It's like a 5-star vacation everytime I go to Flawless Facials! I live in Virginia, but I travel to Pennsylvania every few months and I make it a point to stop at the salon. It is always professional, clean and tidy. Great aesthetics, relaxing music and exceptional service. I used to get my eyebrows waxed and threaded at other places, but not anymore. They thread my eyebrows perfectly everytime. I don't even have to remind them of the shape and arch I like; they just remember! The facials are even more amazing! I have had facials there using Dermalogica and Image products. I love them both! I was just there on August 9 and had facial threading followed by a fabulous facial and peel with Image's Vita-C products. The aroma was like being in an orange orchard! My skin looks so good and is still glowing! My coworkers noticed immediately when I returned to work a few days later. Clean, friendly, quality! I just had my eyebrows threaded today and it was the best experience, and I have tried a few places in the area! The women did an AMAZING job and it was quick, which I needed as I stop in during the middle of my work day. She asked how I wanted them shaped before she started and showed along the way how they were looking. She let me pause to look in the mirror and we discuss to shape them more or keep it as is was, we agreed a little more threading was best. After she finished she even took the time to bush them into shape and she finish the look by filling them in (due to the lighter areas of brow that I have from years of waxing and tweezing prior) so I could see the full shape once complete. It was very clean in the shop from the facility to the work station and all the items used to shape my eyebrows. The cost was a great price as the special of the month in January, so it only costed $7.99 total! I will be back again, again and again! read more

My first visit there was when I was introduced to threading by Parminder and I must admit that threading is by far so much better than waxing. My eyebrows have never looked better! I've been going to flawless facials in thorndale for about a year or so now. Little spot that's easy to miss but worth the effort. I've always gotten exactly what I ask for whenever I visit. I normally go for the eyebrow threading and it looks wonderful!! Very natural yet clean and feminine. They always trim them up and ask for my opinion before they're finished. Price is about on par with other similar places in the area. I've also gotten a facial here once and it was fabulous. My skin was glowing and it was very comforting and relaxing atmosphere. I have been getting my eyebrows done for many years. Most places just do your eyebrows, so good, some fair and that is it. This is the best place I have ever had my eyebrows done. They are so professional!! The woman does her job meticulously and artistically. It is one of the small pleasures of life, but when your eyes look good, you feel good! I got my eyebrows threaded a couple of weeks ago and they turned out great! Mine are really thick so every time I got them waxed or done in Exton they hurt a lot. But I'm glad I found a place close to my moms house and it's nice and chic!!!...also if you are someone that wants full brows, getting them threaded isn't going to make that happen. You need to grow your brows grown in and then get them threaded. read more
