First time there. Great place. Nancy took great care of me. She's sweet. She listened to everything I needed and she was patient.

This is the only place I trust for execution, care, and vibes…read more Not only is the place clean and always full, Jessie has always been really careful to avoid sensitivity around the cuticles. Shes the only person I trust with bachelorette nails, wedding nails, clean girl vibe. They are probably more pricey but so worth it!!

It wasn't a 5 star experience because the people don't really seem too friendly. I will say they…read moremake up for it by the work. I haven't tried anything new and loved it in a while. They were a bit misleading with their pricing on the phone opposed to when I got there. Now I know how much to expect to pay. I didn't even get what I wanted and still walked out paying a lot more and I honestly always tip, however their pricing and extra fees +10 for cuticle +15 to polish gel +10 nail drill just seems a bit excessive. I don't think I'll even tip because I've never paid this much for a solid color. I typically get designs and French tips every single time. Anyways what I do appreciate is they didn't rush me when I was one of the last people in. They did handle everything with care. I just can't get over the pricing. Feels like highway robbery. I'll continue to come back because they are so close to my job and by the time I make it home, the nail shops will be closing. Oh DO NOT get the candle wax pedicure that was 110% a robbery because I barely got massaged didn't feel like anything it didn't even look like candle wax I'll be honest with you. They'll probably charge you +20 for a real massage. I spent $180 for hands feet eye brows & upper lip.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS I had one of the worst salon…read moreexperiences of my life at Salon 3 East. I booked a simple blowout with some curls -- nothing complicated -- but was met with pushback and attitude the moment I arrived. Instead of listening to my request, the stylist (who turned out to be the owner, Freida) insisted on doing it her way. She straightened the top of my hair near the roots and curled only the bottom, which left it looking frizzy, flat, and messy. I politely asked her to fix it multiple times, but the more she touched it, the worse it got. Rather than listening or trying to improve the situation, Freida became increasingly rude and dismissive. I was shocked by how unprofessional and cold she was -- especially as the owner. I left the salon in tears, completely humiliated and disappointed. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If they can't even do a simple blowout, how can you possibly trust them with anything else?

Every couple of weeks I would go in for new haircut, it would get shorter with each cut until eventually nothing but grey. I was blessed that the Gray came in looking good, but her haircuts are the key to a sassy look! I love all the ladies in the salon it's a joyful place to "have" to go to
