When I got there they were ready to get started right away. The salon techs at the shop were very friendly and nice. She inquired about whether I had been there before and if I had any special requests. Their prices are clear and marked and they have a lot of different services to choose from. I chose to get the mint spa pedicure and a powder dip manicure. I absolutely loved the pedicure. There was a 10 minute massage included in my selection. When the nail tech moved on to my nails she took her time and made sure they were shaped perfectly for me. They offered me water and while my hands set with the color on them I got a shoulder and neck massage. The salon is new or renovated so it still has that feel to it. I loved the fact that there was no loud tv or radio, just soothing music. I will definitely go here again. Maybe become a regular.

It destroyed my nail bed so the new polish didn't go on smoothly and it was really painful. The new polish didn't last, the photo was taken a few days after the service. Additionally, when I got my eyebrows waxed, the woman didn't clean the area before and just put the wax on, which is really unsanitary and doesn't allow a clean cut. I will not return.

The place is a nice size but not overly huge and located right on Lincoln Ave in Prospect Park, and is just perfect. The few times that I have had my nails done I have never enjoyed the much larger places because you never get to know the wonderful people behind the masks and counter taking care of you. I was helped by the wonderful Landy, who was more than happy to entertain my flip-flopping back and forth on what I really wanted to do with my nails and how I wanted to do it, along with my incessant conversation and questions. I love to learn everything I can about everything I can. She worked with the skill of an absolute master and did such a wonderful job and even figured out how to pair everything just right, and then even agreed as I was leaving to be my tutor to help me in my current quest to learn Chinese when I am in there! So excited! They provide all the services you would expect from a nail salon, plus a few extra, and are easily the nicest group of people I have ever encountered in this industry. I cannot say that I have an absolute breadth of experience with places, but the friendliness, care, and effort to make you feel at home is unmatched in anywhere I have been before.
