This nail salon is nice, and clean and the nail technicians are friendly and do great work. I love the dip nails and they last 3 weeks each time with no chipping or anything! They have many colors to chose from and offer many designs as well! Unfortunately, the wait time for walk ins is very long. I signed in at 6:05 on a Thursday evening and did not get seated until 6:55. Not once, during this time did anyone notify me of this wait time (I likely wouldn't have stayed). At 7:15 I had received a toe polish change and no one has attempted to ask about my nails.. :( Twice, when I did have an evening appointment on a week day, and called ahead earlier in the day no one took my name or told me who I had my appointment with. When I arrived, I still waited 25 minutes both times. I can't imagine the wait time on Friday afternoons and Saturdays! I will continue to come here but be sure to always make an appointment to ensure I'm not wasting the night waiting! read more

Because the nail color on my toes was uneven, and I asked for a more natural shape on my fingernails. Very disappointed in the quality, durability & length of time of my manicure. I got it done on Friday, May 26th & by today, 4 of my nails are missing polish. I wash dishes with gloves on to make sure the polish last longer. I am not rough at all & have not done yard work or anything to make the polish chip. When I was done on Friday, I still had polish all around my cuticles and side of my nails. I could paint them better myself. Plus several of my nails are crooked. It will not deter me from coming back again and again, but it does leave me cautious as to whom does my nails. It is a Monday afternoon and I was stuck having to do jury duty today. After it was over, I went to get my nails done. To start, I did not wait long at all! This place is usually packed when I come in, so to come in today and find the place with only a handful of people in it was a pleasant surprise. Second, I picked out my color. I chose a light orange color (I thought). Unfortunately, it wasn't a light orange. I walked out of the salon, walked into the sun and saw that my nails were more of a pink shade. This was disappointing. Typically, I schedule an appointment because the young lady (Maria) is ALWAYS busy and she is only one of 2 employees here that I let touch my hands. Today, I did not make an appointment. Well, as nice as the young lady was that was doing my nails, she only did a mediocre job. She did not polish some of the spots on my tips. I am so amazed with my visit, that I don't want to tell you about it. But, what kind of Yelper would I be? Seriously, Lily and Cindy were so great. I have a red hot mani and pedi and some subtle adornments. Lily made my feet feel amazing and Cindy's polish job was top notch. My gel mani is to die for and the best part, even before the polish went on, my nails looked healthy, crusty cuticles be gone. Yeah Lily! Cindy's mom made my nonexistent brows beautiful after she was done. All in all, the salon is beautiful, clean and the ladies were gracious, more than pleasant and I look forward to many, many, MANY future visits. I used to frequent this place but the quality of their service and products really fell off. I usually get three coats of gel polish but the application is way too thick. It peels much quicker. The techs are young and I'd say a little unprofessional. They chit chat a lot amongst each other rather than to their clients. Had an appointment one time and the tech had me waiting for 30 mins. bc a "reality TV star" was in there getting her nails done and didn't bother to apologize to me for the inconvenience. After the film crew and "star" left, they were all so star struck. Their attire looks like they just rolled out of bed. I know the dress code is pretty casual in nail salons, but they wear baggy sweats, tees and flip flops. Presentation says a lot about an employee. WORST! First time at the nail salon and my dad had already prepaid for a gel manicure and gel pedicure. He gave me a gift card there. When I showed up I waited for 30 minutes until I was even acknowledged. Then I had my feet sit in cold water for 40 more minutes. After that I got a gel pedicure. Next moved onto a gel manicure that was horrible - paint was all over skin, it was messed up in places, and none of it was fixed. I was never talked to during the whole process. Then when I went to pay I gave the man my gift card and a nice tip despite the horrible job, thanked him, and went outside to leave. I was then chased down by him saying "um $15 more" $15 more??????? Why!?? I will NEVER return to this place again and I will be sure to tell friends and family to not waste their time there. read more

No one said "hello" or asked us what we wanted or even told us there was going to be a wait. So we sat there for 10 minutes until my mom asked a tech how long it would be until we were seated and she had no idea. So about another 5 minutes go by and a random man who i assume was the owner told us about 20 minutes. You saw us sitting there and didnt think to tell us that its going to be that long of a wait?! I've honestly never been somewhere where I've had a bad pedicure, but this was the worst. I am 37weeks pregnant and was hoping for a relaxing experience, but instead I was waiting for it to be over the whole time. I said the water was too hot three times (I couldn't keep my feet in the water) and the digging and ripping into my nail beds was painful. I'm not sure the man understood me, but there is no way I looked comfortable. The exfoliating scrub he put on my legs was painful and I ended up with a rash on one leg from it. I was hoping at least the massage would be nice as I do like more pressure, but it was basically just rubbing lotion in and lasted less than 30 seconds. I assume by the reviews this place is geared more towards nails and maybe I got someone who was new, but I'll be looking for a different salon. read more

Such a cute, clean nail salon! It's obviously a Parisian themed salon. The staff is so nice and welcoming. They have a huge flat screen tv towards the back that they play Netflix on, as well as wifi to keep you entertained. On Saturdays, it may be better to make an appointment so you don't have to wait unless you have time to spare. I walked in today and ended up coming back later because there was a quite a bit of a wait. When I came back, the salon was practically empty and I got started immediately. Easily the WORST nail experience I ever had, I was the first client in there this morning and asked for dip powder French manicure with tips, the woman doing my nails messed up 4 times at least on each nail and ended up having to take the set off that she just put on and start over after an HOUR and a halfof doing my nails, doesn't tell me she messed up of that another woman is going to be doing my nails for me. The when i got fed up and asked to leave and not be charged because absolutely nothing had gotten done that I went there for the woman tries to charge me for taking off the set that I originally had, not considering they just wasted 2 hours of my time , when I argued with her that I shouldn't be charged because my nails are ruined and thin as ever when I just grew them out and that they wasted my time she shoos me out of the nail salon to leave. It was great at first then I became a regular and the quality went down....my last pedicure was something I could've done myself. The lady barely cleaned my nails and shaped it. I felt like she just pretended to shape them and did the bare minimum. I recently started dip and it was priced as if I had a manicure done as well. $35 for dipping and one design on each nail....The owner who I believe is the older lady gets annoyed if you want to soak off your nails. I only do that since my nails are very frail. They will charge you $10 for it so save your money and do it at home ladies. The only two technicians I felt that did the job nicely were the two sisters. You will know if you have anything done with them verses the other people that work there. They'll put a couple quarters in the meter for you, get you water if you want it, and even charge your phone if need be! I hardly ever write reviews but I am very disappointed! It was my first visit and when I walked in and saw how clean this place was so excited thinking I found my new go to. I did have to wait a little which I was patient about. But when my wait was longer than the time spent on my pedicure I was not fine with that. The guy rushed through everything and I am not sure why because I went on a weekday and there was no one waiting. Not relaxing at all. I had a similar experience with my manicure. My cuticles were not fully cleaned and there was too my polish on my nails so it looks sloppy. Not to mention in the middle of my manicure I was asked to pay as if I was going to run away without paying. While I watched other customers pay once their services were completed. Others were asked if they wanted something to drink and I was not. But while in the middle of doing my manicure the guy asked me if I wanted wine, when he realized I was not offered anything. How am I suppose to have wine while getting a manicure. This should be offered during the pedicure so that my finger nails do not get messed up. Very disappointed.
