Beware of questionable cancellation policy. They claim to have a 48 hour cancellation policy; however, it is not written anywhere, not on their website or any confirmation that you get. They claim that they "tell you on the phone" when you make an appointment that it is a 48 hour cancellation policy, which is unacceptable considering any doctor, surgeon, etc. has a 24 hour policy. I recently had a large melanoma removal on my nose creating a very challenging reconstruction. Because of a difficult work schedule I was trying to schedule The cancer surgery and the reconstruction back to back. As luck would have it it didn't work for the cancer doctor and the schedule was set but not without best impressions telling me they would continue to try to work it out. I accepted the schedule, moved on and expected nothing more. I was completely blown away when they called me a week before the operation with success I. Moving the operations together, I already knew I was in caring hands. The operation went off well and on schedule. Dr T have me his cell number to voice concerns if I had them over the weekend. I sent multiple pictures expressing my concerns and got immediate thoughtful responses throughout the weekend. Since then I have had multiple follow ups and have continued to be blown away with the quality of care timing and service. We will have a little more touch ups to do to meet their crazy perfect standards and I feel really lucky to have found this first class team. Cool Sculpting - I experienced the same treatment that the previous patient mentioned. Karen was super nice and attentive while I was exploring the process. During the procedure she also appeared to be warm & attentive. She informed me that after-care included her calling me in a few days to see how I was feeling. That NEVER happened. She also mentioned that she would schedule me for an appointment to see the doctor as a follow up. That too NEVER happened; even after I requested it when I was concerned about my tummy feeling extra lumpy. The cost was excessive and a Doctor was not involved at all. Karen made it appeared that the Doctor would be involved. I accepted the excessive cost because of this. I absolutely will not be returning to this office and I'm especially disappointed as this is a local neighborhood business. read more

BEST LIP FILLER EXPERIENCE! I went in for lip fillers and it only took a few minutes, was practically painless, and the results were amazing! I took my friend for a botox treatment. The woman gAve us the quote. We went back to get the treatment done. A week later, it turned out the injection was not enough. My friend had to pay again. And a week later still no change. She went to speak. The woman who injected my friend said 'she didn't inject my friend as much as her face needed because we were short on the budget.' First time she quoted us, we said nothing about the price. It was only After she quoted, we said it is expensive. How could she know we were on a budget and mislead my friend with less units? Then we went back to get the injection done. The woman still said nothing! Last time my friend went to say it doesn't work, the woman said she needs more units to be injected and my friend will need to pay again. My friend was done with that. I've been a client of Best Impression Med Spa for YEARS. I'll admit I've strayed a few times either out of convenience or a friendly recommendation but It's always resulted in me going back to Missy or Kris for adjustments. I love that the staff communicates so well with each other for the best results of their clients . Doctors, nurses, laser technicians will all collaborate information and the results are perfection. Having them all under one roof is very comforting. Missy is is not only consistently spot on with her recommendations and procedures she's also 100% out for my best interest and I trust her unconditionally for it. It's also great knowing that if Missy is away and I need to be seen that Kris is a phenomenal Nurse injector as well; her work is flawless. I can't leave Jen out whose done laser and ultherapy for me and I LOVE her. If I could give this "spa", zero stars I would. In fact, it needs to be reported to the better business bureau for unethical practices. I was badly burned here by a woman who probably wasn't licensed to do the procedure in which she used on me. The laser was suppose to get rid of mild facial scarring, but, the girl burned my face leaving a scar I been living with for ten years. The doctor offered me more of these dangerous treatments with the same horrible woman & still paid an exorbitant amount of money to look a million times WORSE. Definitely regret not taking legal action against this spa Also, had Botox done by an obviously uneducated woman who injected it under my eyes!! my current injector Anya explained that botox is never injected under the eyes & couldn't believe when I told her what happened in this spa!. This spa needs to stop practicing because horribly horrendous services are in fact highly DANGEROUS in unskilled hands!! BEWARE