Now - I used to visit Dr. Marvin for Botox until she moved out of the area; she was great. Never rushed me, took her time to understand what I wanted, and gave me fantastic results, with any necessary minor touch ups free of charge. This was the Media location. She left. I still kept the faith! I called to ask if they would have her "files" to be sure they would treat me the same way. I was assured yes. Met Dr. Schiling and she did not seem to have any playbook or history as to what Dr. Marvin did (even though I asked multiple times before the appt). Went with it anyway. Less injections at different sites and ultimately not a good treatment. Was THEN told she estimate based on what she figured Dr. Marvin did. Huh? So you lied to my face? Spent MORE money than I usually did for results that were much worse. Came back after they told me "they would take care of it" and was shocked to hear they "had to charge me." Leslie was no help, and only wanted more money from me. Paid the $75 or so, she came in the room with a pre-loaded injection which ultimately did nothing. Several hundred dollars down the drain for essentially minor results - no where near to what I was used to. I think they water down their products (have heard this from a few people), they will lie to you and tell you whatever you want to hear, and obviously do not understand the power of online reviews or word of mouth b.c if they did, they would have heeded advice from one of their great professionals Dr. Marvin.
