sessions. My session was with Jackie. I asked a lot of questions that she vaguely answered. No results after first treatment, but that's expected. Showed up for my second, they were unfortunately in the middle of a power outage and was told that they would give me a call to reschedule. After 2 weeks, they hadn't called but they were pretty booked, so I continued to wait. After a month, no one followed up. I called, and spoke to Breanna as well as the owner, Kimberly and expressed my dissatisfaction and discomfort and that I didn't wish to proceed. They both understood and advised I contact Groupon regarding a refund and they would not dispute. I contacted Groupon, and was later informed that they did indeed dispute and will be contacting me to reschedule. Of course, they called the next day. I spoke with Denise, the front manager who incorrectly assumed that I just didn't even make a second appointment. I then spoke with the owner, Kimberly again who now stated that because I came for one session, I wouldn't receive a refund. I'm not going to proceed with, nor pay for any services that I'm uncomfortable with due to the negligence of the establishment. I'll be further disputing. I felt treated differently because my services were paid for through Groupon. Especially so after reading others reviews. Groupon can be serious rip-off too.
