BAD BUSINESS - I was traveling to Wilmington DE for a vacation and made an appointment (online) with LaBelle -3 weeks ahead- of my travel to get an eyelash fill while I would be in town. I got a call 2 days ahead of my Sept appointment and they said I needed a consultation first. I agreed to have the consultation the next day. Then the LaBelle receptionist called back and said that they would need to reschedule my lash fill to the following week? I told her that I would not be in town the following week. She said the aesthetician needed to have time after the consultation to agree to the service I requested. This made me think that they were just making room for a 'regular' client, and took me off the schedule. We don't treat clients (even traveling guests) this badly in Arizona. This was a bad experience. I paid the full price, no coupon, for a full set of lash extensions with an upper-level person applying them and I should have just paid for the cheapest person to do it. There was a bald spot on one eye. I called, came in, they had the same woman "repair" it and afterward, the same issue was there plus they were falling out like crazy immediately. I called, related the problem again, asked if I could switch to a different lash tech to get it fixed & said I'd even pay more money to just get someone different to work on my lashes (!!) and this place refused. They absolutely refused to do anything except have the same inept woman work on my lashes a 3rd time. So I thought better of my time and took my business elsewhere, have been going to the other place for about 4 months and am extremely pleased even though it's a bit of a commute. I'd rather drive 25 minutes than deal with this place with their sloppy standards and terrible business ethics. I've been getting my lashes done at La Belle for almost a year now. I started with a junior-level artist and have moved to a senior level girl now and I've had a great experience every single time, whether it was a full set or a fill! The girls are all friendly, communicative, and patient, always checking in to see if I need a break, feel comfortable, or want a blanket! The space is not only beautifully decorated but also so clean and spotless, it's a luxurious experience every time I come in. I believe the prices are spot on. I've been so pleased with each price point and always feel like my lashes are exactly what I'm comfortable with in terms of volume/drama etc. :) In my opinion, this is THE only place to go for lashes! And even though I haven't taken advantage of any of their other services, I'm confident that the quality is just as great! read more

"Stacey" who happens to have one review (eye roll) and also happens to be the only non five star review is obviously a competitor that can't seem to get her own shit together. I digress. Before I allow anyone to come near my face with so much as a foundation sponge. So let me assure you when I found Tiff, it was not be shear accident or coincidence. To my astonishment. She did not disappoint. My family and I drove in from from Charlotte, North Carolina at the end of my kids summers break- after seeing Tiffs microblading work on instagram. After the first session (of a two part series) I was hooked!!!! In fact, even before my brows healed I was sending her referrals. I was so excited for the 4 week healing process so that I could come for my second session. Back story- At the time, my daughter, was still cospleeping with my husband and I. When we returned home, I knew I had to start sleep training my baby---so I could fly back and get my eyebrows done. I mean. Priorities, people. So. With that said. I mean. What else is left to say. Her salon is beautiful and she has a friendly staff. She is also professional beyond compare. I have sent her many clients because I know they will be taken care of. I recently went to Tiffani for microblading of the eyebrows. The service was phenomenal. I was counseled extensively prior to the appointment and loved that Tiffani is a perfectionist. I followed her when she opened her own studio up, which also happened to be at the same place I get my hair done! :) Having gone other places before Tiffani, I would never let anyone else touch my lashes again! Tiffani is a perfectionist and does an amazing job every single time. I have very short lashes, and not only does she take her time to make them look amazing, but she also always provides me with helpful tips for keeping them healthy and making each set last longer and look good! Tiffani is absolutely amazing!!! She does beautiful work and is very knowledgeable about the skin and products. She is such a sweet person and very flexible/easy to work with. She traveled 2 hours to my house to do my bridal makeup along with all my bridesmaids and my mom and everyone raved about what an amazing job she did and how beautiful they felt!! I did a trial with her a few months before and was blown away! I had gotten my makeup done a few times previously and was always very disappointed. A few weeks ago a friend made appointments for us to get lash extensions at a place I will not mention. This was the first time I had ever had them so I really had no idea what to expect. Well, besides the fact that it took almost 4 hours for a full set (I should also mention that I actually do have pretty long lashes I just wanted a fuller look) it was so uncomfortable! When they finally removed what felt like and endless amount of tape from my lower lashes (which I thought had ripped my own real lashes out) it took almost 10 minutes for my eyes to stop tearing and my vision to clear. Again..I assumed this was normal. I followed the care instructions exactly and within 48 hours lashes were falling out everywhere and they were clumpy and awful looking. I was so nervous that I was loosing my real lashes too that I reached out to Tiffani at LaBelle at the suggestion of a friend. BEST THING I EVER DID. Her staff is wonderful and did everything they could to accommodate me, getting me in right away to access the situation. Immediately Tiffani put me at ease and educated me on all things lash extension and in about 2 hours she had removed the previous lashes and applied a new full set that looked AMAZING! Not once was I uncomfortable, my eyes didn't tear at all and I could see right away! It's been almost 3 weeks and they still look great and I haven't worn mascara since I got them..I'M HOOKED! I also had my makeup done by Tiffani for a fancy event and I have to say, she is truly and artist. I got so many compliments, I felt like a princess. Honestly, I would trust any of her staff to take care of me because I know how meticulous Tiffani is and she is the same way about her staff. If you're on the fence about any of these services just know that you will be in good hands at LaBelle. And if someone tries to give you a deal on lash extensions that seems to good to be true...it probably is so BEWARE! read more
