Always have a great experience here. Extremely friendly and consistent service. Good polish selection. I get a standard pedicure about once a month and gel manicure every few weeks or as needed, so can't speak to any acrylics or special designs. I used to go here when I was working because it was close by. When I retired and moved, I started using salons closer to home. I have now returned to Kreative Nails and I'm happy that I did so. Lori gives the best pedicure anywhere and she and her husband give great refills. Their prices are also very good compared to other salons. It's worth driving a few extra miles! read more

Horrible salon! If the toxic acrylic fumes don't get to you, the owner who stands at the door and smokes cigarettes with the door propped open will. If you're not bothered by the horrendous smells, the fact that they do a crappy job should deter you. read more

DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT go here!!! Rushed through my acrylics, sliced underneath my nail, final product was absolutely horrible. Clumpy, spotty, and polish on my skin. When I went back to ask if they could fix them, he said he would only fix my thumb nail. Instead of changing the actual nail, he placed the acrylic paste on top. Then instead of removing my polish to change the color, he wanted to paint directly overtop of what was previously there. Long story short, not worth the hassle, or $70 you'll end up spending after going elsewhere to have them redone. Not even worth one star. read more

Best nail salon in Exton!! Han and his wife run a great business. The salon is kept very clean and updated. They have tons of color sections of regular Polish and gel. They are priced very reasonable and the quality is excellent. The pedicure massaging chairs are the best and so relaxing. read more

Had acrylic nails put on with no problems but every time the gentleman refilled it was a rush job..the woman was awesome. Just went to get the acrylic taken off and the gentleman...not so gentle... pulled off the acrylic. My nails hurt so bad...my daughter got her acrylic nails off with the woman and she soaked her nails in acetone before taking the acrylic nails off. I will not go back to this salon because of how awful the man was taken my acrylic nails off..would not recommend this salon. read more

I did an pedicure and a acrylic fill. The pedicure was fine. However, I was not asked what I wanted done, so none of the herbs or salts were used which could have upsold the pedicure, but the young lady did a nice job. The manicure, not so much. He was either the manager or the owner, and asked me about the length....I said do NOT shorten. Next thing I know I am looking at stubs. They look very fat and stubby. He used too much acrylic and they look horrible. I was going to get my brows waxed while I was there....changed my mind about that after my nails. read more

I did not have the best experience at this nail salon only because the person that did my gel manicure and pedicure was a young boy in training. The woman who was in charge of the salon kept coming over and checking on him to see if everything was alright. The results were not that good but I didnt have the heart to speak up because I knew the boy was trying his best. They were very friendly and I dont think my experience should reflect on the whole salon. I just wish I got a discount or something!! i was at TCBY for some frozen yogurt when i discovered this place. I was in need of a pedicure so i decided to give it a try and i love it! The worker was really friendly and she gave me the best pedicure ever! it was so relaxing when she was giving me a foot massage while i enjoy my frozen yogurt. Not only she gave me a good massage but they even have hot towels for my feet! that was the best $25 i ever spent! read more
