The salons is very tastefully decorated ; pleasant environment. I have had my nails (dip manicure ) and a very nice pedicure. I am very satisfied with both. The manicurists are pleasant and competent. It is the "front desk" that I find cold and unwelcoming, strictly business . Stopped in on a whim for a pedicure and was pleasantly surprised. Pedi was done within 30 minutes. Very nice staff- not very talkative (which I prefer) but was gentle and provided nice leg massage. The salon is clean (and also cleaned tools with alcohol prior to using and brushes/scrub bricks were soaking in blue solution). This may be my new nail place as my last salon in area was not cleaning tools and started to go downhill. read more

I've been trying to give them another chance but this was the last straw. I've been coming here for several years because I haven't found anything better. Within 48 hours of my gel manicure, the top coat of polish chipped off of my left thumb. I made the owner redo it. Then the following day, the other thumb's top coat chipped off. Sophia rushes through my manicures all the time. The products aren't high quality. As a paying customer, I expect quality service and I'm not getting it!!! It's a shame because I get compliments on the colors of my nails. read more

I got off work a little late, made it to the salon at 6:40 & they denied me server for a gel refill. I've gotten plenty of refills and it only took and hour because they usually switch people in between the whole refill and sometimes I'd have to wait 10+ mins for someone to come and finish doing what the last person was. THERE WAS ONE LADY GETTING HER TOES DONE and 6 workers sitting down so you're telling me with 50 minutes left one person couldn't do a full refill in less than that? You're kidding me. I'm also an African American woman and I am pulling that card because there's no way they couldn't have done it & they had their open sign light on. read more

DONT AND I MEAN DO NOT GET THEIR LASH EXTENSIONS. They are cheap Walmart lashes. They are rude and they also randomly told us half way through getting our nails done that they were gonna make the price higher today. We only got basic solid one color acrylics. No design. They shaped my friends nails very very bad and made them sharp and shorter than she asked. He also cut her finger a few times. Much attitude out of them. read more

Keep in mind this is a small nail and pedicure place but everyone is super nice and accommodating. Ive been coming here every two weeks or so for gel nails over the past 7 or so months and I always leave super happy. My nails look fabulous every time. I have to say all my life my nails looked like crap. They broke easy and just weren't worth putting nail polish on. I never felt my hands looked pretty. Now they look even, healthy and very pretty. I often get compliments about them, and the upkeep of going every two weeks ago is reasonable and totally worth it. read more

After the manager (whom is a male, I dare not call him a man) admitted to making a mistake, he was literally screaming at me in front of a lobby full of customers. I tried my best to reason with that angry little man, but to no avail. He was beyond rude and he got so frustrated that his sentences began to not even make sense. Never will I ever go there again. I just tried this place last night for a pedicure. What a treat! First of all, they are so welcoming and happy to see you. They have nice comfy pedicure chairs plus a big screen tv to watch while they work on you. The pedicure itself was marvelous. They did such a great job that my feet are so soft and feel so much better! On top of a great pedicure, massage on my lower legs and feet, they then take hot stones and do a hot stone massage on your legs and feet as part of the pedicure. I walked in with yucky winter feet (ladies you know what I'm talking about), and walked out with pretty summer feet....all for $25! read more

I went there on Sunday. Sunday night 2 of my nails chipped. Acrylic coming off. Never have I ever had this happen to my nails. The mail tech never even spoke to me except for do you want them cut down. Not a good nail place to go to. Very disappointing. read more

When you come in a shop, you can fill a horrible smell of smoke. It will affect on your breath system and you will continue coughing all day. They don't do: cut completely cuticles, shave off dry skin, use cream, sanitize toes. They do: make a little massage, use hot stones, paint skin around nails. I am really unhappy with service!!!!! From the outside, you wouldn't think that Nail Garden is worth entering. Once you step inside, you completely rethink this. The service is great and they immediately ask your desire to be there. The employees are polite and give great pedicures! I am a huge fan and wouldn't go anywhere else. I've had terrible experiences at even the newest and cleanest nail salons! I tried this salon today for the deluxe pedicure. My first time there and I have been looking for a new place for pedicures. I found the salon very clean. The tech who waited on me didn't really know what was involved in a deluxe pedicure as someone kept telling her and had to come over and re-wrap the hot towels. She also literally skipped the leg massage which was the main reason to get the extra long pedicure. All in all my toes look nice and they honored the coupon on here which I was told they were no longer supposed to take. I appreciated that. I felt Their prices were good if received the whole service but I felt I paid too much for the service I did receive. I would maybe try them again but I def would want a different technician. read more

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with Nail Garden The last time I was there to have my nails done.They sat me at a table that had not been cleaned, in fact it was full of debris from the last person who sat there. This concerned me because I was afraid I might contract a fungus infection. After my nails were done, I told the woman at the desk about my concerns and she seemed completely unaffected and Unapologetic. I am a licensed Cosmetologist and I got a gift card to come here for my birthday today. I got there and right away noticed that this place doesn't practice sanitation. While she was doing my nails, she never once changed the buffer, or the file. And she was very rough with my nails. Their "Gel" used there for nails isn't real gel!! I've had these nails on for an HOUR and they're staining! Gel isn't suppose to do that!! I also saw one of them cleaning used latex gloves. Are you kidding me?? And, I never noticed them cleaning the pedicure bowls between clients. Do NOT go here!!! I am not happy!! read more

The tips could have been better, they came off quickly and were really fake looking that i couldn't wait for them to come off. I was extremely outraged by the extremely unfriendly atmosphere this place has. Not only do you feel like your rushed you also get a woman who does your nails with absolutely no interest in making you feel at all at ease let alone comfortably. I felt as though I was a pain in her rear. We are hard working people in this area and to treat ourselves to a simple manicure you would expect at least a smile. I asked one question about a nail color she says "I don't know"and throws a basket of colored nails on the dirty table. This was Christmas so I refrained from any sort of conflict, but I will also worn you they ARE NOT CLEAN. OSHA needs to be contacted. There are to many nice nail salons around with "actual manicurist "that are friendly and welcoming and sanitary. Don't waste your hard earned money. Not only that but you don't want fungus or any other type of festering germs. I wouldn't even give them a one star! Yes it's that bad. Also one of the best things about a manicure all is women love is the little hand messaging - well ladies there wasn't one with this women.. not even for a second. Ladies. Don't waste your money!!
