It's a small salon with 3 nail techs and a person who performs pedicures. They have 3 pedicure chairs- unsure how they deal with a rush. My pedicure was okay although I paid $10 extra for a deluxe. Terrible experience. The owner is cold and rude which is a shame because there are a couple good nail therapists there (and I used to refer many friends there). But I would never go back after what happened and have told my friends and they won't go back either. I can't even put the details on here because it was absolutely horrible and lawsuit worthy. A friend did recommend that I sue but I'm on the fence about that. I figure Karma will work it out. Unrelated to the horrible incident: Despite the 1 or 2 talented nail therapists there, they also double book appointments almost every time. I've been coming here since it opened. I really used to love it here. Now that there's new management I always have a hard time. They tell you come in and get serviced only for you to arrive and they relate new stipulations on their policies. I went in today to have my nails soaked off and a new set done. I was told they can't soak my nails off bc it's "too much chemicals" and "takes too long" but isn't that why you service a client? Before this last visit I was told my nails are long so it'll be an extra $10, but my nails aren't long at all. I don't recommend this place if you're looking for consistency. Had an ok relationship here with the longer I went the better the service Became. Last time there I asked why does my nails look like I need a refill in a week instead of 2 weeks. Additionally, a friend who came there with me a couple times before stopped having Julie's do her nails for same reason. once I asked why and if something different could be done, I was told to go back to where I used to go since I complained and that they could no longer do my nails. This was after I came in for an appt and had to wait for them to finish someone else's nails. Very poor customer service and nails need refill quicker than 2 weeks. I went there to get my nails taken off and she charged me $20 to take off my acrylic and completely damage my natural nail. Instead of soaking off my acrylic, she decided to pull them off with one of her tools, which was extremely painful and damaging to my nails. My first time here I walk in to this shoe box sized nail salon with 3 workers, no air conditioning, both doors open and several annoying flies. One person is getting her nails done, one getting a pedicure, one getting eyebrows done. No one acknowledges me so I say that I'm there for a refill and gel polish then I have a seat. The one worker is finished eyebrows so I think yay I'm next. Well then she goes and does the fingernails of the person getting a pedicure. Based off of first impressions they get 0 stars. I made a last minute appointment here to get my acrylics refilled and one nail replaced at Julie's and had a great experience. There's ample parking, the shop is very clean and bright, and the woman who did my nails was professional and friendly. I love this Salon! It is always very clean and the people who work there are all so pleasant and friendly. They remember you and always ask about your life, remembering details you tell them. They go out of their way for good service. As manicures go no matter who does them, my nails always look great! I've never been cut or hurt by anyone. They always look perfect, no color where it doesn't belong, even, and polished. If you get a regular pedicure, not only do they give you the normal foot rub, but they use hot stones and put a hot towel over your legs all for a very reasonable price. They do waxing, and I'm crazy about my brows, perfection every time. They also never take too much away. They have so many good gel polish colors for gel manicures too! All the prices are great and super reasonable! Needless to say I highly recommend this salon. read more

The only time I ever had to wait longer than 5 minutes was when I went on the same day as a High School dance (oops!), but they let me hang out in an open pedicure chair, so I had the massage function to keep me company. Wide selection of colors and brands, and professional, reliable staff. They always do a great job, and once when I accidentally messed up my toe polish, they fixed it quickly and for free. Love the hot stone treatment that comes with a pedicure!! Also, if you pay cash, you save $1 for every $10 of service - so a cash mani/pedi just $30. They also have a student discount on certain days of the week - doesn't apply to me, so I'm not sure of all the details, but it's a nice option. Finally, this might be a little silly, but I like that the TV programs they have on are in English, loud enough to hear but not so much that you have to pay attention if you don't want to, and it's usually something entertaining! had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE i would rate 0 stars if i could!! i went in and asked for dipping powder. so i pick the colors and the jars of dipping powder are sitting there ready to go. (she also was literally not even paying attention to me when i was explaining what i wanted i had to repeat myself like 5 times bc she was talking to her coworker literally acting like i didn't exist) so once i think she understands what i want, she starts on my nails and i zone out to talk to my friend and then i look down after a few minutes and realize she did ACRYLIC. so i said excuse me is this acrylic? and she said yes. and i said that's exactly what i didn't want!! i said the dipping powder is sitting right here like we picked it out and everything what do you mean.... and "dipping powder" does not sound anything like the word acrylic !!! i spent 2 months healing my nails from the damage acrylic did & if you know what dipping powder is you understand the huge difference. so now at this point there's no undoing it my nails are already ruined, so i wait it out until the end and then when it's time to pay i ask if she can do a discount since she made a mistake like i shouldn't have to pay for something i DIDNT want! but i'm a nice person so i figured i would pay her the $25 like the sign says for acrylic. just wasn't gonna tip her. and she tells me no discount and i have to pay her $40 !! then she explains she did Gel on top so that's why it's 40. i said well i definitely didn't ask for gel either you literally just did whatever the heck you wanted to my nails and didn't listen to anything i said!! so i'm not paying for that, i'll pay the 25 for acrylic even though i didn't even want that either. and then she starts bringing a customer into it asking their opinion and basically laughing at me talking crap on me like that's so unprofessional! so i'm debating what i should do and i decided it's fair to just give her $30. so i told her that's the most i will give her. so i hand her the money and she tells me "never come back to my shop!!" like your telling me not to come back because YOU made a mistake??? so for your own good DONT GO THERE!! they are very rude and unprofessional and genuinely not good at doing nails. i'm not even pleased with the end result of the acrylics she did anyway. she rushed through it, half the acrylic is stuck to my skin and hurts. the edges are also so rigid and not smooth. don't waste ur money coming here!!! read more

horrible service, nails were super sloppy, uneven, and lumpy, I went back for service for them to fix them, and now 3 days later my nails are chipping as well as the polish!!
