0/10 would not recommend. Would give 0 stars if I could Came here for PRP scalp injections - I've had this done before so know what to expect - you start with a blood draw. I have know idea what happened during the blood draw but whoever took my blood seemed incredibly inexperienced. I looked down and blood was gushing from my arm - had never seen so much blood come out from what would be such a standard procedure. I was super alarmed/horrified - she asked if I was okay, needed food/water, told me I could go back home and reschedule the appt. I said no because 1) PRP sessions are supposed to be spaced 4-6 weeks apart and I was already at the 6 week mark and 2) blood was already taken. She left and then someone else came in - told me they needed to take more blood bc they didn't get enough from the first draw (bc it all poured out??) she seemed more experienced but funnily enough, the vein in the right arm that she took from ended up massively bruised (first blood draw was from the left arm). I've never had this experience with a blood draw and I've gotten my blood drawn many times for various procedures. Unfortunately I bought a pack of 3 PRP sessions, so have 1 more session to use and frankly I'm pretty traumatized and don't want to go back. Definitely not coming here again after I use my last session.. would recommend more experienced people at this facility for simple procedures like blood draw. STAY AWAY FROM NINA ABRAHAM!!!!! My son developed a severe and rapidly worsening reaction to Accutane under this doctor's care. I repeatedly contacted her with detailed messages and photographs documenting what was happening. I explicitly asked for help as his condition escalated. Each time, I was told this was an "expected reaction." No meaningful intervention was initiated. No urgency was shown. No escalation of care was recommended. When we finally sought treatment at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), the response could not have been more different. After reviewing his condition and my prior messages, the team was alarmed. They immediately started him on a prolonged course of systemic steroids. His symptoms improved quickly once appropriate treatment began. The contrast in care was stark. Because intervention was delayed, my son now has permanent facial scarring. What might have been a manageable medication reaction became a life-altering injury. Complications can happen with powerful medications. What should not happen is dismissal when a parent repeatedly raises red flags. Monitoring, responsiveness, and timely treatment are basic standards of care. In our case, those standards were not met. Knowing how to treat his reaction should have been fairly simple for any medical doctor, but clearly it wasn't for this hack. read more

As a preventative measure, I became a Ringpfeil Advanced Dermatology patient to conduct a body check, looking into possible skin issues. I have other family members who were treated by this office who were happy with the care they received, which was one of the reasons I booked the appointment. The new customer registration, the check in process, and the wait time were a piece of cake. Not too complicated and too long. For my body scan, I was treated by Dr. Claire Dorfman and two team members. Everyone was professional, pleasant and sensitive to the reasons why I made the visit. During this visit, two skin concerns were treated with cold therapy (forgive my lack of total understanding), which will reduce the potential for issues in the future. Mohs surgery. Really quite amazing. I had a basal cell cancer on the side of the nose. Quite a difficult area since there is no loose skin. Dr Krause excised the lesion, and then could assure me it was completely gone with in office immediately pathology. She was able to close the wound rotating nearby tissue. To achieve this impressive result required combined training in dermatology, pathology and plastic surgery. I have great confidence in this group. Worth traveling 40 miles. read more

Good! Morning Google family. I visited for the first time today. Someone that I met at Wawa and I stopped them to compliment their hair appearance referred me. It's amazing that I have passed this office so many times and didn't know it was there. A beautiful office and the rest rooms are clean and neat. Stephanie was the receptionist who assisted me. I filled out paperwork and then I went back for my appointment.. You have to pay immediately out of pocket or your insurance has to be approved before you can go back to being seen. My doctor was Dr. Miles. The medical assistant was Mary. Dr. Miles was very nice and eager to assist. He recommended me have blood work done and two medicines were prescribed. I just discovered Ringpfeil this year as I have several friends and a couple family members including my very own sister, who have been regulars at both the center city and Main Line location. I'm embarrassed to say within just a year I managed to spend close to 10k between repeated sessions of cool-sculpting and most recently xeomin injections.. YET: worth every penny! The cool-sculpting experience with Channing at the main line locations was great. I have yet to see the results but I understand it takes a few months for the full effects- so keeping my fingers crossed especially since I went for 2 sessions 1 month apart from each and covered several areas, even more than I intended. After my sessions of cool sculpting I was recommended to try their injections by a friend. I was very skeptical as I've never gotten any type of cosmetic surgery, fillers, Botox etc. I went the first time for my crows feet with Marissa and second for my forehead with Kate. After going for my forehead, I waited a couple days and still noticed some fine lines that turned out somewhat asymmetrical and a slightly raised right eyebrow. Not knowing they had a portal I sent an email to share my photos a week later and within less than 24 hours was so pleased to see an email response directly from Kate, who immediately addressed my concerns and reassured me it takes up to two weeks to see the full results. I still ended up scheduling a second session and Kate was able to squeeze me in to come and see her. I went back and she was very informative explaining the "dynamics" of the face and muscles. She then added another couple units on the areas I had pointed out. Within just a couple days from my visit, the lines disappeared, which led to the results I wanted. The best part of this place, and a big reason why all my friends and family are regulars here is their RING Reward program. I'm so happy I found this establishment and sincerely pleased with the courteous and highly educated staff!
