I visited this Salon in September. I developed a severe fungal infection on my right foot and widespread damage to my fingernails. The dermatologist said the salon was using caustic polish remover to add to their polish ( so the bottle would last longer). I am still dealing with fungal infection and my nails are badly damaged still. Thin and peeling. The owner has done nothing except string me along to get reimbursed. It is not the $70, that is important. It is their unsanitary foot baths and failure to provide a proper service and failure to do the right thing for their customers. I read more

My daughter and I were dropping off my oldest at West Chester University and didn't have time to make our appointment near home so we found this gem! We walked in and they were able to take both of us. They were amazing and the place is beautiful where you really feel your at the spa. Prices are great and I think we will be making trips to visit. Daughter had dip done and I had just a regular manicure, my daughter said that's the best I have ever seen your nails and I agree. Students from West Chester should def come her not far at all. Came in yesterday around 11:30am and I didn't have an appointment but was taken back right away. I asked for dip nails with tips and the pictures below are the results! I'm thrilled with how they turned out! They're gorgeous!The nail tech did an amazing job with the shape and really took her time making sure they were even, crisp, and symmetrical to the other nails. I've had dip done at another location salon and paid $10 more than I did at My Nails & Spa. Those all ended up breaking within 3 days, while my new set feels sturdy and strong and I have no breakage to repoet. I will definitely be returning! read more

Absolutely awful. The owner did my refill and gel polish. I should have walked out when I saw the Polish color selections. The refill was done well but the paint job was awful. Went for a mani-pedi on a Saturday afternoon and it was surprisingly quiet. The decor is very spa like and incredibly clean. They keep their auto-clave out in the open so you can see sterilized equipment and tools are being used. The team here is very polite and pay attention to detail. The pedicure includes a hot stone massage and I can honestly say it's the best pedicure I've ever had. I will definitely be going back again!! read more

Horrible horrible horrible. If I could give them -0 stars I would my daughter's and I stopped to get our feet done 2 of our tubs we filled with cold water twice I had to ask for new water, both times they told me the water was fine. They charge you 50 for gel polish no no no which is regular pedi at 27 so 33 extra for gel polish. GTHOH. The tech had an attitude rushed thru our pedi after they made us wait 10 minutes to seat us. I have no positive words to say about this place. Stay away go somewhere else. I will never return and I hope you don't either. read more

I was taken back right away to get my eyebrows waxed...no wait at all. The lady was very nice. She did an OK job on my eyebrows...didn't really shape them at all but I don't look like a wolf anymore. She massaged my head a little when she put the moisturizer on my eyebrows so that was really nice. Not TOTALLY happy with how my eyebrows look, but not awful. It was also $9 for eyebrow waxing. It's usually around that much at the nicer place that I go to that actually shapes them so I think I'll stick with that from now on. read more

TERRIBLE! This was the WORST! Experience.... I went in for a spa pedicure with gel polish. The tech (I'm being nice) butchered me.... cut my toe nail crooked and then tried to fix it then filed it below the nail quick! Then when I told her that it was wrong .... everyone started talking in a foreign language...then she asked me what color.... WTF? I would not let them do a hamsters nails! HORRIBLE! read more

Rushed pedicure, my tech cut my toe with the cuticle trimmer and then asked for payment while my daughter's tech wasn't done. My water was cold and my daughter's was too hot to put her feet in. While I was getting money from my purse she hovered standing too close. Bad experience, won't return. read more

This is the worst nail experience I have ever had. I have never written a review but I really felt like I had to. I went in to get a pedicure and acrylics with gel polish. The pedicure was absolutely awful, and they didn't even color my whole nail. Don't even get me started on my nails... First off, I got gel polish on top of the acrylics, and it chipped the next morning. My nails were done uneven and they honestly looked awful. They weren't the shape or length I wanted, and I repeatedly showed them a picture. The man that was doing my nails got up and left, and a woman came and started working on them, then the man came back, and finished. Needless to say, all of my nails looked different and it was just a mess. He also didn't paint the sides of my nails, and it was a light color and you could see all of the streaks. He was in a rush to get me out of his chair so he could leave again, and it was obvious. It has been a week and 4 of my ACRYLICS have already fallen off. I paid $73 which is insane, for awful service, and awful nails. I will never go back to this salon, and I would recommend that no one ever goes to this salon. That was the WORST experience I have ever had! I took my mom here to get a pedicure, I figured we could try a new place. Well I made an appointment, and when we got there they called us back within 10 minutes. That is great and all but when we were called back we sat in the pedicure area for 30 MINUTES before anyone approached us.. with ICE COLD WATER, the jets were NOT on, it was just ridiculous. The woman who did my moms feet, did not even say one word to her, she didn't even say that she was finished, she just got up and walked away. Then the man doing my feet was digging under my toe nails like he was looking for a pot of gold! My big toe started to bleed, he kept staring at my chest which I find very inappropriate, and then we were "finished", my moms nail polish wasn't even smooth is was rigged, and there was nail polish on her skin around her toes, and the woman didn't even fully fill in some of the toenails.. And mine were the same way.. It was a waste of $54 dollars if you ask me. I honestly wish that I asked for a refund. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN! I could of done a better job myself. read more

Definitely cannot give this place a rating...service was horrible!! My nails were filed crooked, I was cut, and when I expressed my concern, the tech became nasty. He refused to complete my nails, threaten to call police next day if I don't pay. But the kicker was...he refused to take my payment by credit card, said the system was off, refused to take a check, and cash...at closing he walked outside and left me inside with lights off...this was unbelievable! I was forced to call the police to assist. Not sure what his intent was, but threatening and treating a customer like this was outrageous! I asked for the owner name, he refused. Raised his voice and made false accusations about the time I entered. This store needs serious customer service training and someone that can speak proper English to be able to appropriately assist customers, as they started to speak their foreign language.
