The manager put me in a chair while someone else did my pedicure she did my gel polish. She was rough and pulling my arms in to positions and I couldn't relax at all. She did a very poor job as you can see my nails look like they have been growing out for a week. She refused to fix it and said that is how gel should look. She dismissed me and went to help someone else. I will not go back. I get that they prioritize speed over service but this will not even look good for a day. So I will go somewhere else. This is the third time she did my nails and all three times were awful.

This was my second time getting my nails done here. The first time, the person doing my nails told…read moreme that the design I wanted would cost "too much" for me... despite the micro aggression, I stayed, she did the design, and I loved it. The second time, nails were done nice again but the lady who looks to be the owner overcharged me, likely after overhearing a conversation I was having about my work income. I asked her about why a gel refill came to $42.90 and she told me it was because I got my nails trimmed down... I had my sister call and ask how much a gel refill work trim would cost and she told her $32... No one likes being taken advantage of and I now see why this place is always empty. Will not be returning.

It was so relaxing and our techs were so nice and sweet and we felt at home right away. They did their job so well and quickly, with very good attention to detail. But after a couple gel pedicures, they chipped faster than normal. not sure if it's the product or not fully curing. idk. My real issue is two different times that I scheduled with his wife and she screwed up my appointment. I specifically asked to get a new full set of acrylic nails And when I showed up, she said he doesn't do them. And she didn't have time. ask me if I wanted a pedicure, which I already had a week before, that at the same place. More recently, I called the night before. And said, can I please come in tomorrow evening after 4:30 for a pedicure with Quang and she said, yes, tomorrow she told me 5 instead. I show up and again She screwed up my appointment. Quang apologized and said she isn't good with english. She did offer for herself to do it. But quite frankly, i really didn't care for her much i don't think she's that she is that friendly. If there's one thing I don't do is screw up my beauty appointments. Quang needs to be the one to make the appointments. My time is just as valuable and two appointments that were screwed up was enough.

The woman tried out maybe 6 or 7 different colors on me to get the exact match. She was super patient in getting me the right color and I really appreciated that. She filed down my acrylics and added the new color, all for $25!!! I was amazed at the price for such a meticulous job. She even drilled under my nails, which I've never had any salon ever do. My mom got a mani-pedi, and then got her eyebrows and upper lip waxed. She said the woman (same woman) did such a meticulous job, doing multiple passes to do it perfectly. We so appreciated how meticulous and thorough they were, and they have SO many colors. It's a shame we're only here to visit family, otherwise this would be our go-to salon.
