Please take a moment to read my previous review under the name Shelley, also take a moment to read the replies from the owner regarding others reviews as well my review. You will notice the the owners replies are not resolving yet more aggressive and lack of attempting to resolve, That says a lot about a business, I was called a liar and told I had dirty and stinky feet, I am far from dirty but for sure have stinky feet as a runner, hence to why I pay for so called nail spa to provide a service for me. Because as a paying customer i pointed out a few mistake of service (and still paid an tipped as well paid the credit card charge) I was called names and offended for having stinky feet, Is this the kind of service and treatment you wish to have? Then be sure to visit here, Yes, I do indeed have video of the tech missing the scrub, but I will post that on my tiktok post this week, How did this all come about from a customer asking for minor adjustment of service? read more

Was a great place for eyebrows however I observed Tina reusing tweezers on clients without sanitizing them after each client. I simply asked her to spray them after seeing this and she got offended. Thats just unprofessional and unsanitary. Never again. read more

I don't like to leave negative reviews BUT when I went to the owner with a problem I had with my pedicure she denied that what I told her had happened. I repeatedly told the pedicurist to stop cutting the cuticle on my big toe. Tina said it never happened and got very defensive. This was 2 months ago and I still have an open wound next to my nail that is very painful due to thea amount of skin that was cut. I went to another salon to ask about cutting cuticles and they told me that is something that should never be done. If the owner was sympathetic to me and made sure that no one else got this terrible treatment I wouldn't be leaving this review. Everyone beware it can happen to you. I just hope I don't lose my nail. read more

This was the worst nail salon experience I have ever had. I came in asking for red chrome nails, and I provided a picture. The first person I talked to wasn't sure what I was talking about so two other workers came and said they were able to do it. When the worker started doing my nails, I showed him the picture of the chrome nails I wanted for reference again and he said my nails are too short and it wouldn't look good. I said I like my nails, and he proceeded to do my nails. He then later admitted after the red gel was already on my nails that they didn't have the right polish to do the chrome. I explained how I was very upset because I would have just gotten something else instead if I would have known. All I got was a "sorry." AND THEY STILL MADE ME PAY FULL PRICE. This place is a scam. Been going here for 5 years and constantly improving. Clean and very accommodating especially later at night. The owner is very friendly and does a good job waxing. Sometimes the younger girls are not as well trained but overall a good experience. I drive 30 min after work to get there. Best in the area. read more

Ya'know - I really don't enjoy leaving negative feedback preferring to look on the positive side of things but this place really disappointed in a big, big way. First of all, was well into a mani/pedi BEFORE I spied a small sign that said CASH ONLY. RUFKM? What a shock. No credit cards? OMG, for real. At one point I considered running across the street to the Wawa to use the ATM. Luckily, we scraped together some $$ from what we had on us but the die was cast by that point. Second- this was the single most stressful and un-relaxing visit to a nail salon I've ever experienced-hands down. While one woman worked on my toes, another hovered over me, doing my nails at the exact same time. In fact, when it came time to apply polish, I had to HOLD MY HAND UP and STEADY for her. It felt like a manicure on speed. The friend with me opted for a set of acrylics which were so god awful when complete, she pried them off within days - something that shouldn't be easy, but was. The acrylics were thick and irregular and looked so amateurish as to make those of us who saw them cringe. You may be wondering why we went to this place. Simple answer - it looked relatively new and quite large from the outside. Bonus? No. Won't red flag this establishment or tell anyone to run screaming but really, not a good experience. This nail salon is one of those little gems that only West Chester people know about. Yes... They are cash only, but that shouldn't be surprising since many small nail salons are. What I love about Oriental is the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the environment, and that you can drop in any time for service. They do a great job, and are pleasant and kind. Salon is dirty. Went for a mani/pedi. The water was cold and they cut/ filed my nails with a used clipper and pumice stone. The manicure was rushed and mediocre at best. They don't really seem to care and want to rush you out. The manicurists don't wear a smock and they don't clean the equipment after each use. Do not go here if your concerned about your overall health and well being! read more

They didn't tell me they didn't take credit until mid way through (and the only sign that says it is barley visible). They told me to walk all the way to wawa to get cash and i said I wasn't doing that. They were so rude and they didn't even tell me when they were done they just got up and walked away.
