This was my second time getting my nails done here. The first time, the person doing my nails told me that the design I wanted would cost "too much" for me... despite the micro aggression, I stayed, she did the design, and I loved it. The second time, nails were done nice again but the lady who looks to be the owner overcharged me, likely after overhearing a conversation I was having about my work income. I asked her about why a gel refill came to $42.90 and she told me it was because I got my nails trimmed down... I had my sister call and ask how much a gel refill work trim would cost and she told her $32... No one likes being taken advantage of and I now see why this place is always empty. I went here with my sibling the day after Thanksgiving and despite the holiday they seated us immediately. I don't get my nails done often but this makes me want to get them done everyday! It was so relaxing and our techs were so nice and sweet and we felt at home right away. They did their job so well and quickly, with very good attention to detail. My nails were short and stubby when I went in because I play the guitar, but my tech still worked with them and it almost feels like my nails got longer! Thank you, dynasty nails! read more

My girlfriend and I came here today because we were at the other nail place around the corner across from Panera. There were a good 8 people in line with 4 techs working on customers already so we left. When we came in to dynasty we were seated immediately and our techs were extremely friendly and talkative which was very nice. The pedicure was short but to the point and a mani/pedi combo is only $35 so I can't really complain. They did say their Friday's were usually busier than that but regardless I definitely recommend this place if you want to get your nails done quickly and done well. read more

I only get gel or standard mani/pedi. They do an excellent job with these and are very friendly. There's hardly ever a wait and I never need an appointment. I do think you need an appmnt for the dip if that's your thing. read more

I actually have never had my nails look so horrible!! Tried out this place and kid you not he finished my nails in 20 minutes. Every Single nail is crooked after I asked him to individually file each nail down after seeing they were crooked , yet they all turned out crooked. Its been 4 days since I got them done 1 nail fell off , the gel is coming off every other nail and looks horrible.Save your money because i paid 40 dollars for the worst nails i have ever gotten. read more

I really wanted to love this place. The ladies are very nice and friendly. They took their time and worked on my feet etc. The location is clean and nice. My complaint lies in that my gel manicure didn't even last a week. I had a regular pedicure that also started chipping within 2 days. I have tried other places and have had better results. read more

I had a pedicure 3 weeks ago. I was never told that the price went up to $45 ($10 increase) since they reopened since Covid-19. I was really disappointed to find that out after my pedicure was done. I had a pedicure here and it was very good, efficient and inexpensive. The guy (yes, a guy) was very helpful and even suggested a more summer-y nail polish. Came here today for the first time with my 8 y/o for mommy/daughter time. We both got pedicures, she got her nails painted and I got gel manicure. Everything was great. Not busy at all on a Saturday afternoon. The ladies were extremely pleasant and friendly. They took their time with our nails and they came out great. They treated us like valued customers even though it was our first time here. They treated my daughter very well too and didn't get impatient when she was taking forever deciding on colors. Glad I was able to find a new place I like since my former salon in Paoli was on the decline. I'll definitely be back. read more

This place is extremely unprofessional screaming at staff infront of customers. Only one workers who is friendly. They have 0 people who can do anything except plain paint no one knows how to do design. I was sent out because they said I asked for to much design and still said no after I agreed to plain paint because the worker became mad and said I was asking for to much. My nails were wrecked by Dynasty Nails! I went in the first time and had the dip/powder nail polish which I had done previously at other nail salons. I asked for oval shape and the owner made my nails pointed. When I asked for them to be more rounded she made them more pointed. I had to go home an reshape them myself. Plus there was dried powder all over my fingers. 3 weeks later I returned to have the dip/powder removed. Again I requested to have an oval shape nail. This time they were made square. This was 2 weeks ago since then every one of my nails has subsequently broken very low and my nails all have ridges in them. I work in an industry where I have to look professional and my nails look absolutely awful. I am embarrassed by how my nails look and every day another nail breaks even lower. Beyond disappointed. Yesterday I went to get a mani/pedi before my graduation ceremony. My appointment was at noon and the I got dressed at 5:00 PM . When I went to take my closed toes shoes off after the ceremony I saw that all of the polish on my toes had slid off. I don't understand how nail polish requires more than 4 hours to dry. NEVER AGAIN. If I could give this zero stars I would. Initially I had good vibes, and I am never the type of person to run into bad service, but even if I do it gets solved. Overall I was very disappointed. It all started when the man started cutting the COFFIN shape on my nails (coffin is straight and wide, then goes to narrow and squared out), and I had to tell them that the coffin shape was not fully prim and proper, he cut my nails very rounded and my nails were all different sizes (very uneven). I told myself to trust the process. Then came the coloring, I was hoping to see it all tie together after the color was applied and when I told the nail tech to make the lines a little more straighter he yelled and berated me all of a sudden in the whole salon! I would understand if he talked to me in a civilizing manner but he yelled at me and clipped off my nails, leaving them broken unpainted and finished, and to make it worse he did not even remove the acrylic on my nail! He continued to tell me I was complaining and kept yelling at me. This was the most UNPROFESSIONAL nail salon I have ever been to and the woman accompanying him doing nails saw his immaturity towards his client and didn't bother to help fix it. I was really disappointed going here because I would've expected a way far better service, and from my experience of paying for my nails in the past, any good nail tech would not yell at their client and act out their aggressions! Worst experience ever! I bring a celebrity picture with me to do the eyebrow threading, the lady told me she can do eyebrow wax only. Ok, wax. She said she couldn't wax my eyebrow to that style. And she tried her 'freestyle '. I told her that I will have an important life event 2days later with this weird eyebrow, she was laughing. She really pissed me off . Got an acrylic refill, my nails looked bad two days after. Could have used another layer of polish and my acrylic layer on top of my real nail chipped off and I never ever have a problem with chipping a nail. Love it here! I have been a patron for over 10 years now. I have seen the remodeling of the salon & run into new & old friends. Hannah does a great mani & pedi both! I especially like the foot massage, particularly when I have been on my feet all week at work. I highly recommend you give them a try, one note- if you are going on a Friday or Saturday for both mani & pedi you should make an apt as they are usually very busy on those days.
