The salon is close to work, they have a very nice selection of gels and dips.Sonny, I believe makes the appointments and keep the place running is lovely , my technician Anna is awesome, even if you have an appointment and they're running behind because of another customer somebody else will wrap your nails. My last nail appointment with Ivy was awful. She was dismissive and rude, leaving me feeling like I had done something wrong just by coming in. The nails themselves were poorly done--thick, uneven, and they broke within 10 days. This was on top of a previous incident when the owner literally chased me down the street because her Venmo wasn't working for a tip. It has been one problem after another, but I kept giving them chances. I tip generously and have spent a lot of money there, but after being treated so poorly, I'm done. There's another salon just two minutes up the road--Google it. You'll have a much better experience.

The pedicures are on the expensive side ($40 for regular pedi) but my first few experiences they were thorough and took their time so worth the price. The last few times I went, I made an appt and showed up on time but either myself or the person with me had to wait 20+ minutes before a chair became available, which defeats the purpose of coming together. I also ended up bleeding during my last visit and was worried about infection. But what really got me is on my last visit, I accidentally knocked against the drying machine after the pedi and had a minor imperfection in the polish, the first time that happened to me. It was so minor that I didn't even say anything but the woman noticed when removing the toe separators and called the nail tech over to fix. I literally said, "it's not a big deal, don't worry about it" but she called the tech over anyway who spent less than 2 minutes adding more polish and top coat. I was touched thinking they really cared about their product/my experience but when I went to check out, they said it would be an extra $10 for fixing the polish so I ended up paying SIXTY dollars for a standard pedi ($40 pedi + $10 tip + $10 touch up that I didn't ask for). It'd be one thing if it was my first time at the salon but I'd been a regular for months.

Recently going there I went with 3 others for my baby shower this month we all got a pedicures and it was not consistent quality. One of us got hot stones, I was rushed, my other friend got a massage it just doesn't make sense how it is not consistent all around. I am pregnant and I wish they took there time with my pedicure instead it was so rushed I ended up getting an ingrown toe nail 3 weeks later (I'm not blaming them for me getting an ingrown) but I wish they would have cut more of my toenail and really actually cared. This place has turned into a chop shop. I went last week and my aunt and I got gel manicures BOTH OF US again not consistent quality. She gets to soak her hand in water and get her cuticles cut while they did mine quickly. The standard pedicure includes a sugar scrub on your legs, a quality leg massage, and a hot stone treatment! They have high end pedicure chairs, and private waxing rooms, and sixteen drying stations. I love the variety of polishes including OPI, Essie, China Glaze, and Butter London. The best part? You'll always find the seasonal releases on display! I had my eyebrows waxed there once and felt they were a bit thin for my liking, but not terrible by any means! They don't thin the polishes with Acetone (Makes the bottle last longer, but your manicure will chip so much faster) like some salons. The staff is very friendly and always remembers me, even if it's been awhile since my last visit - a nice added touch!

There were a good 8 people in line with 4 techs working on customers already so we left. When we came in to dynasty we were seated immediately and our techs were extremely friendly and talkative which was very nice. The pedicure was short but to the point and a mani/pedi combo is only $35 so I can't really complain.
