I've been going to Glam Hair Studio for about 13 years and usually have appointments with Jeff, one of the owners. I was always nervous about having someone new cut my naturally curly hair but Jeff quickly made me feel at ease and now I totally trust his suggestions on how to cut & color my hair. He is not only well-educated in the art of cut, color, and style techniques, he also has a natural flair for making each client feel unique and special. I always feel very pampered by everyone at the salon. This philosophy is shared by everyone who works at Glam and no matter what stylist I may visit, they all are attentive and strive to make the client leave the studio with a haircut/color they love. I just received a cut/color from Jeff and when I got home and walked through the door, my husband said, "WOW." That's says it all.----Kathy G. read more

I give Glam Hair 5 STARS! If you have curly hair, Lea (and I assume the other stylists) are specially trained for curls and the training is fantastic! Lea made my hair look better than it ever has. I have referred multiple people to her, friends with straight and wavy hair, and she has done a fabulous job with their styles and coloring as well. This salon takes care of you too. After your first appointment, you get a gift bag with some free samples and coupons. If you refer someone, you get a $ 25 off gift certificate. Lea takes the time out to talk to you about your hair, give you tips, and explain what her techniques are, and why she uses certain products. When they switched hair color to one that was a little more expensive, she even told me where to look for coupons! Go to this salon, you will not be disappointed. read more

I have been going to Glam for a few years now and I highly recommend the salon! I always see the owner, Jeff, and I could not ask for anyone better. He always asks at the beginning of the appointment what's been bothering me about my hair (there's always something!) then instructs me on how to style it to fix it or he shows me which products will benefit my hair the best. I have very straight blonde hair which is actually difficult to cut (I had some traumatic experiences before meeting Jeff), but he always gives me the perfect cut. I also love how the salon seems to always have specials on Redken products which I'm obsessed with. It's nice to get great products at a decent price! read more

I have been going to Glam for around two years now, and love every time I go! I have always had a wonderful and positive experience there. The staff is very kind and always are concerned about how comfortable you are, etc. I get my hair color and cut done by Amber Marie, who is is fabulous. She has taken my boring, fine hair and made it awesome! I enjoy getting something a little different every time I go, and she is great and flexible with it. And, something I appreciate, honest as well. If she knows something won't look great on me, she will tell me kindly and make adjustments we both are happy with. I've been a regular for about a year and a half now. Lea is my stylist - she has great style and her color & cut skills are masterful. I usually don't have a strong idea about what I want, I just let her do her thing, and she always comes up with something amazing. She's colored my hair dark red, she's brought me up to sandy blonde, cut my hair pixie-short, helped me keep it looking great as it grew out... she can do it all. The prices are decent, the services are good, and on top of that, EVERYONE is nice. It's refreshing to go to a place where people genuinely seem to like each other, and are genuinely good people. read more

Sandy has always been a top notch professional booking appointments and handling the front reception area. I totally feel every person working there always gives %100 to their job. This will absolutely be the last time I go here. To begin with she doesn't honor online appointments. In my last 3 times going she has made me wait at least an hour & this last time she made me wait 2 hours! She thinks having 2 braiders in your head makes up for the time wasted & that's just not the case. Even with 2 braiders in my head it still took the same amount of time to finish that was originally quoted meaning I'm still 2 hours behind schedule despite having 2 braiders. She didn't even offer an apology or a discount for the inconvenience. To make matters worse, she got extremely rude & defensive when my wife told her that she could've handled this situation better since she was the one paying for it. My wife was doing something nice for me & having to wait 2 hours ruined our plans so yes as any normal person would she expressed her frustration to Astan. Instead of being apologetic she waited for my wife to leave & then came to me almost an hour later to complain about what my wife said to her. Literally screaming at me about it. She even took her hat off as if she wanted to fight. This simple conversation that should've ended with her apologizing turned into a full blown fight while she had other patrons in the store. My wife has bruises on her because the chair Astan threatened her with. All of her employees were on our side telling Astan to stop causing problems. All of this drama would be avoided if she were running her business the right way. Don't accept online appointments if you're not going to have a stylist ready. To add insult to injury, my hair is obviously rushed due to the drama Astan caused. It's not the length or size that I asked for. My hair is sticking out of the braids & to top it off my appointment confirmation says my stylist was supposed to be Astan! Extremely disappointing experience to say the least.

This was, without question, the worst salon experience I've ever had…read more I went to Blush Hair Salon with a photo of the haircut and color I wanted. Jen told me the only way to achieve the look was with a balayage, bringing the total to $365. I explained that $365 was outside my budget. I also explained that I understood it wouldn't look exactly like the photo without balayage, but I wanted to get as close as possible by matching the highlight and lowlight colors while keeping my existing base color. I wasn't asking for perfection--I was asking for the closest result within my budget. Instead of working with me, Jen refused to do the color because she said it wouldn't achieve the exact look. At that point, I decided I would at least get the haircut since I was already there. Unfortunately, the haircut looked nothing like the inspiration photo. The picture had textured, choppy layers, movement, and curtain bangs. My haircut had very little layering and a completely different shape. The owner eventually stepped in and agreed to do highlights and lowlights, but he also refused to use the colors I requested. He told me the blonde in the photo was "too white" and the darker pieces were "too dark," and instead chose colors that he felt would look better. What bothered me most wasn't that they couldn't duplicate the picture perfectly. It was that every compromise I suggested was dismissed. Both the stylist and the owner decided what they thought I should have instead of listening to what I was asking for. People walk into salons every day requesting fashion colors like pink, purple, blue, or green, and stylists help them achieve the look they want. I wasn't asking for anything unrealistic. I was asking for blonde highlights and lowlights in the tones shown in my inspiration photo, adjusted to fit my budget. Instead, I was repeatedly told no and ultimately given what someone else thought looked best. The final color isn't terrible, but that's not the point. When I pay for a service, I expect to be listened to. I left feeling frustrated, unheard, and incredibly disappointed. In all my years of getting my hair done, I have never experienced so much resistance over simply trying to achieve a look I wanted within a budget.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding the repeated appointment…read morecancellations and scheduling issues I continue to experience. Once again, my appointment scheduled for 05/16/26 at 9am has been canceled due to the store being closed. This is especially concerning because, at the time of scheduling, I specifically confirmed twice whether the location would be open on Saturday. I was clearly assured that the store would be operating and that the appointment was confirmed without issue. After waiting for this appointment, I am now being informed that the next available option is after June 15 due to lack of availability in May. This is not an acceptable outcome, particularly given that this is not the first time this type of issue has occurred. As we have previously discussed, the reason I schedule appointments well in advance is to avoid exactly these kinds of disruptions. Unfortunately, despite prior conversations regarding these concerns, the same problems continue to happen repeatedly without improvement. Additionally, the cancellation list is not a practical solution for me. I maintain a full work schedule and cannot reasonably adjust my professional responsibilities around unpredictable last-minute openings. At this point, the repeated cancellations, misinformation regarding store availability, ongoing scheduling failures, and the resulting stress and loss of time have become extremely frustrating and unacceptable from a customer experience standpoint. Due to the ongoing inconvenience and repeated disruptions, I am formally requesting a refund or canceling my account with Milan Laser. I would appreciate this matter being reviewed seriously and addressed appropriately.
