Came in this morning, 8/20/24 , as a potential new client, the older lady pushed/forced me into a chair to "pick a color", I asked how much just for a regular polish (not gel) ACRYLIC refill , she said $45 !!! Are you kidding?? Just for a refill, I politely said , that is way to much just for a refill & normal polish. She said " is it your first time here?" I said "yes", she gave me a dirty look, then I quietly said "I will go somewhere else", & she did not say anything, just walked away!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I like this place a lot! I got my acrylics refilled here after getting them done elsewhere originally. A man (which I did not get the name of) did them and I think he did a fabulous job. He was skilled with laying the acrylic and efficient. While painting and doing the little flower design, he swiped off a flower or two to correct a mistake, which I appreciated. Better to correct the mistake than to send the client home with it. We did not talk much which I did not mind at all. Overall, this is a nice place to get your nails done! I paid 55$ for the refill and design which is a bit higher than I had expected but he was took his time with the flowers so I figured it was worth his skill. read more

Have been going here on and off for years. Today was not good. Pedicure was ok not great. Then gel mani was rushed when a surge of people arrived. The UV light went off and I was told to wash and go. Nails were tacky and asked for alcohol wipe of nails as it's what final sets nails. No hand lotion, no hand massage and nails are tacky still hours later. Put a coat of seche vive on myself to harden top and not ruin paint overnight. read more

My gel manicure had lumps and bubbles because after getting the old gel off she did not brush off my nails or prep them further. I had to go back and get the fixed. The lady who fixed them was understanding and did a great job, but due to my initial experience I won't be back. When you're paying $30+ for a manicure I expect better quality. read more

We made an appointment (which is recommended that you do) and got treated almost right away. Very impressed with the work they did; also very kind. The only concern I have is that it was $45 for just a regular acrylic set. Around me it's usually no more than $25, so that's why it threw me off a bit. YALL!! This is the best nail salon I have been too! I didn't get my nails done for a while due to not kk owing of a good salon. As soon as I walked in I was greeted even tho they were busy! I asked Haley at the front desk about getting liquid gel or something that would give me a tiny bit of length she suggested dip powder! She did my toes and she was so sweet& held a conversation the whole time. Most salons I have been to just talk to their coworkers. Then Jimmy did my nails, he put tips on to give them some length & he actually took his time and listened to what I wanted wIth my nails. Last Kim did my eyebrows & OMG. they look awesome!! I am always so hesitant to try new places especially wIth my eyebrows but I am not one bit disappointed. It didn't take all day, and the prices were good!! I have been here a few times before and had a great experience. However, I was very disappointed the other day when getting my nails done. I witnessed a customer sitting next to me, waiting & waiting ...30 MINUTES!!!,, with her nails soaking in nail remover with the cotton balls wrapped in tinfoil while the employee hopped over 2 chairs over to help a regular customer , who was a walk in & then ignored the other customer who was there 1st. The owner was there working on my nails and allowed this to happen. unexceptional!!! No one said ANYTHING to the customer who was kept waiting!! Not even a "sorry" Instead was told there will be someone coming in shortly to help her...WHAT!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! I sat there talking with the customer while I was getting my nails done.She patiently waited with frustration. I felt very bad for her. After the other 2 customers that were there left , I asked the owner, Why did this customer have to wait for 30 minutes to get her nails finished? He said that someone else would be in soon to help her. Not good customer service... this could happen to anyone, me, you.... I unfortunately will NOT be back to Paridise Nails in the future. I sure hope the company will do things differently in the future as it was very unprofessional and made 2 regular customers of there's very unhappy. read more

I'm not sure why this place has so many stars, I got a refill and they look okay at best. The fill isn't to the cuticle so there's a gap. They aren't filed to all look the same or even straight (squared tips, so it look sloppy and slanted). He cut down all my own nails real short, I was trying to grow them underneath and didn't put a tip on my pinky nail so it looks shitty and not formed. Most of the staff was nice, but go the mile to love nails in malvern. It's nicer and the tech is more skilled. read more

I have been to every nail salon in Chester County in the last 30 years. Paradise Nails is by far the best salon in this area. The employees who work there are genuine, sweet, nice and extremely professional. They even give discounts near holidays and small gifts to clients. The gesture is so sweet. They are a salon who is very clean. They sanitize all their tools and in addition to this I've seen them spray tools with alcohol before using it on me which I've never seen before. All that being said, the nails look amazing no matter what technician does them. I love this salon. You will not be disappointed. read more

I love this place. They always shape my acrylics perfectly. However, always over book and they do not honor their appointment times. Every time I've came here I've waited 30 minutes and even an hour before they finally took me. They will say a time and you could even confirm with them saying "will you actually take me at that time" and they will say yes. It's such a shame because I never been to a better nail salon. Just ok - I went for a gel pedicure right when they opened in June, decent pedicure except one toe ended up without topcoat and was matte, unlike all the others. Since it was gel I put my shoes right on after and didn't notice until I got home and it was too late. I tried again just this week for a gel manicure. 3 employees really pushed dip power so I tried it, and the manicure felt rushed and ended up streaky. After pointing out 2 issues and getting a rushed fixed, I kind of just gave up and left. I will say the place seemed very clean. read more

I made an appointment for 5:00. At 5:30 I was moved to a chair with no water. I sat awkwardly for ten minutes with no place to put my feet. At 5:40 I was informed there was no hot water and they were heating some up. I walked out when I looked down the row of chairs and saw the lady that came in 30 minutes after me getting her pedicure started. Clearly appointments mean nothing. I have been here a few times. I think 3. Each time I get just a Sea Salt ( not sure of actual name ) but its $35. I saw that it is supposed to be for 8 minutes. Well , I was really disappointed again. I think the $25 one is 4 minutes. I frankly saw no difference. I really don't understand all of the accolades !!! I didn't find it friendly and warm at all. I went to this salon for the very first time last week. They are under new management. The woman who greeted me was very nice and thanked me for coming in. I got a french pedicure and the girl did a really good job. The woman who greeted me then also asked how I liked the pedicure (which I thought was nice). Everything was great about the pedicure except for the massage portion and hot stone. Massage weak and not even a minute per leg (hence only a 4 star review) I told her my feedback and that other places in the area charge the same amount and spa portion longer. I will definitely go back because my nails look great and the salon is super clean and the woman up front is so nice. read more

I was in dire need of a new nail salon. The nail salon I've been going to for the last five/six years has just not kept the best quality in their nail work or salon appearance. I hesitantly googled "nail salons near me" and paradise nails popped up with some good reviews. I figured I would give it a try as I literally had nothing to lose. && WOW am I glad I took the risk! They took me as a walk in and I was seated with Kim. She is fabulous! Takes great pride in her work and she did an absolutely beautiful job on my nails. The best I have ever had done (I've been getting my nails done since the age of 14). I have been back once since then-I get my nails refilled every four weeks-I set up that appt with Kim and I just absolutely adore her! Will not go any where else from now on! read more
