This was my first fill with Mycah and she did a fabulous job. She really listened to what I was looking for especially when it comes to the shape of my nails. Throughout the appointment she asked if I liked what my nails looked like and also told me to let her know if I wanted any tweaks. This review concerns unethical behavior. My stylist asked how much I wanted to tip when she checked me out. I said $10 + $53 for the cut. My checking account showed a charge of $68. I called Cut Ups and the receptionist said they aren't allowed to put tips on the credit cards and the stylists get cash or venmo'd. I was asked to come in and they would reimburse me. That's the last time I go there! Be forewarned! read more

Christy H cut my mom's hair and did an "Excellent" job understanding what she needed and the execution was Amazing. She was very friendly, professional and courteous. My mom has had some bad experiences with trying to get someone to trim her hair without scalping her or leaving her feeling bald and cutting too much hair off because of lack of knowledge or experience with her hair type. Christy was very patient and reassuring during her appointment and put my mom at ease. The moment she got home from the appointment she FaceTimed me to show me how happy she was with her cut that Christy H gave her. Thank you for taking "Great" care of my mom and allowing her the opportunity to see first hand that there are still "Amazing" stylist out there who know what they are doing and care about their clients looking and feeling good one haircut at a time. This place is lit. I came for a gel mani & pedi and it's probably the best nail service I've ever received. The salon is huge, clean and had a pleasant atmosphere. Pedicure was super relaxing. Gentle but effective exfoliation. My nail tech (Melissa? I believe her name was, who is also so nice and a great conversationalist) made sure my nails were of perfect consistency in shape and length. Great experience all around. I wish I had a nail salon near my hometown as good as this one. read more

As a newcomer to the area this is my third try at finding a great salon. Easily got a quick cut and color appt with highlights. Clean and professional salon. Offers spa services but have not tried them. Dawn promptly diagnosed the cut issues from the last salon, selected great colors, and got to work. Very good experience. Went back for a trim and complained that the local well water is making my hair act all wrong. I asked for a super conditioner but Dawn recommended a Paul Mitchell clarifying shampoo instead. Boy was she right!! One shampoo and my hair feels and behaves so much better!!! It removes chlorine and impurities (like iron) that so much of the water around here contains. Cannot thank Dawn enough for this great product knowledge as well as the excellent services. This might become a five star review if we get the mistakes from the last salon cured. I usually have a color and cut and it always turns out fantastic!! I'am one that travels often and will usually have my hair styled while on the road. I will always receive wonderful compliments from the stylist's of those salon's. We since have moved away and I have been missing Christy's expert hair care. My family has been going to Cut Ups for over 20 years. I have been living in New York for the past 12 years, but recently reconnected with Cut Ups in preparation for my wedding and they treated me like family. Sue scheduled her vacation around my wedding date so that she would be there for me and did the most incredible job on my hair for my wedding day! My mom introduced me to Regina for my skin care about a year before my wedding and I will never see anyone else. I have struggled with acne my entire adolescence and adult life and ever since I have been seeing Regina, I have had the best skin of my life! I call Regina my skin guru and she lives up to that title in every way! She is passionate about what she does and generous with her knowledge. Some weeks I feel like I live at this place!!!! Their services are outstanding. Regina has made me fall in love with skin care. Every time I see her, she is always looking at my face to make sure eveything is okay. Regina promotes the best products that I use all the time. She totally understood that I am not the best with keeping up with my skin care, therefore she does not try to sell me any products knowing that I wouldn't use it. I highly recommend Regina for skin and body care needs. I never had a better facial experience. She is very professional and explains every process to you throughout the facial. She is also very down to earth and makes you feel really comfortable. I had very dull, dry, BLAH winter skin upon my arrival. Regina customized my facial unlike others I have had in the past (at Hand and Stone and other salon and spas) in which you only get specific products that may not be the best for you....Regina uses an array of products and processes with her machines to get your skin where it needs to be. My skin was extremely soft, smooth and glowing when she was done. I felt fresh and when I applied my makeup the next day it looked awesome because I didn't have any more dry skin and had a smooth canvas to work with. Regina also got me hooked on dermologica products....she is an expert and will tell you what you really need. I have seen a huge improvement in my skin. I highly recommend Kimberly for skin care treatment. Before I came in to get a facial, my skin was dull and dehydrated from not using the right products and from stress! She made my experience of getting a facial so relaxing and made sure she was meeting my needs by asking me what my problem areas were and what type of facial I wanted to receive.
