The Dr. didn't stop in to even say hello, even though the nurse practitioner said the Dr.'s name who would be performing MOHS surgery on a suspected spot. I thought the appointment was very quick, considering she took 4 biopsies and 2 liguid nitro sprays on some "benign" spots. Definitely, my entire body was not inspected carefully. Focus was on face, arms, chest area and back. The long written notes on the visit made it look like it was a very thorough exam, but several things mentioned in the report were not done. It must be an AI generated report, with some of my details plugged in. Still waiting for the pathology report on day 8 after the appointment. Once I get the pathology report I will take it to Gentle Cure, and another Dermatologist.

Definitely check out their website--they offer a HUGE range of services at reasonable prices for the quality of service received. I pay $35 to continuously get the best cuts of my life. To me, that's a great value. (I was paying $50-60 per visit for cuts I wasn't satisfied with after my stylist's departure. That was steep enough for cuts I liked, but totally out of the question for sub-par work.) Their online booking system makes it easy to find an appointment when I need one, and booking at last minute has never been a problem for me. Jessica has been doing my brows for 5 or 6 years now and I will NEVER let anyone else touch my brows (for as long as I can avoid it). She has also done brazilians for me and a few friends. We have had great experiences with her performing this service--she is thorough and makes you feel very comfortable. For years I was getting my haircut by Nancy at Blaze in downtown West Chester, but when she left I decided to give Peter's a shot since I'm in there frequently to get my brows done anyway. BEST thing that has ever happened to my hair!! I see Anita--she's very experienced and just knows exactly how to handle hair. She's fun to talk to about travels and adventures and is always greets me with a big smile. Speaking of smiles, for as long as I've been visiting Peter's, the staff there has always been incredibly friendly and helpful. There was a problem with my payment during the visit before last and the staff was incredibly discrete and helpful in helping me set up arrangements to pay on my next visit. Although it's hidden away behind Wawa in an unassuming looking building, Peter's has top notch facilities that always put me into a tranquil state. How the Dysport was administered has affected my eyelid, and my right eye is now completely closed. This has had a significant impact on my daily life as I am currently unable to drive and I am having considerable difficulty working with only one functioning eye. I am also particularly concerned about the amount of Dysport used as a higher dose was administered without my approval. Regardless of whether the additional amount contributed to my current issue, I did not consent to an increase and this has significantly eroded my trust in this practice. I understand that complications can occur with cosmetic injections and not every outcome is necessarily predictable. However, I believe patients should be able to trust that their specific treatment requests and consent will be respected. In this case, both the outcome and the decision to administer more product than I requested have left me extremely disappointed. I hope the practice takes this feedback seriously and evaluates both the treatment process and communication with patients moving forward.
