Ladies are absolutely amazing! Walked me through the whole process. They didn't try to push products on me. They are very good with communication. Sadly they don't really show any prices on their website and you have to make an appointment for everything. They do NOT TAKE WALKINS read more

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with my recent Dysport treatment at KP Aesthetics. How the Dysport was administered has affected my eyelid, and my right eye is now completely closed. This has had a significant impact on my daily life as I am currently unable to drive and I am having considerable difficulty working with only one functioning eye. I am also particularly concerned about the amount of Dysport used as a higher dose was administered without my approval. Regardless of whether the additional amount contributed to my current issue, I did not consent to an increase and this has significantly eroded my trust in this practice. I understand that complications can occur with cosmetic injections and not every outcome is necessarily predictable. However, I believe patients should be able to trust that their specific treatment requests and consent will be respected. In this case, both the outcome and the decision to administer more product than I requested have left me extremely disappointed. I hope the practice takes this feedback seriously and evaluates both the treatment process and communication with patients moving forward. read more

First time getting Botox! Kim is attentive, understanding and willing to work with you. I am OBSESSED!!!! She doesn't go overboard and truly tailors treatments to you. ***WARNING!!!*** you're going to be addicted! (Also, it's not as much of a production as it feels like it should be the first time You're in and out pretty quick! The consultation took longer than the actual process) I have NOTHING BUT GREAT THINGS TO SAY! Highly recommend!!!!!! read more

I'm giving it a 2 stars but it actually should be one! called to make a appointment and they asked me if I have a Groupon which I told them that I haven't purchased yet until I see the availability. Told me don't get the Groupon will honor the price in person at the office! The deal was 3 sessions for full face for 299$ ..I get done and mind you she only did half of my face and wanted to charge me 699$ or 999$ for six sessions I was soo chocked that I just told her "No it's ok I'll just pay for this one time and they charged me 175$ .. you go to any other place and the most they charge is 50$ like SEV like ideal image like trueSkin etc. It was he was partially my fault because I didn't ask for the single session when I got there because I never thought that it was gonna be such a rip off. read more

I had an fantastic experience at KP Aesthetics for my first time ever getting Botox in my forehead! I heard how great Kim, the owner, was and wanted her to do it, so much so that I drove an hour there and home and I am SO happy I did! I was extremely nervous at first and Kim calmed me down, the injections hardly hurt and she was extremely quick. After it was done, they brought me an icepack and let me hangout in the room with ice on my head for a bit. I am 6 days post injections and it look amazing, I hardly had any bruising, it does not feel like it was too much or too little, my eyebrows look great and there isn't a wrinkle left in my forehead! Overall it was an very relaxing experience, every one of the girls could not have been friendlier and I will certainly be going back for my next round!! read more

Watch out! These women are tricky with their pricing. Make sure you confirm the price of any treatment.

There are better places to get Botox. This place was fine and reasonably price but I was not a fan of the results.

I had a 10 AM appointment with Kim for a filler injection. The inside of KP is clean, air conditioned and organized with a modern hip ambiance. The whole experience from start to finish took approximately a half hour. Most importantly, the end results exceeded my expectations. I will surely be back in the future to see Kim and the rest of the KP Aesthetics staff. read more

This was my first experience with cosmetic improvements and it was a great one! The office was clean and welcoming, staff was friendly and accommodating. I got fillers in my lips and I love them! Natalie is great at what she does, really takes the time to determine what look you're going for, and brings it to life. She is a perfectionist, and I am so happy with what she did. Go see Natalie for your new look, and you won't be disappointed! read more

Amazing!!! If you think you'd like to get some cosmetic procedures done, please go here!!! Nurse Kim is the queen of lips. She makes mine look so natural and perfect. She can achieve any look and give you amazing results. I get Vollure injections in my lips. It's an awesome product made by juvederm. It lasts about 18 months. It bonds with your collagen so you will see long term results as well. Its a lot more subtle than regular juvederm but I prefer to get my lips done once a year and with Vollure that's perfect. The salon is beautiful and you really feel like you're in a spa! They do cool sculpting here too, so definitely check that out. Make sure you check out their Instagram and website because they always have fun promotions. read more

