Super nice workers although my nails were not what I wanted at all. I called for an acrylic full set and got convinced to do dip, which I didn't think much of because I know people who do dip. Bad idea, the dip was blotchy and bumpy. I also repeatedly reminded that I wanted shorter nails than the reference photo and ended up with even longer ones. I am not the type of person to fight with the service providers or anything so I paid and left. But I 100% don't recommend, spend the extra money for other places. read more

My friend and I went here after work since it was close to work. First off we walked in to the guy who works there coming in back door that was wide open with the entire salon smelling of cigarette smoke. I got a full set with dip, and she wanted her acrylic tips soaked off and just a regular manicure with polish on her nails. Well to say we left unhappy is an understatement. Some of my nails are so rough and not smooth. They look like they need a refill already he didn't go all the way to the cubicle and just all around BAD looking set. My friends nails were soaked a bit but then they just shaved down the tips and said they were off. They definitely aren't. So unhappy I thought about going back to make them fix it but I don't even want to return now. read more

Do not book here! Dirty, weak/bad pedicure massage, he didn't want to put an extra coat on even though the light color I chose required it, still had Christmas decorations up. They were "too busy;" mind you, there was ONE person in there getting a manicure (and multiple employees doing nothing). We tried Better Nails and they were so kind, helpful and good to her. I used to love this place! People were amazing, usually quality of service was awesome....then new managers came in. I'm ok, given the new managers are super sweet and friendly and trying to make the space amazing. All of this is true...the problem lies in that the quality is significantly going down hill. Dip nails for the first time chipped on day 2 and 3. Which means my European vacation needs to be amended to fill in a second manicure. Price is really good ($25 for a gel fill in) and both people I've had have taken their time to make sure every nail is shaped good and the polish is solid. Highly recommend this salon to everyone. Great services for affordable prices. I was able to get a very nice pedicure with Gel polish for $35. The employees really took their time making my cuticles look perfect and the shape of my nails exactly how I wanted them. Came here for a pedicure because of all the good reviews. First impression was that the place was super grody - rundown chairs, holes in the walls haphazardly covered up, dirty carpet. Only $25 dollars for a pedicure so I guess that is why it is so popular. I was seated right away in a pedicure chair and ended up waiting for 25 minutes with my pants hiked up like a dumbdumb before I walked out. Oh this is a great salon! They do UV gel nails wonderfully ! The shape was great and she was wonderful when I gave her feedback. Anyhow, I gave it 4 stars because of the length (1 1/2 to do nails? - maybe I am spoiled from my old nail salon who did french in under and max of an hour) and because of the price $55 for UV gel nails. It is typically around that price for a good UV nails, but the length of time kind of gets me. They know how to remove the UV gel extremely well (the correct way- with their metal tools) and they have the right tools for it. They also use CND for both the pink and the white color for the UV gel colors. Anyhow this is a great place. I recommend getting an appointment because it isn't the largest space ever (though it can accommodate a good number of people). read more

I had a horrible experience at this nail salon. The manager did my gel nails and I wasn't super thrilled but didn't make a big fuss. Literally 2 days later my nails started to peel and I came back to get them redone. The manager did not apologize and accused me of wanting a different color. I was appalled! And I picked the same color I had on previously. It was so rude and so unprofessional I just left after he took off the old nail polish. Don't go here! read more

Worst manicure I ever had! Gentleman nicked my cuticles 4 times, did a sloppy job shaping the nails, and applied the nail polish unevenly.

Didn't know this place had changed owners. Was the best salon I'd ever been too before this when Emily and Will were there. Went in a found new owners, decided to give htem a trry. I had made a reservation on their website. Got the gentleman. He kept getting up and leaving to take care of other things. He seemed preoccupied watching what everyone else was doing, and forgot the step in the pedicure that I was most looking forward to - the brush. In the middle of the pedicure he left to go argue with a woman who had just come in dissatisfied with her manicure. A rather loud and heated discussion ensued with this man threatening to call the police. He came back to me and continued to talk about the lady throughout the time I was there.When he was finished he waved me off the chair, unaware that I had also asked for a manicure and eyebrow waxing. He began the manicure by nicking my cuticles twice, putting antiseptic on them. Again he went to do something else and one of the ladies did the waxing while I waited for him. (She knew I had made a resevation and what services I wanted.) When he finished cleaning/shaping the nails, he got up and said I was done. I said what about the polish??? He did it but I definitely felt as though I was a hindrance to him and was getting in his way of running the salon. There are so many nail places in the area so it will be easy to find another one. This place could be amazing. The quality I receive here is always a 5/5. However, the cleanliness and amount of time spent here is a 2/5. On one occasion, I brought my friend here and we waited over an hour before we finally had no choice but to leave. Several customers also left within that time frame and we were all told our wait wouldn't be long. When you do finally sit down with the nail tech, you know the quality of your nails is going to be amazing, but it takes way to long to be waited on. I also wouldn't say this place is the cleanest. The decor is a little frazzled and more recently the walls have been orange with one section paired purple. I was there when they started painting it purple and it seems like they just kind of gave up on the idea. The people who work here are great and I wish this could be my go to place but it is way too inconsistent with the timeliness of service. read more

I've been searching for a good pedicure spot in the area and I'm so glad I finally found this gem! A gentleman named Will did my pedicure, which included an amazing massage, and got every bit of dead skin off my feet....gross I know, but he worked miracles!
