Just poor service in general. Pedicure was so rushed through - it literally took 25 minutes for the entire process. I've been patronizing this business for years. I came in for a pedicure/refill on Wednesday, November 23 around 10:30 AM. I waited over three hours for my services and by the time Mia sat down to do my nails, I had already been filed down with the electronic filer twice by two different people. Mia proceeded to file my nails a fourth time, which resulted in her cutting right through my nail bed with the electric filer. I started bleeding while she applied pressure, apologized and continued to do the rest of my nails. She never stopped to wash her hands, never applied first aid, and continued my services as if it didn't happen. When I went to check out, I asked what discount she applied for injuring my finger. Not only did Mia and her team refuse, to discount the service, they also charged me an additional four dollars for using my credit card vs cash to pay for my services. This is not the first time they've been overly aggressive with equipment causing injury, however it will be the last. Not only am I not returning to this business, I'm also calling OSHA due to the unsanitary practices. read more

They did a good job, but because I'm a profiler, I could tell that they resent Americans. It's ok, it's not a crime. Most of the world hates us...and if I could make a living making the world to cooperate...I swear I'd make it my life's ambition, but it'll never happen. Ok,I digress...they are professional, but the woman giving me a pedicure said something to a young girl assisting her and she looked up at me with an embarrassed look on her face, so I must assume it was an insult or a disparaging remark. Luckily, I was only there because my arthritis made it difficult to groom my feet. I have undergone treatment where I can now do it myself. I go here specifically for my eyebrows. One girl does it really well but another is okay at it. The sad part is I haven't seen the main one in months! So I think we're stuck with the okay one. They do good nails and you can get design requests too. The pedicure is really relaxing too but if you have an appointment do not rely on it. Appointments don't really matter here so I would just do walk in. You're going to have to wait either way. read more

On Friday May 19 I went to Asia Nails to get a pedicure done, I asked the nail professional if they do designs, he said yes, I sat, and he started to clean my cuticles and then asked about the color them he told me that he can't do design on regular polish it had to be a gel polish and refused to do my pedicure. Thanks, goodness there were another male nail professional who was able to do my pedicure and design with regular nail polish he was able to turn a totally bad experience into a positive one. My kids friend got a refill and pedicure they charged her $115 they charged her $85 for her refill because they were long but they were already shaped and long it was only a refill so they ripped us off and my kid got a full set and pedicure charged $99 so how in the hell can a full set be slot less then a refill ! I called to ask how much a refill cost they said $35 so I'll be going back for my $50 they over charged us and it will be the last time we step foot in there ever again ,it is not ok to rip your customers off and should be against the law because it's the same as stealing and if I charged my customers whatever I felt like charging them I'd be out of buisness so why should they get away with it read more

I've been going to this nail spot a couple years now, but unfortunately I do not plan on going back... I went the other day to get a gel pedicure right before vacation and was immediately disappointed when I sat down and had my feet sitting in ice cold water while waiting for the next available worker. All for a rushed and inexperienced service. I came in excited to get a gel pedicure on my toes to avoid any chipping or dullness of color. I'm sitting here two days later with the color completely dull and I am convinced the worker did not use the right top coat (ywhich is making it look worse then my mom and sister who painted theirs themselves with regular polish. DO NOT GO HERE. Got my eyelasges done for my birthday. THEY DAMAGED MY NATURAL LASHES. They don't use the proper glue and they definitely don't know how remove whatever product they put on the lashes. I got them done two weeks ago for my birthday!! and they still would not come off after trying to remove with eyelash adhesive remover, oils + hot steam, and even a softening conditioner--they still wouldn't budge. I went in to get them removed and all they did was rip off the remaining pieces totally damaging my natural lashes. I have bald spots in my eyelashes which were pulled from the root. If you want to skip my long rambling below, this is all you need to know- Overall: GREAT place for nails, not so great for eye-lashes! I wish I could give 4 stars for manicure/pedicure because they were great. I loved sitting at the 'nail bar' with my friends as we got our nails done, and the pedicure was heavenly! All was right with the world in the nail department... ... BUT, I had to take off major points for my eyelash extensions... (I got them for a wedding) If you go there for eyelash extensions, ask to see certification! I did not, and now I am stuck with some wonky eyelashes. I googled what a good eyelash extension consists of (sadly, after the fact): you should not see the glue and none of the lashes should be glued together. I was left with thick lines of glue on each eye, gluing all of my lashes together. Every time I close my eyes, it feels like small needles, my eyes water and are bloodshot and it is extremely uncomfortable. 3 days later, the ends are coming unglued, but the rest is glued on tight... so I still can't fix it since they are all stuck together. As my boss at work said this morning, "What the heck did you do?!" I do have to say: several other girls I was with got their eyelashes done, and theirs turned out fine and they say theirs don't hurt like mine... perhaps I am just a sissy with goofy eyelashes to begin with?! Still; I recommend you ask for certification before you get eyelash extensions and look up correct procedures on google first. read more