KPA did a great job with different areas of treatment for me in the past. That's why I confidently returned to them when I found myself not satisfied after going somewhere else for a full package for a smaller area. I SPECIFICALLY expressed this to my practitioner when I met her for a consultation. I went ahead and purchased a touch up package. I still had an area where hair was pinchable and troublesome after my second treatment. I called to inquire about the spots that were missed only to be told that "some hair is normal." At my third session, the technician said that I "would never would be totally bald." Why sell me a costly package knowing you weren't going to be able to help me achieve what I wanted in the first place. At check out, they were STILL trying to sell me MORE packages. I again expressed my frustration with one small area they weren't able to help me with and was told "to think about it." What?! Think about throwing away MORE money, time and energy for zero results. Me thinks NOT. read more

I purchased a Groupon for laser hair removal and I have been twice so far. I am already noticing results! There is no pain at all. The laser feels like heat, but it's very tolerable. The ladies who work here are extremely professional and helpful! It is also VERY clean. They have envelops in the room Incase you want to tip, and I appreciate that as well. I would highly recommend KP Aesthetics! read more

Just got back from DOSE day at KP Aesthetics, where Jackie and the SkinCeutical reps customized my skincare routine - I was really looking forward to today and this is why - when I hit my 30s a few years ago, I made a shift from prioritizing makeup to now prioritizing skincare. I spent the last few years researching and trying every skincare product out there. The one SkinCeutical product I was using worked so well for me that I decided to eventually switch all of my routine to this line. So, I went in and met with Jackie, who assessed my skin and educated me on which products were best for my AM and PM routine. So needless to say, today was perfect because I completed my skincare routine products (she even wrote down step by step what to use and when) and I received 10% off all products from today's special event + a complimentary facial. I get overwhelmed easily, so I really appreciated the education and organization from the team at KP Aesthetics. I no longer have to spend hours and hours on research since I found a line I love! Also, my husband and I get our Botox here by the owner. She does a great job... it makes my husband look 10 years younger!' read more

I have had 9 laser hair removal sessions with KP Aesthetics- the last few were good, Brianna the tech was very professional, making sure to walk me through the process and covering all areas being treated. I truly think my lack of better results were due to the first tech who seemed to pay less attention to the process. I base this on the areas of progress and where I had questioned thoroughness. Given the results I have had on a different area of my body at a different spa, I would expect to see a better result after 9 treatments. I would say I need 2 more to see the results I am looking for, in the areas that were missed. I am very disappointed and debating where I should finish my treatments. read more

Toni just finished my second and last session....besides what an amazing person she is...we talked and laughed through the whole procedure because she knew I was nervous. Of course the champagne or wind they give you helped... This is a upscale office...the staff are the best and extremely professional Toni spent as much time as I needed , the fee for service was the same. She is a perfectionist and will walk you through the whole process but also make suggestions. Toni has the biggest heart, she has given cancer chemo survivors eyebrows!!! It truly makes her happy when you are happy!!! I left giving hugs to everyone!! I will definitely be back. read more

Just finished my first appointment for laser hair removal with Brianna. What a great experience! From the interaction at the front desk, to my nearly painless treatment in a beautifully decorated room, KP is a 5-star facility. And it's right near my house and conveniently located. Using newer technology, the laser at KP was basically pain free. As someone who has had a lot of laser treatments and endured a lot of saps over the years, this was a pleasant surprise. I'm very pleased overall and look forward to coming back. Update: 2/16/18- I am now undergoing lower leg laser hair removal treatment and the results have been great. While the laser for legs is definitely not pain free, it is tolerable and gets more comfortable with each treatment. Brianna is the best and gets the treatment done quickly and efficiently! I'm now looking to do the micro needling with PRP for my acne scars. Stay tuned for an update! Note: in the procedure room there are envelopes to tip. While in the past not all places I've been to have suggested a tip, especially medical facilities , I was happy to have the option to show my gratitude for good service. I tip $20 per treatment service. read more

