After two disappointing experiences at Lash Lounge, I can't recommend them. The first time I had a lash lift here, it was uncomfortable and caused significant burning. I assumed this was normal until I went elsewhere and had a much more comfortable experience. After the lift, my lashes remained straight. I reached out with a photo, but the only response was that I could come back in 6-8 weeks for another lift. No refund, no fix, and no alternative offered. $120 lost. My second experience was related to a last-minute cancellation. On the morning of my appointment, I had to cancel because my dog had a medical emergency. I called, stressed and frantic from the hospital waiting room, explained the situation, and the receptionist did not mention that I would still be charged. However, my $50 deposit was taken out immediately. While I understand policies, clearer communication and a little compassion in that moment would have gone a long way. It's a shame, because the lash techs I've had have been very nice. Only bumping this up a star for them. But unfortunately, I won't be returning. read more

I had been on the hunt for somewhere to have my eyebrows threaded and I'm glad I found the lash lounge! You can book your appointments online which makes it super easy and convenient. When I arrived, there was no wait for my appointment, and I was really pleased with my results. It felt like they knew what they were doing and I could trust them to do the services well consistently in the future. This visit was my first time ever having lashes applied. Brittany was phenomenal. She explained, in detail, the application process and post process lash care. After having a lash tint and lash lift, I ended up in urgent care 24 hours later. The doctor said I had a serious case of pink eye in both eyes. I am on antibiotics every two hours for five days. This is not a reaction from any chemicals, but bacteria that got into my eye. Likely due to unsanitary conditions at the salon. I would not recommend having any service done there. I did call, was not offered any refund. They did apologize for what had happened. read more

I will say this. The lady at the front desk was friendly. I was there for eyebrow tinting with Shelby. My eyebrows look exactly the same. she tried twice. Once with a dark brown and again with black. Still I walk out with no change. Shelby did offer the do a third coat but I lost all faith by this point. the was no eyebrow shaping (waxing or threadin). You are only paying for someone to put henna your face and wipe out it away. I suggest save your money and time!!!. Go someplace else. read more

Their place is huge and there is so much space for clients and for privacy. You are immediately greeted by Olivia she is so sweet and helpful with your questions about products, services and memberships. My lashes were done by Gemma. (I can't say enough great things about her!) On my initial visit she went over everything about the process. We started more conservatively. Then on my next visit we went more glam. I accidentally discovered this little gem! I've been considering getting lash extensions for quite some times, as I've aged (50's), I found my eye lashes to be thinning out. I was hesitant about getting lash extensions, cost, upkeep, but most importantly making sure they looked NATURAL! I spoke with Joanne the owner who was very patient in answering all my questions. My first appointment was with Cori and let's just say.... I'm hooked! Cori is awesome!
