Instead of listening to my request, the stylist (who turned out to be the owner, Freida) insisted on doing it her way. She straightened the top of my hair near the roots and curled only the bottom, which left it looking frizzy, flat, and messy. I politely asked her to fix it multiple times, but the more she touched it, the worse it got. Rather than listening or trying to improve the situation, Freida became increasingly rude and dismissive.
