I mentioned this during consult and was assured she has experience in treating all skin tones. Three to six months after the IPL I noticed white spots around both cheeks. I was mindful to take pictures prior to the procedure so I know the IPL caused the discoloration.

Went here in February for under-eye laser treatment, and the experience was uncomfortable from…read morestart to finish. While I was in the waiting room, the front desk associate was openly telling others she's a 40-year-old woman "stuck in a teenage body," which felt unprofessional and off-putting for a adult woman to infantilize herself. When Nicole brought me back, she immediately said I wasn't a candidate for laser and instead needed under-eye filler. I made it clear I wasn't interested, but she continued to push the idea and even brought in a surgery coordinator. The coordinator then criticized my previous filler, saying it caused puffiness, and made a comment about cannula placement that felt unnecessary and confusing. Apparently the cannula needs to touch the lower eyelash. What didn't make sense to me was why I was told I wasn't a candidate for laser, yet was being strongly steered toward filler--especially when they themselves pointed out puffiness.... I drove over 2 hours to go to the "best of the best". Overall, the experience felt pushy and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend.
