I've been beyond happy with every experience I've ever had there. I typically see Mai Mai for my pedicures, this last visit I had a dip gel manicure for the first time with William and a gel pedicure with Mai Mai. I came here this past Thursday and had a pedicure and dip nail manicure. My cuticles were not trimmed, but what irks me the most is that my dip nails chipped after TWO DAYS!!! He didn't use gel top coat. This place is too expensive. Save your money and go anywhere else. I've never had dip nails chip. EVER. and I tipped him 20.00. Lesson learned. read more

Lovely salon with extremely friendly staff!! I had a fantastic experience when I stopped in for a pedicure. That being said, the pedicure was very pricey - $40 - compared to other places which usually hover around $30. Including tip I spent $50, which is more than I would ever want for a pedicure. First time there and the place is very clean and beautiful. But I will say that I am not 100% satisfied. We were the last people in there and I totally understand that you want to leave and get home but had asked the owner for quick dry drops just Incase my nails were not all the way dry just to be cautious she said didn't you use the spray next to the dryer and I said yes but wanted the drops too just in case. She grabbed some light brown stuff and did globs with the brush and it left glob marks and bubbles and totally messed up my nails and it comes down to all of her rushing to get out. read more

I went to this location for over a year. If I could rate this a 3.5 star I would. They are not awful by any means. Some days you get a great person who does everything exactly as you ask to have it done. Other days the gel polish may be bumpy or the sides of the nails not painted as you'd like. What drove me to seek other nail salons was the cost to have a gel pedicure. $25 additional just to paint your toenails with gel polish?! That's on top of the normal pedicure price. I can say from living in other areas of the country, I know it can be done for way less than what they charge and still be done very well. I'd reconsider if the gel pedicure prices were lower. read more

They focus on so many little things to make it a nice experience for customers like nail drying sprays by the drying station to help speed up your drying time. I really wanted to love this nail salon as my favorite nail technician changed salons and is a 30-45 minute drive away so I was hoping to find a new place close by. It's a beautiful salon and for that is the only reason it gets two stars. I would give it three for the beauty but the service was just too terrible! My friend and I both went in with 5:15pm appointments. She was getting a regular manicure and I got a gel manicure and pedicure as my appointment stated. The salon only had one other person in it the whole time we were there. I asked for a simple polish with glitter coming come slightly (for my fingers) and showed them a picture. The woman did not understand even with pictures and explaining..she just kept painting 3/4 of my nail with glitter! I kept having her try again till I became exhausted with it and gave up. I wanted something special for my baby shower and my nails look like infant did them! Embarrassing! Then when they finally finish my finger nails (over a hour later!) they didn't say anything about my pedicure and were all ready to go home. I said "um I also made an appointment for a pedicure" they all seemed very angry and rushed me over to the other chairs and sped through something I would not even call a pedicure..I felt like I was being scolded the entire time and it took them less than 20 mins to do my "pedicure" they brought me to the dryer where they all stood with coats on holding their purses making us feel so uncomfortable that we had to leave before finishing drying. It is a shame to me that such a beautiful salon will be wasted by such rude and untrained/inexperienced staff. That was a total waste of 70$! Like I said..awful gel manicure and they basically only painted my toenails. Oh for the regular manicure her nails chipped THAT SAME NIGHT!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! read more

I have been a client of glam nails since they opened, more or less. I have walked in for service when they were PACKED and walked in for service when they were in between appointments, both situations I was greeted warmly and seen within literal minutes of my arrival as they are always appropriately staffed. It's unfortunate about the below review, because I have NEVER visited glam nails and left under an hour, actually my average is an hour and a half for a gel fill French manicure. They insist upon perfection. Lilly, the owner, is very adamant that her patrons leave happy with their service and she, personally, has done everything in her power to make that happen. It is certainly difficult to be in the service industry, and any reasonable person knows you can't please EVERYONE but..... I can ABSOLUTELY ASSURE YOU, Lilly and her staff at Glam Nail Lounge go over and beyond any other nail salon or retail establishment that I've EVER experienced to CERTAINLY try!!! read more

Absolutely terrible. Made an appointment for 2 of us. Walked in and no one was at the desk. Waited for 5 minutes, no one came out. We had to find someone - salon was extremely messy - told them we both had appointments, they didn't seem to care. After 15 more minutes they told us to pick out colors. 10 more minutes and only took one of us back. Other people that came in that had appointments left because no one spoke to them. I asked when I was going to be waited on, was told I could sit net to my friend. This was 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. No other communication with me. My friend finished after an hour, and then they were ready for me. I told them my appointment was an hour before and I didn't want to have my nails done now. She just shrugged her shoulders and said fine and walked away. Horrible customer service, place was a mess and dirty. Would never go back there again and would never recommend it to anyone. read more
