This one is the opposite of that! It is appointment only, spotlessly clean, and all prices are posted at the front. My mom is a regular here and I came for the first time yesterday with her, since I am in town for a bit. I had a great experience and love the results of my gel pedicure and dip manicure. I will definitely come here again while I am in town. The owner, Jenny, also has the cutest dog named Noodle! Puppy pets AND great service?! Definitely a win/win!

They used an electric nail file to remove my gel, which I think is pretty common at most salons - it's not my preference but I let it go. When they were finished, my nails were left with so much nail polish residue and looked/felt so damaged. I ended up getting just regular, clear nail polish on my nails as I didn't trust them to do another gel manicure. Somehow spent $40 for a gel removal and regular manicure. Just seems so overpriced to begin with, and it sucks paying so much for something I'm not happy with (and can't be fixed). Last thing I'll say is that the place does not look nice inside. It has old green carpets and just looks...dirty. I do not plan on returning to this salon again.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!!…read more I came in for an acrylic removal (after getting them redone at a different nail salon because of the horrible quality) and the owner RIPPED off a portion of my nail, drawing blood (see photo). Instead of soaking the acrylic off and filing down, she decided to rip the tips off with a dirty cuticle nipper. Once this was done, I had to request she soak the rest off, she rolled her eyes. She dabbed the blood off with a dirty rag. When I told her I did not want to continue the and wouldn't pay for the service, she told me I was overreacting and that "this happens sometimes". She told me she was doing me a favor by finishing the service after I "made such a big deal". Considering the lack of cleanliness of the tools, I will be reporting to the health department and hoping to god I don't get an infection.

(apparently, it used to be called "PA nails"). needed to get a gel polish removal done quickly. there were 3 techs working. i had to sit and wait for about 15min before being serviced but i wasn't in any rush. they applied nail clips overtop the remover and sat for another 10ish minutes. once polish was removed, the tech rounded out my nails (after 2wks of growth). paid $10 and I was on my way! I would need additional services to fully give a strong review but the ladies who were in and out sounded pleased.
