I assumed this was normal until I went elsewhere and had a much more comfortable experience. After the lift, my lashes remained straight. I reached out with a photo, but the only response was that I could come back in 6-8 weeks for another lift. No refund, no fix, and no alternative offered. $120 lost. My second experience was related to a last-minute cancellation. On the morning of my appointment, I had to cancel because my dog had a medical emergency. I called, stressed and frantic from the hospital waiting room, explained the situation, and the receptionist did not mention that I would still be charged. However, my $50 deposit was taken out immediately. While I understand policies, clearer communication and a little compassion in that moment would have gone a long way. It's a shame, because the lash techs I've had have been very nice. Only bumping this up a star for them. But unfortunately, I won't be returning.

Both Linh and Linda have done a great job. I've been to many nail salons over the years and never had a basic manicure last as long as when Linh did it. This is now my go to salon. I definitely recommend the spa pedicure. It is worth it to spend a few extra bucks to get the spa pedicure over the basic pedicure.
