When I was right at the parking lot she called and said if I wasn't there in two minutes my appt would be cancelled yet it was just at the 15 min mark she said I had. I ran up the steps and they cancelled my appt due to the two minutes I had to run up the stairs. I have been a long time patient and have always been on time. I had skin cancer in the past so it was a very important visit. I cannot believe what happened. This is the worst patient experience I have ever had.
