But if you're looking for extremely talented manicurists, then look no further. I've been on the hunt for a good nail salon for YEARS in delco and I finally found it. When I walked in, I was kind of surprised to see that everything is brown. Literally everything. In some corners you would see tiki posts and then in others are Roman columns. The ceiling is checkered- that's right, the CEILING. Everything is covered in about 6 inches of dust and the wall art, I haven't seen since the 90s but these girls are GOOD. They still have Covid precautions up so that's a bit strange but the girls are so talented I didn't care. This is the first nail salon I went to in Delco that actually charges what is written on their pricing sheet. It's a major red flag to me when they don't. They don't have a huge variety of colors but I was happy with what they had. I'm taking a star off because of how dusty it is in there. And yes, I understand it's a nail salon and it's going to be dusty but this was a different level of dust. But I'll definitely be back.

I was told by another customer to not have the male do my nails. So when he suggested I go to the chair for my pedicure. I asked who would be performing my services. He said he would, I said that for my nails I prefer a women. He says do you need a women for your pedicure too? I replied it doesn't matter to me. He then informed me that he is the only one that does pedicures in this salon, and if I needed a woman for a pedicure this salon might not be a good fit.....well ok...I reassured him it would not be a problem. Got in the chair for my pedi and let the water circulate until it was cold. I sat and sat while he continued to work on another client. Meanwhile his daughter sat in the chair and chilled; she is also a nail technician. Finally he did the pedicure and he did a quick and efficient job. I was pleasantly surprised. Once done, he informed his wife I was waiting. She continued drilling/filing something in the back....no customers in her chair. So I waited some more. Eventually she told me to come to her chair after he informed her a second time I was waiting. Once in her chair she did a great job. There was no conversation...no pleasantries. She kept repositioning my hands on the elevated stand because I am short and my arms could not reach that far. Very awkward and quiet. Overall, the quality of work is really good. But the atmosphere lacks warmth and the wait is too much. Btw the place is spotless. After this review I am sure I will have to find another place but honest feedback should help a little...js. A little kindness goes a long way.

Editing to add that as soon as I got home this evening I saw my thumb nail looked a little wrinkly if that makes sense - so I touched it and this part of my thumb nail was still completely wet and peeling off. What a mess. It's a gel manicure, should not be wet or peeling at all. I'm so disappointed.

It destroyed my nail bed so the new polish didn't go on smoothly and it was really painful. The new polish didn't last, the photo was taken a few days after the service. Additionally, when I got my eyebrows waxed, the woman didn't clean the area before and just put the wax on, which is really unsanitary and doesn't allow a clean cut. I will not return.

I was very disappointed with the customer service. I had my nails done 3 days ago. The next day…read moreone of the nails popped off. I called to have them fix it. While she was fixing it she sanded down the nail next to the one she was working on. When I got home the nail she sanded, without a reason, popped off. I called and was told to come in. A different woman was there. I tried to explain what happened and she yells your nails are old! She went on to say it's my fault and she was going to charge me for the service. I remained calm and tried to explain and tell her the date of my appointment. She just got louder saying you pay you pay. People are staring at me. I was so embarrassed and frustrated. She proceeded to sand my nail extra hard. I have a cut on my finger from the experience. When management came in i told her what happened. The manager made the "crazy" sign and pointed to the lady who screamed at me. I said I feel she owes me an apology. I'd like an apology. Management turned her back to me and walked away. Never going back! Management did not feel the technician's action merited an apology. They don't value us at all. I cannot spend my hard earned money in a place where I am not respected.
