I'm a new customer. I made an appointment for 12:30 today. Went to the salon, the door was locked. Passive-aggressive hand-written signs on the door about not accepting new customers; not approving the google comment about accepting new customers, etc. The door is locked, and you have to knock. I knocked twice, and no one answered. The person who made my appointment never told me nor asked about being a new customer, but she was friendly and pleasant. I just left. Cancel my appointment, and I will NEVER come back to your salon. How about making something called a website? Then you can post your services, prices and updates. read more

I have found my salon! New to Downingtown, they turned me on to color dip powder and do a fabulous job. My nails were still perfect after two weeks!! She is busy so I recommend booking an appointment. Wonderful family business, her son was helping today and was so kind :) read more

This place is amazing. Upon walking up there's a salon right next door that does nails but I would still choose this one. I came in for a pedicure and it was up there with some of the best. Attention and detail with a massage, hot stones and a hot towel. That's just the basics! If you were to go anywhere else you would expect a lot less. The staff is genuinely friendly and pleasant. A few people came in after me but they still still treated me like I was the only one there. I can't say enough good things about this place! All the other reviews are warranted. Update: I went back last week and they were wonderful! I walked in she knew me by name based off my review and gave me a complimentary paraffin wax and was treated like a V.I.P. the owner is genuinely nice and cares about your comfortability. I absolutely love this place. Not only do they remember you, they save your equipment in personal totes and reuse it so there isnt waste everytime you go. They are all so kind and have had no issues fulfilling my requests on colors or designs and i get DIP. They truly are sweet and do a great job. ***update since my last review---they no longer give the discount card. I have been going here now for about 5 months and am so happy I found this gem! Lee is very kind and so are the two other women. I am very particular about my manicure. I tell Lee what I want and he does it correctly. They even have a card they stamp for each visit, so you can get a free service after 10 visits. Very clever! No other nail place does this. Prices are competitive and they do not charge if your nail breaks. Try it out, you wont be disappointed! read more

I love LAN, and I receive very personalized care. One day, I made a bad decision with color (dip manicure) and came back several hours later to have her change my ring finger color. She worked me in immediately and did it for NO charge. It wasn't a mistake on the salon's part, it was my bad decision, but she took good care of me. My nails always look great when I leave and stay beautiful until I go in for the next time. I highly recommend 2 KB Nails for the dip method manicure. read more

Well...the ladies were nice but I don't think they were honest with there pricing, they definitely charged my friend and I way more than expected. They messed up her gel nails and put stickers on our nails instead of actually using paint for our designs and now they are falling off. It's a rip off there and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone honestly. read more

been going here for about 5 years now, best nail salon I have ever been to & I've had my nails done for over 30 years! Lee is so very friendly & appreciates customer loyalty. She treats everyone like they are special. Very quick and very good! never any breaks! and she doesn't charge for repair and cut downs. Pedis are the best around too - hot stone for no extra! Located right next to Black Hawk apartments. Very small nail shop and at times can get crowded, so I would suggest calling ahead of time.

Very clean and nice atmosphere! They did a great job and I LOVED that the gel Manicure included a paraffin dip!

Not new and shiny, but I got a better pedicure than at other places for a better price. Utensils were from a sealed packet and the salon was clean. They have a decent color selection and do the powder dip. I'll be back. read more

Was looking for a new nail spot and came here based on yelp reviews. I got a pedicure and dip powder nails - reasonably priced and they did a great job!! I've gone to other places where their dip nail is too thick or where it still feels grainy because they don't buff it out right but at 2kb they did great and when I felt a little lump on the nail I just asked the lady to fix and she did it with no problem. The manager and co-owner of the shop was very nice and the service was friendly and efficient. My daughter got the "Mood" gel manicure which changes colors depending on the temperature of her hands. Quite exciting from a teenage point of view. She was very happy. My manicure went well, and was given with unusual gentle professionalism. I had a gel manicure and regular pedicure. The pedicure was okay but the gel manicure was terrible. It's only been on for 7 days and I already need my nails done again. My gel manicure usually last 2-3 weeks. Not going back. read more

Small salon, but I really enjoyed it. They have the largest selection of colors that I've ever seen! I got a pedicure and it was only $25! The place is in a small shopping center so it's a little bit hard to see. Well worth searching it out though. I'll definitely be back. Can't beat the price. read more

Worst experience. I moved from NJ and had to find a salon here when I couldn't go back to my lady in NJ. They didn't do a good job with my refill. I had to basically explain how to do my own nails. She was so quick to do my nails and move on to the next person which made the quality so bad. My nails are uneven, the shape is not what I said, and the acrylic thickness is barely there which can make my nails break easy (broke in a week with doing normal routines which never happened before at my other salon). I gave this place a 2nd chance and it was the worst decision. Wish I didn't even pay for it. Waist of money. I don't know how this place is rated so well. read more

Lee the previous manager left and it's not the same. We knew something was wrong when things were moved around and no other customers came in. Did not like the staff (2) very unfriendly and hardly spoke English. I have a strong feeling that these places are being rented out to inexperienced people. Did not like our pedi!
