After two disappointing experiences at Lash Lounge, I can't recommend them. The first time I had a…read morelash lift here, it was uncomfortable and caused significant burning. I assumed this was normal until I went elsewhere and had a much more comfortable experience. After the lift, my lashes remained straight. I reached out with a photo, but the only response was that I could come back in 6-8 weeks for another lift. No refund, no fix, and no alternative offered. $120 lost. My second experience was related to a last-minute cancellation. On the morning of my appointment, I had to cancel because my dog had a medical emergency. I called, stressed and frantic from the hospital waiting room, explained the situation, and the receptionist did not mention that I would still be charged. However, my $50 deposit was taken out immediately. While I understand policies, clearer communication and a little compassion in that moment would have gone a long way. It's a shame, because the lash techs I've had have been very nice. Only bumping this up a star for them. But unfortunately, I won't be returning.

Two stars off because one woman who works here earlier in the week (maybe Sundays or Tuesdays?) really botched my eyebrows a couple times. The first time she ripped a large chunk of hair out that I'm still growing back six months later. I gave her another chance (mistakes happen). During this second session, I explicitly asked her not to thread the inner corners of my eyebrows because I'm growing them in. She proceeded to start threading that exact section after I told her not to and I had to literally stop her in the middle of what she was doing. During both sessions, she was aloof, arrogant, and clearly wasn't listening to anything I was saying. Because of these experiences I went to a new brow place right before my wedding because I couldn't trust the quality or service here right before such a big event. The new place did such a fantastic job that unfortunately they've gained a customer and Elegant Brows has lost one. Feedback to the owners: most of your team is lovely. From the moment I met Tebee I really liked her! She is super sweet, friendly, and most importantly, she is *amazing* at what she does! Her studio is super cute, comfortable and extremely clean. During my first session, she explained how microshading worked and that I would get more density while keeping a more natural look - this is exactly what I wanted. Tebee measured my brows so they would be symmetrical and she corrected all the imperfections along the way. On my second visit she corrected the coloring and left me with perfect brows! I would highly recommend Tebee and Grandeur Beauté Studio. She is so professional and lots of fun....we spent nearly five hours together during our two sessions and the time flew by!
