The only place I'll go! Staff is friendly and engaging. The owner and a few of the staff always ask how my Mom, who moved 6 months ago (and drives over an hour to keep coming here) is doing. Mani/pedi combo is $40. Pedicure amenities include a heel treatment, calf massage, and hot stones . Manicures can't be beat. They do a quick back massage with hot stones while you're nails dry. It's not even been 24 hrs and my French manicure is already chipping off. The lady who did my pedicure did an excellent job, but the one who did my manicure did a half ass job. She was very harsh with my nails, I flinched a few times while she was working on my them, felt like she wanted to rush through the whole thing and didn't really care about doing a good job. Even her nail polish application wasn't great. I paid an extra $5 for French manicure but it's not worth it. Skip it for a regular manicure and save your money. Not going back again. First manicure I got two weeks ago was fabulous however today if I could give negative stars I would. The nail tech I had today, had me soak my nails in cold water which stiffened the cuticles and when she cut them, she cut me and I started bleeding. The cuticles didn't even need to be cut! To make matters worse, she smudged the polish on one of the nails and didn't fix it. It's a 50/50 shot and that's simply not the odds I'm willing to take in the future. read more

This salon was overall very nice, but i didn't have the best experience. Came in for a full set and when asked what i was looking for my manicurist didn't fully listen to what i wanted, leaving me with longer nails than i was originally looking for, even after asking her to shorten them. I was told they would be shorter after being shaped (they were not). I was also left with some clumps of the acrylic underneath my nails which is always disappointing. The nails do look great if they had been what i asked for. The best part of this salon is definitely the complimentary back massage while waiting for the nails to dry. I posted a previous review for this business a few years back; that was regarding a pedicure that left with me the worst case of athlete's foot I've ever had in my life. Fool me once... well, I guess it's my fault for going back for a very simple manicure. I thought that might be okay, but that was idiotic of me. Just a little filing and polish, I thought, what could go wrong? Well, the manicurist was a MANIAC. She used the cuticle tool to clean underneath my nails, which was weird and a little painful at the time but then also left me with VERY painful lacerated skin underneath my nails, and she absolutely gouged my cuticles with the same tool. I have several infected fingers-- one very badly. They've been throbbing and hurting for a little over a week. I can't believe I ever went back. This place should be shut down. It's dangerous and unclean and I see someone else had a similar experience with their cuticles around the same time as I did. The management must mistreat the workers and they take it out on customers is my guess? Sadly, I might have to see a doctor if one of my fingers doesn't start to feel better. It's extremely swollen as you can kind of see. The other bad one just looks and feels a little infected. The pain has been so bad from all my nails and under my nail-beds it's been actually waking me at night. Crazy. No way that was an accident. read more

I came here for a gel mani/pedi last week. The upside of this nail salon was that it was not busy during the day on a Friday, and they were able to do my mani and pedi at the same time. My nails looked fine initially. I'm only rating two stars because my gel manicure started to chip five days after and the entire polish from two of my fingers completely fell off. At other salons, my gel manicure generally lasts around two weeks. In this case it wasn't even one week. WEll I was recommended to go here by 2 women that I respect. So I made a couples reservation because I wanted to make sure I'd be sitting next to my beau while we were getting our pedicures. I made a reservation for Saturday and immediately the staff and owner James began to up-sell me on the services I had chosen. I just wanted 2 regular pedicures! Callus service was an extra $5 and found out it wasn't worth it. Especially not compared to the salon in Ft Lauderdale for no extra cost, and the girl really put her elbow into it! unlike the girl here. Well they tried to up-sell me to get a couples pedicure for $100 which I swiftly dismissed. We arrived about 5 minutes late. The place was booked. We had to wait about 10 minutes before they took.. get this- my beau first! Then they finally took me about 20 minutes later! Not to mention they couldn't seat us together; the hell with the reservation! The service is all about de-stressing. A hot pack was placed in back of me and they started up my massage chair immediately. The foot massage with hot stones was a nice touch and quite different from anywhere else I had gone. The callus process was tres tickley and not as good as the Ft Lauderdale nail salon. All in all if I want a massage, I'd rather go to a full service spa not a nail salon. I just want my nails done in a clean place in a timely manner. This place is all about the extras so if you have your husband's money or you don't care about charging up your credit cards then this place is for you. To compare: A regular pedicure is about $22 (w/coupon) at Christie's which is just as good. Cinderella's regular pedicure is $30. So if you want your extra massage and well designed atmosphere and your girls dressed in uniforms then pay the $12 for the environment. Me, I'll take no uniforms, not so well designed, but quality job and save the $12 for a nice martini at a high end bar where I can meet that husband who can pay for my pedicures in the near future! read more

First of all, the treatment I received from the owner (Bonnie) was like actually shocking. She was extremely rude and condescending to paying customer and I have never felt so unwelcome in a salon. Secondly, the salon looks like is hasn't been cleaned in years. The floors are covered in dust, dirt, and nail clippings. The light that I had to put my hand under was full of scum. That is also a big factor to why I go there. Pros: Very convenient (as stated above) Good hours (I believe they're open until 8pm) Very clean Separate waxing area in the back. Cons: The service is alright but sometimes very slow. Most of the times that I have gone in there is no one at the front desk so you end up taking a seat and waiting until someone asks you what you need.