Dr. Mirabile should get his license to practice revoked, he is a crook & takes advantage of his clients in really horribly unethical ways !!! He literally edited photos of me & brainwashed me to believe I was the crazy one!!! Dr. Mirabile is the most unethical doctor I've ever come into contact with. I went to Best Impression for Coolsculpting and found the office setting welcoming and calm. I was aware that I would need several treatments so my expectations were in line with the treatment. The staff did an excellent job of making me feel at home, explaining everything, and handing the treatments. I have lost several inches and a pants size, so this procedure definitely achieved what I had hoped it would. With no ill effects at all. If you want to reduce your tummy a bit and nothing else has worked, I would highly recommend this procedure -- and this staff. They're the best! read more

So I've wanted a larger rear end since forever ! I finally got approved by a credit company and were able to make the payments. They only allowed a circle of doctors that actually took the company's loan so it wasn't very many that i could work with. When first calling this office i was so excited due to there enthusiasm when answering the phone and willingness to help me ! So after speaking with them multiple times i decided to go thru with using them as my surgeons. Dr. Suh is the surgeon that i worked with and did my procedure. During the consult i gave Dr. Suh multiple! photos of my wish butt . Never once did she recommend any other procedure that would give me my ultimate outcome. She assured me that with the fat transfer i would be able to obtain my wish photos and that she would even remove more fat for larger outcome (due to the body retaining some fat ). Sadly as soon as i woke up from my surgery i knew that there wasn't much difference! The difference i was looking for would have elevated my body off of the gurney just a little. My butt felt the exact same ! besides it being a bit more round from the back. My wish butt were photo of dancers and video vixens. Afterwards of speaking with Dr. Suh and doing check ups .She HAS brushed off my comments telling me that she had done her best and that i didn't have very much fat to give. Im a 5"4 220 pound women ! I had fat everywhere ! Shortly after my surgery i found out that i could have received implants. This saddened me because she never mention that to me during the consult OR after i made my last payment for my surgery . When speaking with her about it she stated that she assumed i didn't want implants . But as a professional in your field she should have at least mentioned the option. Its more than one way to skin a cat. And , even after alerting her of the down sizing of my bottom due to the swelling going down and fat retained she continued to suggest another fat transfer. Not listening to me as far as my wants and needs. I stated that i wanted implants in order to obtain the size and volume that i wanted. Thinking that they could work on the price with me. Considering that i feel she didn't do her job as my surgeon. Not to mention that i haven't been able to sit down comfortable since my surgery. Its going on month 4 and i just started to sit in JUNE ! When mentioning that to her she simply replied that it takes time ! In the consult she said to remain off my bottom for 1 month tops ! and then further down the line she continually pushed the time period. Mind you i work in a office setting. I wouldn't recommend this doctors office ! I wouldn't be so upset if i wasn't paying off a loan 2 times worth the surgery price along with making a 3000 payment in person ! NO!!! Worst Botox treatment ever. See a professional derm and not an "experienced injector." Had very basic treatment for lines on forehead and between brows. I looked like a crazy clown with triangle brows and then went back to be "touched up" and got a droopy eyelid. Shame on me for being impatient when my derm couldn't see me for two months. Do not go here for Botox injections. I've been getting Botox on and off for 12 years. This is the worst experience I've ever had. Within three days of the service, I looked like a cartoon character - my eyelids raised in an unnatural and frankly frightening way, with an evil peak as a result of wrongly placed injections. When I went back to try to have it fixed, I left with my whole forehead now sliding into my eyes. I paid $300+ and now I cannot wear mascara nor eyeshadow. I came to Best Impression about a month ago to inquire about laser hair removal to get rid of some pesky hair on my upper lip. Now I have tried everything under the sun to try to get rid of this permanently, creams, waxing, crazy TV ad products, you name it, I've tried it. I saw Karen who walked me through the entire process and when I mentioned to her I was a bit nervous, she immediately made me feel at ease. She explained to me what I should expect during the treatment, and in the weeks following, and approximately how many treatments I would need to finally get this permanently taken care of.
