I had an incredible experience with Ally. She gave me a Diamond Glow facial and a lash lift, and everything was amazing. She was gentle, knowledgeable, and explained every step, so I felt totally comfortable. read more

I booked a facial with Courtney the manager last week for yesterday. I asked for a facial and dermaplane. I called Kimmie and asked which facial I should be booking for. Takes and my friend. I also booked the dermaplane because it was important to me. When I called to add my friend I asked Jimmie what facial I should choose for my friend and I was Tom's the esthetician customizes the facial to the client. I don't think in 40 years I ever had such a bad feeling about my treatment. First they booked me a 30 min facial even thought I made myself clear that I wanted a proper facial, not a grab and go facial which somehow I was booked for. I cancelled the eyelashes to have a full hour which was ludicrous. I wakes out with not only mascara under my eyes, my combination skin was not cleaned property and my pores got no attention. The dermatology plane treatment was timid today the least. The brow taxi g and plucking was also very underwhelming. I have wayward brows remaining and most upsetting was THAT MY ESTHETICIAN BWVER LOOKED AT MY SKIN WITH A LIGHT TO SEE WHAT MY SKIN NEEDED. It would have made a sense for her to hand me a mirror and I would have seen while there my face was full of hair, peach fuzz and eyebrows. The reason I'm writing a one star review is that I called two times and complained before my facial started because she didn't look at my skin. She told me "I asked and you told me you had combination skin" well, I find that counterintuitive that a professional would ask me what what o needed I less making an expert decision. I got home and saw so much congestion in my large pores as well as brows. So, I called Kimmie at 12:30 to complain, wanted to send a picture but she client even give me a way to send the pic. I wasn't even offered to come in to be evaluated by management. Kimmie kept asked what do I would I like then to do. Before I treatment I walked out of the room to ask for Courtney who was in a meeting and today was she really in meetings from 12:30-5:30. For the reason that she didn't have the professionalism to call me back, I am writing this review. I gave them the chance to call me to discuss. I am never going back and it's ashame. I go to spas all over the world at Sensai Lanai, Naviva Punta Mita, and other top Spas in top resorts. I was hoping to find a local media spa or aesthetic practitioner in Wilmington. This is a disaster. All that needed to be done was turn a light to my face and seeing I needed an exfoliating facial and not blackhead extractions but unclogging pores, maybe a hydrofacial. It was a waste of 200 for su read more

BAD BUSINESS - I was traveling to Wilmington DE for a vacation and made an appointment (online) with LaBelle -3 weeks ahead- of my travel to get an eyelash fill while I would be in town. I got a call 2 days ahead of my Sept appointment and they said I needed a consultation first. I agreed to have the consultation the next day. Then the LaBelle receptionist called back and said that they would need to reschedule my lash fill to the following week? I told her that I would not be in town the following week. She said the aesthetician needed to have time after the consultation to agree to the service I requested. This made me think that they were just making room for a 'regular' client, and took me off the schedule. We don't treat clients (even traveling guests) this badly in Arizona. Improve your customer service! read more

I treated myself to lashes again and they're absolutely amazing. I love La Belle and wouldn't go anywhere else for lashes. I have been there about 10 times total and always have a great experience. I'm going to try waxing and facial services as well. I'd recommend Natasha if you go! read more

This was a bad experience. I paid the full price, no coupon, for a full set of lash extensions with an upper-level person applying them and I should have just paid for the cheapest person to do it. There was a bald spot on one eye. I called, came in, they had the same woman "repair" it and afterward, the same issue was there plus they were falling out like crazy immediately. I called, related the problem again, asked if I could switch to a different lash tech to get it fixed & said I'd even pay more money to just get someone different to work on my lashes (!!) and this place refused. They absolutely refused to do anything except have the same inept woman work on my lashes a 3rd time. So I thought better of my time and took my business elsewhere, have been going to the other place for about 4 months and am extremely pleased even though it's a bit of a commute. I'd rather drive 25 minutes than deal with this place with their sloppy standards and terrible business ethics. TL;DR Sloppy job on lashes Bad business ethics and service 2 other people told me this place sucks. I got no satisfaction at all Don't go here for lashes read more

I've been getting my lashes done at La Belle for almost a year now. I started with a junior-level artist and have moved to a senior level girl now and I've had a great experience every single time, whether it was a full set or a fill! The girls are all friendly, communicative, and patient, always checking in to see if I need a break, feel comfortable, or want a blanket! The space is not only beautifully decorated but also so clean and spotless, it's a luxurious experience every time I come in. I believe the prices are spot on. I've been so pleased with each price point and always feel like my lashes are exactly what I'm comfortable with in terms of volume/drama etc. :) In my opinion, this is THE only place to go for lashes! And even though I haven't taken advantage of any of their other services, I'm confident that the quality is just as great! read more

Always amazing, attentive and thorough. Tiffani is extremely knowledgable and empathetic when it comes to your needs and only wants you to walk away with a smile on your face. The facility is extremely clean, beautifully decorated and a wonderful staff. Go give her a shout! read more

I don't want to start off my RAVE review of this fabulous establishment by addressing a hater, but let's be real and call a spade a spade. "Stacey" who happens to have one review (eye roll) and also happens to be the only non five star review is obviously a competitor that can't seem to get her own shit together. I digress. Maybe focus on honing your skill and not spewing hate. I am what you would call the client from hell. I am an OCD plagued perfectionist and narcissist so I honestly feel bad for any of my service providers. I scour the interwebs for Days. Months. Sometimes, years. Yes, years. Before I allow anyone to come near my face with so much as a foundation sponge. So let me assure you when I found Tiff, it was not be shear accident or coincidence. To my astonishment. She did not disappoint. My family and I drove in from from Charlotte, North Carolina at the end of my kids summers break- after seeing Tiffs microblading work on instagram. After the first session (of a two part series) I was hooked!!!! In fact, even before my brows healed I was sending her referrals. I was so excited for the 4 week healing process so that I could come for my second session. Back story- At the time, my daughter, was still cospleeping with my husband and I. When we returned home, I knew I had to start sleep training my baby---so I could fly back and get my eyebrows done. I mean. Priorities, people. So. With that said. I mean. What else is left to say. Tiff is the real deal. I kicked my baby out of bed for her. And Heather (front desk) is a cherub-faced doll that accommodates even the biggest divas needs. read more

