My appointment was at 5, I got there 10 mins. early, I was asked if Tom could get me started. Tom actually started ans finished my nails. I got a acrylic refill, a French manicure gel polish and a broken nail repair. No lie my nails were done in about a half an hour. I have never had my nails done so fast. My nails look great! They're natural looking, meaning they're not all thick and clumpy. Everything I asked for Tom did it. I also got my eyebrows waxed which were done by Vee. She did a great job as well They had so many nail colors to choose from, as well as charms. Parking can be a little iffy; the salon is located on Ogontz Ave which is a busy and major street. I highly recommend this nail salon. All the nail technicians seem to be pretty good. I'm definitely going back. Also their prices were good. I paid $55 for my nails and $8 for my eyebrow wax. They accept cash and credit cards. If you use your card it's a 3% charge. There's an ATM inside the salon if need cash. The salon was nice, clean, nice decor, r&b music playing in the background. Last week my nail cracked while out of town, one week after getting them done. Tuesday, Rachel redid my nails, then exclaimed with an attitude when finished, "I will no longer do your nails, call and make an appointment with Chung when you return". I went to the front to address her attitude. I was met with a blank stare by the front desk attendant. Management had no regard for the poor service or the disrespectful attitude of the staff. This displayed a poor reflection of this business and staff mistreat of customers due to their negligence. How could the nail tech have an attitude when I had to drive 45 minutes on 2 separate occasions to have my nails repaired? This is egregious.

While my nails look good, but feet do not at all. I should not still have rough skin after soaking and treating them. I wish I'd realized at the time that she was being lazy and skipping the exfoliation almost entirely. Now I have to go to the beach with calluses still on my feet.