So grateful to have found Kim at KP. She's an incredibly talented injector and spends the time to listen to her patients and walk you through the process of meeting your expectations. I cannot even express my gratitude towards Kim. I was nervous to get my lips filled again due to another spa overfilling and leaving my lips lumpy. Prior to getting started with the appointment she listened to all my concerns and gave her professional opinion to get my desired look. The appointment was so quick and painless. Not only did I feel so comfortable during the appointment I also felt so welcomed by all the staff. If I could give a 10 star review I would. Because I feel pretty again and now with the PERFECT lips. Thank you so much Kim & KP team read more

This medi spa is decorated beautifully and offers some great deals. So if that's what you're looking for, this is your place. But if you're looking for staff who are knowledgeable and medically trained, I wouldn't recommend it. I got a second opinion on cool sculpting from a well known medical practice that does aesthetic work. I thought something was off during my consult at KP...and I was correct. The assessment and recommendation of both the aesthetician, and the nurse, at KP Aesthetics was way off. There's fat and then there are medical conditions. And they didn't realize they were dealing with the latter. That being said, I did not return after my consult. I need an establishment where the staff are knowledgeable beyond just knowing how to turn on the machine and slap on the applicators, and if there was some sort of complication or unwanted effect, there would a nurse or doctor who I could trust. read more

I got lip filler done for the first time by Haili and she was amazing! She made the process super easy and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Haili did an amazing job and I would definitely recommend her! read more

Can I give 6 stars on here??!! This place has It all. Had lips done by Kim and laser by Briana. I even brought my teenager in for laser too. She had her first hydra facial too ! Such down to earth staff , clean facility, decor to die for and carry skinceuticals which is a bomb skincare line. So stop googling and do yourself a favor and book there! read more

Kim has done my Botox twice. I am extremely pleased with the results and will be back for more. In addition I have had two Clearlift treatments and am already seeing the fine lines diminish. There is absolutely no pain and no downtime. It is a warm heat on your face. My skin was slightly red, but, not enough to be noticeable to others. I was able to go right back to work after the treatment. I cannot wait to see how my skin looks after my nest treatment. As for the office,it is very clean, decorated beautifully and provides a very relaxing feel. I highly recommend! read more

A great experience! The spa setting is wonderfully appointed and so very clean. The treatment is fast and effective. I have had the previous equipment which took and hour per treatment with great results to the new equipment which shortens the treatment time to 35 minutes! Kim is an amazing business owner with honest answers and suggestions. Her medical background sets her apart from other "spa" treatments. I know I'm in a safe environment with a very knowledgeable staff. Before I recommend any treatment or products to my studio, I always research and sample services to be able to honestly recommend a business. Called and got an appointment about three weeks in advance. Went in and found out that you're not allowed to have antibiotics for two weeks, so I asked if we could reschedule. And then they said that they'd booked two hours for my laser appointment and that they'd have to charge me for that!? After I said I wouldn't pay because they had not provided me with any services or forewarned me about having antibiotics. After which they said if I didn't pay, I wouldn't be allowed to come back. I happily agreed as I had no intention of stepping into such a rude place ever again. I hope they learn how to do business and how to gain and retain good customers. read more

