I had a gel manicure that I needed removed, so figured I would try this place since it was near my home. Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience. They used an electric nail file to remove my gel, which I think is pretty common at most salons - it's not my preference but I let it go. When they were finished, my nails were left with so much nail polish residue and looked/felt so damaged. I ended up getting just regular, clear nail polish on my nails as I didn't trust them to do another gel manicure. Somehow spent $40 for a gel removal and regular manicure. Just seems so overpriced to begin with, and it sucks paying so much for something I'm not happy with (and can't be fixed). Last thing I'll say is that the place does not look nice inside. It has old green carpets and just looks...dirty. I do not plan on returning to this salon again. read more

Not at all what I asked for... I wanted long pink nails and got short white and service wasn't good at all. Also pricey.

I wish for a review you could leave no stars. I asked for a gel pedicure and she removed my previous gel and filed too deep into my nail beds and then told me it grows like that.. I am new to the area not new to getting pedicures. And she wanted to argue. Then a lady named grace came over to attempt to fix my pedicure to "cover" the problem. When I asked for long nails to be put on to my fingers I was argued with. Again I'm not new to getting my nails done. She then applied a tip crooked and too small and when I pointed it out she told me my fingernail was crooked. I asked her to take off all of the tips and I would be going elsewhere. I paid 89 for a mediocre pedicure. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! They don't use liners in their pedicure bowls, they don't do hot towels they just use a hot washcloth to wipe lotion off your legs and when you voice a problem they just argue with you. My daughter had a horrendous experience today getting a pedicure. The woman was nasty and laughing at her, kept putting her chair all the way up so she was bent forward, and then all the way back, charged her for putting a design on her toe when she didn't put one, and even got into a heated argument with her manager in front of the customers. The water was hot enough to scorch both of her feet, and there are blisters! Even though she didn't deserve it, my daughter paid her a 20% tip, which the woman balked at! The manager was kind enough to call and apologize, but that manicurist was cruel and unprofessional. read more

I went in with a picture from Pinterest of the nails I wanted. My tech Grace nailed it!! I received so many compliments!! Everyone was so nice and professional. The only thing I would change is I would like to see the plastic covers for the pedicure basins. They sanitize them, but most places use the plastic. Definitely will be back!! read more

Really nice salon for the prices! Had reservations for 3 of us, and they were ready as soon as we arrived. I got a gel mani ($25) and the technician was super meticulous and did not rush, which I truly appreciated. Not the best full set I've ever gotten, but not the worst. They were a little harsh with my nails, and got a lot of stuff on my surrounding cuticles that I had to take off myself. Time will tell how long they last. The manicurist wasn't the nicest, but did the job. Would go back for a last minute fill again, they weren't at all busy and sat me immediately. I made an appointment over the phone with the owner, Andrew, who was very kind and easily able to match my time frame needs. The salon has ample parking, competitive pricing, is very clean and large enough to allow for easy 'distancing', and, with a friendly and cordial staff. Mai, the nail tech, did a great job on both my mani and pedi. She was attentive to my requests, careful, very pleasant, gentle and adhered to all the mandated precautions in our 'new norm'. My gel manicure is holding up very nicely and my pedicure is still looking good 10 days later. I have been going here for years and I'm always satisfied with my results. Everyone is so friendly and clean - we each have our own boxes of tools, and if you don't have a box, they open a new set of tools every time. I get acrylic full sets (they do have dip!), and everyone is always so responsive to my pickiness in nail shape and length. They charge extra money for EVERY SINGLE THING! You go in expecting a cheap mani/pedi (considering the salon quality and reviews) but end up getting charged extra for every "add-on". You might as well spend the extra money at a nicer salon. Extra $5 if you want coffin, stiletto, or almond shaped nails. Extra $5 for french. Extra $3 if you want them a tiny bit longer. Extra $18 for gel. I've gotten my nails done a million times but have never been charged SO MUCH for gel. A whole bottle of gel polish doesn't even cost $18!! They'll up charge anything. You're better off going to any other salon. read more

For what it is, I was very pleased. I ran it at opening (10am) for a pedicure. It's just your average quick pop in nail salon but everyone was super friendly and the salon was kept organized and clean. It could be that I'm 9 months pregnant but the hot stone during the pedicure (included with regular pedicure) and quick neck/back massage while my toes were drying were excellent. Just left after my first visit. I am very critical about my nails but they did a great job! The lady that did my nails paid great attention to detail and listened to my requests. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because I didn't see them put out a new or cleaned kit for my pedicure. Great salon. My sister lives in the area and always goes here. I was visiting the area and needed to get my nails done. She recommended that I try it out so I did. I absolutely love it. I got a pedicure and gel manicure and it came with a hot stone massage and a shoulder massage for less than $55. I am from NJ and I am likely going to start coming here every 2 weeks.