I have been going to Tiffani for years as my preferred Delaware makeup artist. When she branched out to lashes and other aesthetics, I was very excited for her. Her salon is beautiful and she has a friendly staff. She is also professional beyond compare. I have sent her many clients because I know they will be taken care of. I recently went to Tiffani for microblading of the eyebrows. The service was phenomenal. I was counseled extensively prior to the appointment and loved that Tiffani is a perfectionist. My brows are beautiful and I get many compliments. I recommend this business without reservation. I am very particular about salon services. With Tiffani, I have never been disappointed. read more

A little over a year ago, I became interested in the growing fad that is lash extensions! I got my first full set done by Tiffani at a different salon and ever since, I was hooked. I followed her when she opened her own studio up, which also happened to be at the same place I get my hair done! :) Having gone other places before Tiffani, I would never let anyone else touch my lashes again! Tiffani is a perfectionist and does an amazing job every single time. I have very short lashes, and not only does she take her time to make them look amazing, but she also always provides me with helpful tips for keeping them healthy and making each set last longer and look good! Her studio is always immaculately clean and comfortable. I also love the music she plays during each session :) With all that said, if you are in the tri state area and looking for lash extensions, this is the place to go! I love Tiffany/La Belle so much and I can't wait to see what's to come with her expansion! Oh and if you're looking to make an appointment for a special occasion, make sure you book in advance! Her spots fill up very quickly!!!! read more

Tiffani and her team are fantastic. Best makeup artist in the area! She handpicks her assistants so they are just as good as her and uses good products. She's also very knowledgeable on face care products and lashes (another area of expertise for her). I used her for our engagement photos, bridal shower & our wedding - no regrets. I wish she could do my makeup everyday! read more

Tiffani is crazy talented and always a pleasure to see. Her makeup/lash extension skills are unreal. Also she's a great resource for skincare questions! read more

It was a last minute decision on whether I wanted my daughter to have makeup on her face for her senior prom. I'm glad they were able to fit her in Amy's busy schedule. By the way she done a good job. My daughter received complements too. Thank You! read more

If you're in the mood to get schooled and robbed, definitely check this place out! I have been getting lashes for years and these girls think they're god's gift to esthetics. I left La Belle with less lashes than I came in with AND they wasted 2 and 1/2 hours of my time. It is absolute amateur hour in this "salon". read more

Amy is the bomb. I am now obsessed with getting my lashes done every two weeks!!!! I highly recommend her to all of my clients that ask where I get My lashes done. read more

First of all, I would like to send a huge Thank you to Tiffany and Kara!! La Belle is Amazing! I've been researching different lash places for a while and La Belle definitely exceeded my expectations! Kara Croft did my first full set before I went on vacation and they were over accommodating for my fill! Kara did an awesome job on my lashes and eyebrow wax! The salon is beautiful and Tiffany & the entire staff are very down to earth and friendly! I typically would just get lashes done for special occasions but now I think i'm addicted! Thanks La Belle and Kara! Love my lashes! read more

Tiffani is absolutely amazing!!! She does beautiful work and is very knowledgeable about the skin and products. She is such a sweet person and very flexible/easy to work with. She traveled 2 hours to my house to do my bridal makeup along with all my bridesmaids and my mom and everyone raved about what an amazing job she did and how beautiful they felt!! I did a trial with her a few months before and was blown away! I had gotten my makeup done a few times previously and was always very disappointed. As soon as I talked to Tiffani and did my trial with her I was sold! Tiffani did such beautiful work - my skin looked flawless and my eyes popped!! She works wonders with all skin types! read more

A few weeks ago a friend made appointments for us to get lash extensions at a place I will not mention. This was the first time I had ever had them so I really had no idea what to expect. Well, besides the fact that it took almost 4 hours for a full set (I should also mention that I actually do have pretty long lashes I just wanted a fuller look) it was so uncomfortable! When they finally removed what felt like and endless amount of tape from my lower lashes (which I thought had ripped my own real lashes out) it took almost 10 minutes for my eyes to stop tearing and my vision to clear. Again..I assumed this was normal. I followed the care instructions exactly and within 48 hours lashes were falling out everywhere and they were clumpy and awful looking. I was so nervous that I was loosing my real lashes too that I reached out to Tiffani at LaBelle at the suggestion of a friend. BEST THING I EVER DID. Her staff is wonderful and did everything they could to accommodate me, getting me in right away to access the situation. Immediately Tiffani put me at ease and educated me on all things lash extension and in about 2 hours she had removed the previous lashes and applied a new full set that looked AMAZING! Not once was I uncomfortable, my eyes didn't tear at all and I could see right away! It's been almost 3 weeks and they still look great and I haven't worn mascara since I got them..I'M HOOKED! I also had my makeup done by Tiffani for a fancy event and I have to say, she is truly and artist. I got so many compliments, I felt like a princess. Honestly, I would trust any of her staff to take care of me because I know how meticulous Tiffani is and she is the same way about her staff. If you're on the fence about any of these services just know that you will be in good hands at LaBelle. And if someone tries to give you a deal on lash extensions that seems to good to be true...it probably is so BEWARE! read more
