The key issues were cleanliness (1), customer service (2) and the quality of the services provided (3). Cleanliness - My technician completed my entire service in a peeling face mask which was gross considering pieces fell from her face with some movements. The stations were not sanitized or cleaned in between customers and the instruments were used across customers as well. Additionally, there is a technician that acts as bartender serving drinks to customers. I watched him stop a service on customers and prepare several drinks without first washing his hands. Customer service was mediocre at best but the staff is very unprofessional. Not rude or mean but unprofessional in their presentation and rendering of services. Service quality is where things really got rocky. My pedicure service was extremely lackluster and disappointing. During my pedicure I was left to soak until the water eventually got cold (approximately 25 mins) and then my service was started. When asked if I wanted polish, I responded "No, please buff the toes"...my technician told me it would be an extra cost. The rest of the pedicure lasted about 10 minutes during which, the technician barely trimmed my nails, lightly brushed soap on my feet before ending the service with the smallest amount of lotion I've ever seen. My manicure was rushed and poorly done. My nails weren't fully soaked, so there was still dirt under them when the service was completed. I had to explain several times how I wanted my nails shaped....rounded. I requested a simple line design and end result was not worth the price paid. I paid $199 for 2 manicures and 2 pedicures and everyone in the group was disappointed upon leaving.

I had an errand to run in the area and decided to last minute get my nails done. I had regular nail polish on my nails from painting them myself, three different colors (two of them were shades of green). Upon walking in to the nail salon, Annie greeted me immediately, confirmed that she could do my nails right away and helped me choose a color. Annie was very nice, friendly, and made great conversation. Unfortunately, that is where my pleasant experience ended. Annie cleaned my nails but left behind some of the dark green polish. I didn't say anything at first because technicians from other salons usually file or buff out any polish that is left behind. Once I realized that Annie did not get off all the green, it was too late because it's basically cured. I'm not sure the proper terminology for when dip nails are hardened. I asked her to remove the green and she had to use a cuticle clipper to try and cut out the green polish. You can see in the photos that there is still green and she didn't get it all. She would have had to redo my nails completely. I've also add a picture of what my pointer finger looks like because it's already chipped. This is on my left hand and I'm right hand dominant. Unfortunately, I will not be going back and I do not recommend this nail salon. I'm giving two stars because of how polite and friendly the staff was, but I am disappointed in their results.