I just had my first appointment here this past weekend (on a Saturday - major bonus!) and I have to say I was very impressed. The original practice I was going to make an appointment with did not have weekend hours which is how I ended up at KP. The office itself is very nice and inviting. You instantly feel like in you are in a place where the main goal is to make people feel (and look!) beautiful. The office staff is friendly and the check in process is painless. Complimentary lip balm is always an added bonus. No long waiting to be seen either, which sometimes is rare especially when medical procedures are involved. Upon meeting Kim you instantly feel welcome and she does not rush you into the appointment. She gives you a chance to talk about your concerns and offers truly honest opinions. I was there for Botox but mentioned another procedure and she gave me the full rundown including the painful recovery process. I have to say that I appreciate that and it just goes to show how her concern is truly the patient/client. My procedure scheduled for that day was quick and pain free. She knows what she is doing. I've seen photos of some after this procedure and I did not have any of those side effects; not even close. I was able to continue on with my day as if nothing had been done to my skin! I was offered some great advice on products that would compliment my procedure and so far have been happy with those, as well. They were not pushy about the purchase (which drives me crazy when you experience that in a spa setting) but rather offered suggestions and advice as to why you should/shouldn't use certain products and why others show much better results. The results of my procedure I cannot report on 100% yet as timing is a key factor but so far what I can see I am happy with. Kim promised that if I do not see the final results that I would expect to come back and I am confident she would make it right. I will be returning to see her and fully intend to add other services in my next visits. Dying to try laser hair removal here next! read more

I was debating writing this review or not, because the staff at this facility is amazing! Especially Brianna! I went for 9 treatments for Brazilian laser hair removal. I had noticed some results after the first few treatments but now it has all grown back. I just finished up my sessions a few months ago and I have not gone through any life events that trigger a hormonal change (which can cause some hair to grow back). I was tempted to return for more treatments to see if they will finally get me results, but having already spent hundreds of dollars on the 9 sessions I already went to, I can't risk to lose anymore for little toresults. Again, the facility is beautiful and the staff is great! It is just very disappointing that after 9 sessions, I have no results to speak for. Update: After posting this review I contacted them twice via their website and I never heard anything back. Really disappointing. Still by now (September 2019) still haven't heard back from them after contacting multiple times. read more

Although I do think progress was made, I am disappointed as I feel I was misled about whether or not I would be a good candidate in order to get my business. I did not have the success from coolsculpting that it was made to seem I would have with the number of sessions recommended for my case, and I am disappointed that I was given a lower number in order to get me in the process and feel the need to continue to purchase more once success was not occurring. I was not satisfied with the results and I felt pressured in my ending check up appointment to say that I was satisfied and move on. I was hoping for better from this establishment overall. read more

I get Botox from Kim. She makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable. I also had Cool Sculpting done as well and what a great experience it was. Results are awesome. I intend to try the vain removal soon and also my eyelashes extended. So far, I am very happy with with all the results. Looking forward for more. read more

I purchased services via Groupon. Went for 1 put of 6 sessions. My session was with Jackie. I asked a lot of questions that she vaguely answered. No results after first treatment, but that's expected. Showed up for my second, they were unfortunately in the middle of a power outage and was told that they would give me a call to reschedule. After 2 weeks, they hadn't called but they were pretty booked, so I continued to wait. After a month, no one followed up. I called, and spoke to Breanna as well as the owner, Kimberly and expressed my dissatisfaction and discomfort and that I didn't wish to proceed. They both understood and advised I contact Groupon regarding a refund and they would not dispute. I contacted Groupon, and was later informed that they did indeed dispute and will be contacting me to reschedule. Of course, they called the next day. I spoke with Denise, the front manager who incorrectly assumed that I just didn't even make a second appointment. I then spoke with the owner, Kimberly again who now stated that because I came for one session, I wouldn't receive a refund. I'm not going to proceed with, nor pay for any services that I'm uncomfortable with due to the negligence of the establishment. I'll be further disputing. I felt treated differently because my services were paid for through Groupon. Especially so after reading others reviews. Groupon can be serious rip-off too. But business can't keep treating customers this way. read more

I purchased a Groupon for laser hair removal and I'm so happy I did. I had tried it at another place years ago and it was incredibly painful. I was expecting the same level of discomfort but much to my surprise the machine they use at KP is absolutely painless! Its also fast - I've been in and out in under 20 minutes, even though I can tell she is still doing a very thorough job. I have had two sessions and already see major results. The office is very clean and nicely decorated. The staff, especially my aesthetician Kelly, is very nice and made me feel comfortable right from the start. I look forward to trying their other services as well! read more
