Jhenny took me to the spa chair that is beautiful and functional with the massage. I got the spa pedicure that came with hot stone massage, steam and a bunch of creams, massage, hot towel, and this one was the basic. I was in heaven. I really needed a good relax sesh and this was it. jhenny got in the toes very well and massaged me to bliss. A full hour on the spa pedi and worth every penny. In fact about the same price point as my lackluster old salon I went to. Not anymore! I'll be at Luce for my pampering! I went in for a consultation two weeks before my actual appointment the stylist appeared knowledgeable but my results were less than desirable. I can say well after my appointment the dye job was perfect it has lasted longer than most applications. However, I showed a photo of the style I desired and I understand upfront my hair texture may not be the same as the person in the photo. But when you're chopping off your hair the cut should be close to the photo. It was a 'good' cut but, the thinning area on my sides were not considered when 'fading'. During my initial consultation the stylist said washing my hair will help to see the curl pattern it will help determine if I need twist or product for the desired look. None of that happened! My experience is really hard to explain I didn't get what I asked for but I was able to come home and work it out for myself. In the end I got a decent haircut and a good dye job so it wasn't a total bust. Would I go back or suggest this salon of 'natural hair care'? NOPE!

I appreciated them doing this for safety during this pandemic. Masks were worn and my temperature was also taken. I waited a bit long to be texted, but based on hearing her tell another customer they were running behind, I let that go. Everyone is adjusting to this new normal. Cortney did my brows and I think they came out looking great. I didn't even have to tell her to just do a soft arch and not overpluck them. I think she did one of the best jobs I have seen in years on these brows. I really can't overstate enough how frustrating it is how some of these salons just immediately go to taking off too much of my brow. Cortney was really pleasant, and I didn't have an issue getting an appt right away (no one answered the phone originally - so maybe they were overwhelmed). I think I'll return. Oh yeah, they also have a little parking lot.
