I also noticed that tools were not taken from sterilized pouches and the stations were visibly dusty. Because proper sanitation is essential for services that involve cutting the skin, this was concerning--especially since the infections were painful and disruptive to my daily work. I reached out to the salon directly to give them an opportunity to address this. While they responded and stated they discussed it with their team, they declined a refund based on policy and offered a small store credit instead, which I did not feel was an appropriate resolution given the circumstances. I had previously enjoyed coming here, but due to these experiences, I would encourage others to pay close attention to hygiene and technique when booking services.

My gel manicure was very thick and began to unstick from the sides, ultimately peeling off after 7 days. The total price was $50 so very cheap, but you get what you pay for.
